Conducted a lot of research before pulling the trigger with this company and Im really glad I did. John and company were on time, professional, and responsive to all my questions. I was super impressed with the custom work they did to follow the lines of my homes brick shoulders on the exterior; the result far exceeded my expectations and garners plentyof compliments. We are new to TX, bought a small new house, surprised these builders do not install gutters on your home, this is a extra and a big extra at the builders cost. not knowing anyone I contacted Mr. Roofing & Gutters, they came right out, right on time, great guys, did great work and best of all at a great price. everyone was extremely nice, clean and professional. no added or hidden cost, no mess. I am very happy with their work and would highly recommend them. I called a few gutter companies before, dont know what it is but they never call back, never show up. or they give you a quote and then try to change it. same with the landscapers I have talked to. dont know why this is, they either have to much work or they just to darn lazy. to me MR Gutter was fantastic from start to finish, at the time I just did the back of the house, now they are coming back to do the front of the house. and I know it will be at a great price, done correctly, quickly and all in all a good experience. very happy with this company and its employees. so thank you guys and girls for the excellent service you provide, the work you do and do it all quickly and at a fair price

A wonderful experience. I first called John and his team out to help with replacing siding...after starting the job we found that there was extensive damage that required a lot of work. John and his team were able to repair the damage in a very cost effective way and in excellent time. John is trustworthy, easy to work with and very helpful! I could not be happier with the work done.

I am extremely satisfied with the quality of the gutters and work they did. I contacted them for a quote on a Wednesday and they went by my house and gave me an estimate that same day. Less than a week later (on Monday), they were at my house installing and finished that same day. They look great and I’d recommend them 100%.

Very professional, bid was not the cheapest but the work they did was extremely good and worth a little extra. Had to call them back and they responded quickly and came back to fix what I wanted. Will use these guys again.

In August 2018, I spoke with the owner about an estimate. We agreed to the job. He sent out a brand new employee of his (who touted himself as a 20-year painter) to remove the existing gutters. The first thing that happened was that employee began removing the downspouts, too, which we had determined we would leave in place. A call to the owner resolved that. That evening, I found a lot of metal debris all around the house. There were also a couple of large potted plants that had been damaged as I could not remove them myself prior to the arrival of the worker. If they needed to be removed, I would have really appreciated knowing that AND having a little help pulling them back away from the house. After the gutters were installed, I requested a walk off the job due to a few issues that needed to be addressed. I was told the owner was not available that day but payment was needed. I paid but asked that the owner come back out to walk the job. Heavy rain occurred prior to that event. When the owner arrived, I pointed out areas where the slope of the gutters was wrong so the water did not run to the downspouts but collected between them and gushed over the gutter sides. He did have the workers return to correct that. There were a couple of other small matters he was asked to handle... and said he would... but never returned. It was a pretty disappointing experience with a substantial lack of communication once the work was underway. I would not recommend this company.

THE NAKED EYE FOR ANYONE TO SEE THIS ROOF IS NOT CORRECT. I called them a few times. They sent a crew once and when I came home and found them on the front of my roof, well lets just say NOT!!!! I let them know that they were on the wrong part of the roof. I got really upset because NONE of the spoke English. Lucky for me my niece showed up, she was able to tell them that threw were working on the wrong part. One of the men said to Herr that they needed to get some materials and would be back, but they never cam to fix the back part and Mr roof is pretty bad. My ins will not let use file a claim. We are both disabled and can not do this work.Do not use this company, Mr Roofing & Gutter, they do not stand behind their work. Where is the sign he asked to place in my yard but then decided not to because the roof was a sloppy job. I called them several several times. They came back to fix the leak but did not. I have tried over and over. In the last 6 years I have maid insurance claims on my roof. But they wont fix the damage stating that it was due to poor workmanship on my roof. And now I have no money to fix myself. The decking over the back door was found t have rotted a couple years ago. They never even fixed my carport roof. My insurance will not cover my roof due to Mr. Roofing & Gutters poor job on it. The mortgage holder is a Lawyer, and he is very upset about this disaster. We are about to file suit.

I contacted John Loden for an estimate on gutter installation on my home. The price was reasonable, and even though the weather wasn’t looking too cooperative, he got my work quickly onto his schedule. He and his team efficiently installed new gutters and leaf guards, and corrected problems with my sunroom gutters as well. I am very happy with the results of their work and highly recommend Mr. Roofing for any gutter or roofing work you may need.

I am VERY disappointed in this service. I have only left 2 bad online reviews in my entire life so this is definitely out of the norm for me. We tried to schedule a gutter repairman to come out (took us about a week to nail down a day). The repairman was scheduled to come out the morning before our home inspection (which the buyers requested our gutter to be repaired for the inspection). The repairman NEVER came which really screwed our inspection over and the buyers were very disappointed which put us in a very unfortunate position. Weve called a total of 6 times to figure out whats going on and either they dont answer or we get a well call you back. Finally we called corporate and were completely blown off. DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE! Very unreliable and rude with no desire to make things right for their customers.

Price and color matching were perfect, the installer unsupervised finished the entire job, and made sure the gutters were installed properly and professionally,and offered to haul away the old gutters, he left a nice clean jobsite, would use mr roofing again j.r. I RETRACT MY 5 STAR RATING, THEY WORKED FINE UNTIL IT RAINED, THE INSTALLATION IS AMETURISH, THE CUTOUTS FOR THE DOWNSPOUTS ARE TINY, IT CLOGGED IMMEDIATELY NOW I HAVE A PROBLEM AND THE OWNER WILL NOT CALL ME BACK, I HAVE LEFT 2 MESSAGES AND STILL NO RESPONSE
