Did not purchase from All-Tex, but contacted them by phone on 3-11-2013 for answers to a few questions I had concerning gutters. The gentleman who answered the phone was no help at all to any of the numerous questions I presented. Makes me question thier knowledge of gutter installation if they cannot answer the questions of a novice self-installer.

Extremely unprofessional and very rude! Will never do business with this company again! Horrible experience!
