Had him install gutters on 2 buildings about 6 months ago. Will not return my calls to explain why he made one side impossible to access for cleaning. I paid him extra to do cutting necessary to do so, however, with all the heavy rains lately Ive noticed the water runs right off the roof into the ground completely bypassing the gutters. On non-rainy days leaves get in (which I was aware would happen) but his installation and lack of cutting makes it impossible to reach the gutter without a complete disassembly. In short I have gutters which are now leaf receptacles which I cannot access to clean unless I undo all his work. If he had returned my calls and texts I would have not left this review, however, his lack of consideration for 1 customer will now cost him many.
