I I love working for Spherion they are a very understanding Staffing Company. They reach back out to you if you call and you have a problem, they tried their best to solve it. Great Company to work for.

This place still owe my money from she worked.. they will not return her calls. plus the waco location is getting the building remodeling. so no one is in the office. i needed stuff for school. this lied to my mom about calling her on friday and never did...

My experience has been awesome I haven’t gone in to building or talked to anyone in person with everything going on but Heather did my initial interview and got me a great job right away any time I’ve had a question or needed any help she’s been super responsive and helpful!

The staff are super nice and friendly. The office is very spacious and clean. They communicate clearly and will try to find employment for you quickly.

Very good staffing agency, They got me a good job. Paychecks were on time and reliable, and staff was very friendly. I highly recommend them.

Dont use them. My brother in law lost his job and is desperately seeking one. Was told by the young lady on the phone to not call them ever again they would call him. The staff needs to work on their professionalism.EDITEDMy brother in law advised it was whoever answers the phone at this location. He and my sister both heard the conversation and he has been scared to call ever since.

I had a temp job, and was looking for a better one, I call them and they email five test! While I had a temp job, I had a interview with at 8:30 but I got another temp and coundn t make it.So I set it up for the next day, Now due to the rain we had, I called in come a little later maybe at 10:00am.The women said they only do two interviews a day! WHAT people have to work and we cant stop the weather.I sat it up to go the next day, I was about to call in at the other temp job so I so interview with them, when a women call me back left me a voicemail, so I call them back a guy answer and said they couldnt see me because I miss two interviews.Dont use them, too many tasts and two interviews a day!

Because I was with spherion they full of it sometimes they dont believe in giving Chances like the lady name Chasity are however but they say they gave positions and then they dont send you there everyday I call they say they have nothing but a friend of mines started the next day after I found there very very shady if you ask me

The staff was friendly. My only issue is where I was placed. The job they placed me at you had to constantly lift heavy cases of Powerade and bottled waters off pallets. Some...sometimes stacked taller than me. I just think they should place folks age and physique accordingly for those kind of jobs. Alot of jobs like that require you to take a physical...they dont . They just throw you in. A couple of the guys were rude. I ended up hurting my back TRYING to keep up doing that job. I wanted to switch assignments but was told I had to put in a 2 weeks notice. If I wouldve lasted on more day they wouldve been hauling my old behind out in an ambulance . So I just quit. Now Im laid up hurt and jobless. I quit my day job for that job. Wasnt really thinking they would work women like that...yeah maybe if I was in my 20s I could do it with my eyes closed. I commend those guys that can do it. They deserve waaaayyyy more than 10 bucks an hour. Thats hard physical labor. I think they should give folks a heads up about that job and let that person decide if they can do it so one wont be suprised or feel tricked. I really kinda feel like I got the short end of the stick here and nobody was listening to me or cared. They only cared about getting that product out. Screw your health, screw your tears and screw your back. Faster..FASTER!

I was told, all I needed to do,was to upload my resume to my computer application for them to call me or give me a job. I uploaded my resume. Also I dropped off a paper resume in person. They still havent called me the 1st time.
