MULTIPLE THINGS STOLEN FROM MULTIPLE UNITS. The week I filed my report there were AT LEAST 8 others - and the “cameras” they advertise i am under the impression do not work considering. The insurance they utilize has yet to get back to me on the claim I filed A MONTH ago. I have filed a police report and will continue to let everyone I know NOT to utilize this company at this location or ANYWHERE. This place is great if you like to pay to have things stolen. I entered this facility under the old ownership and it changed while I was out for work. DO NOT USE THIS PLACE.

When it was Aaron’s self storage, it was great. This company does NOT deserve the reviews that were intended for Aaron’s. Nothing but problems around every corner since this company took over a couple months ago and talking to a live human instead of a broken kiosk is almost impossible. I will be taking my business elsewhere

They went above and beyond to get me the right unit that fit my needs just before the holidays. The security is second to none.I would recommend to anyone who values their possessions enough to store them in a reputable establishment.

John is so AMAZING and helpful. Hopefully they can get all the nails the construction people left behind in the parking lot. I am about to take a broom the the lot.

I have been using Aarons on Hewitt Drive for many years now. John is the best and most friendly person you could meet. He is always available to answer any questions you may have and continually checks on me to make sure everything is going well. I have used multiple storage units in multiple cities and the thing that sets this one apart as the best is John.

I have used many different self-storage facilities over the years and find that Aarons Self Storage in Woodway is the best kept facility I have used. The on-site manager is friendly and helpful. The climate controlled area where my storage unit is located is clean and easy to access.

Just went to pay my bill and get a few things out of storage. Id gone to the storage center and failed to get in the gate on the Sunday before. I thought maybe they closed everything on Sundays, but no. My payment had not cleared for the previous month and I hadnt gotten the message since we dont answer my cellphone for unknown callers
