Extremely rude, never gives a correct schedule, and tries to keep your money

Horrible experience. They can make mistakes on payroll and expect the employee to wait week to a month at a time to rectify their mistake, but are unwilling to even listen to a discrepancy they have in the system. As if they are incapable of making a mistake. I was very patient with them to receive my money, even when I given the runaround when I called. Now when I call in my availability, I told I missed an interview that I attended and gave details of said interview and was told I could not be placed. When I asked if they could contact the company contact that I supposed to have missed to fix situation, I.was told they had to go by their notes. Notes are great, and very useful if they are correct and complete. Anyone who has ever worked Customer Service knows that isnt always the case. Just disappointed in their lack of interest in their cystomers/ employees. Guess not everyone has integrity.

I signed up to this location when I retired and moved to Waco last year.. I interviewed with Summer Hyatt but never received a call from them for anything. I called recently to inquire about temporary work for the Summer and was told they only had assembly worker openings. I agreed to apply and went in today. I was asked to bring my ID which I did but Susanna wanted my SS card. I didnt bring that because I didnt think I needed it since I was already in their system. She was rude the Friday before and I let it go however, I wasnt happy about this new information since I drove 50 miles to get there. She said the e-verification was only good for 1 year and I needed to redo it. I was very frustrated and left...I called later and said I would bring it later that day and was told all of the opportunities had been taken. Dont waste your time with these people.

One of the worst experiences I’ve ever had,they never answer the phone I had to go up there to check on the status of application lady was rude as hell I will never step foot in that establishment ever again. They don’t even deserve a star.

This place is a joke. I interviewed with a lady named Summer Hyatt and she embarrassed me and made fun of my resume in the interview. She wrote rude comments all over a copy of my resume and I just happened to look down and see it and I just became enraged. She wrote tacky nitty gritty things on my resume like, “Resume needs to be moved up 0.05 spaces and font is terrible blah blah.”She also said I shouldn’t talk about my experience with my recent semester in school as a failure when all I had said was that my current degree plan just wasn’t was I was interested in. She then told me to go home and work on my resume and “correct” it like this is some home work assignment. In my entire adult hood I’ve never had an interview like this. I sent the resume back to her after I “updated” it and never heard back after repeated emails checking in on my application.Oh and it’s a staffing company but they disguise their office well to make it seem legit.Avoid this place at all costs.Summer is the spawn of Satan.
