Route 32 has the friendliest, most knowledgeable staff. We love Julie there! We’re half way through one child with braces with nothing but pleasant appointments and results… have another child needing braces in the next couple of years, and we will definitely be returning customers!! Communication is great and no scheduling hassles! Very accommodating. We love Route 32!!

They were wonderful with my girls. They were able to make both ortho appointments as well as cleaning appointments at the same time to make it more convenient for me! The hygienist Lisa is absolutely amazing with kiddos!!! Both the orthodontist and dentist were very nice and explained everything so that you could actually understand. HIGHLY recommend Route 32! I would give them more stars if I could!

The most amazing visit I have ever had at a dentist office. The whole office is designed in many different colors including cute lights and fun positive animals with sayings. Each staff member was incredibly great including the secretaries, dental assistants, and dentist with my daughter who is terrified of going to the dentist. They had energy, laughed with her, explained things to her, and let her hold the items that were not dangerous so that she wasnt afraid anymore. An originally anxious visit became effortless and smooth. They gave her a sticker and a toy and my daughter said everyone was nice and that she liked it there. They worked around our important schedule and held her needs as a priority. I couldnt say enough good things. If only other offices were like them...but we will be staying here. I also want to add that although you may wait a bit. In the end they gave me the time necessary to explain treatment without it feeling rushed like other offices. This is most appreciated when looking for a good dentist for my daughter. I would rather have it this way over rushed care.

My 4yr old had dental work done and I cant say enough about how amazing they were. The team talked to him every step of the way and checked on him constantly to make sure he was ok and comfortable. I was very impressed and would highly recommend them.

Every time I come they are so organized in getting all three of my boys’ teeth cleaned.

My son was not to thrilled about being at the dentist, he is very shy and does not like being around people he doesn’t know. The staff made him feel welcome with smiles and jokes. The dentist was really nice and helped my son feel comfortable by asking him about his crock shoes and if he had as many teeth as a dinosaur. After our visit he got to look through some toys and take one home.

Celeste (sp?) was amazing!!! She put the kids at ease from the moment we went back. She did their x-rays and finished our visit with a round of sealant for their big kid teeth. Thank you for being so patient with my babies!

Great, kid friendly environment. TVs are placed in each room right above your child’s head so they can watch children movies during treatment. The doctor & dental assistant were patient, sweet and informative. There was a bit of a wait but that is to be expected with appointments. My daughter loved it and she responded so well to the care. Thank you, Route 32.

I called yesterday and they were able to fit me in today. The staff is always so nice and friendly. My 8 year old was being seen but they also made sure to acknowledge my 1 year old. They speak with the kids all the time. I never feel rushed. And they tell me what needs to be done without being condescending when it comes to my sons oral health. I will always recommend them to anyone with children.

My girls love visiting Route 32! The staff is friendly and loving! You can tell each person really cares about the patients! Ericha the hygienist is amazing at what she does!! Felicia, Misha and Celeste were informative and nice! Dr. Butcher took her time with each sibling, was very thorough and so sweet! I think it’s safe to say we found our dental home!

We went a year ago to Route 32 and it was the worst experience for my 1, 2 and 3 year old. The dental assistant was rude and made fun of our children for crying, not realizing I was the mother outside of the room (father was inside the room). The dentist at the time was no better. We had zero treatment options besides sedation for our oldest (3). A year later after being told Route 32 had new staff and a new dentist, we had a wonderful experience! The entire staff was amazing and we loved the Dentist (Dr. Makenzie)! I felt so much relief going this time and my 4 year old was so comfortable with everyone. The dentist explained everything thoroughly. Glad we gave Route 32 another shot. I know my kids will look forward to going now.

Great experience. My kiddos first dentist appt after we received full custody and Jessica the RDA was so patient with her. Especially being kindly on the spectrum. The hygienist (who was a fill in) was extra sweet and explained everything carefully. Thank you to both of you that made Alyssa feel comfortable during her visit!

Quick, everybody was friendly with me and did very well with my toddler. I wish the waiting room was more kid friendly but overall it was a good experience. I would recommend.

First time being at Route 32 i felt so welcomed. I have to say Ive never really seen such a kid friendly environment at the dentist for kids! I will say i am transferring all my kids to this facility! Yall did a fantastic job! All staff had welcoming smiles!

We went for the first time today and it was a great experience with my two year old. Both the doctor and the assistant were so good with him and spent the time talking with me about all my concerns. Didn’t make me feel rushed or dumb for my first time mom questions. Also talked with my son during his checkup and made him feel engaged and calm. Will definitely keep taking my son here!

Excellent team. Friendly service. Made my kids feel at ease with there treatment they weren’t scared and are excited to go back to the dentist.

The bedside manner of Dr. McKenzie was fantastic. However her skills were shown to be lower than expected when she only did one filling and refused to do the remainder of the work as my child was not falling asleep like other kids. She stopped, offered a prescription for meds and pawned us off on other dentists. Rather displeased. On top of that we still had to pay for the failed sedation.

I love coming here! The staff is so attentive and involved. Despite it being a quick cleaning the wait is the ONLY ISSUE. It’s seems like when i come in it’s always super busy and I’m waiting about an hour or more but i had an assistant come in and play with my frustrated one year old which made it a bit better but really wish wait time would be shorter. I understand it’s busy but dealing with a one year old in an office for an hour is hard work!

The dentist is really great, some of the staff is a little less so and seem really rude when you try to have a conversation with them. I can understand some people do not like conversation but if there is someone in front of you seeking it you should at the very least be polite and acknowledge what theyre saying, the check out/ appointment scheduling clerk was not.

I just love the way they treated my babies during their treatment. My babies were so relaxed and was taken care of and that’s what I love about Route32. I would recommend them to anybody. If I could give them 10 star it would most definitely be a 10 because they are the bomb!

My daughter loves to get her teeth checked, and everyone is always friendly and helpful. My only complaint is the wait time, we end up waiting for the dentist for an hour before she is seen. But otherwise it’s a good place.

Dr. Makenzie was refreshing. We went as a referral. One dentist said my 9 yo daughter needed a root canal. Makenzie said that was an option but gave me another option. She took the time to explain everything to me. I would definitely go back.

My kids like coming here i do miss their doctor.. the one we seen today. Seemed like she doesn’t have patience with toddlers. The guy before was really sweet and nice. The nurses were sweet as always.

The best dentist Ive ever taken my children to and will never go elsewhere! They take care of your childrens needs explain their procedures step by step and follow up by phone call to assure your child is doing okay after dental work. 5 stars is an understatement :)

I needed to go back in after i left to take a picture for momma because it was little mans first dentist visit. I never felt like I was a big bother and even though my boy was being grouchy. If you walk in respecting these people they will do the same. Wonderful visit!

The staff was very helpful and mindful of my kids. The environment in this facility is kid friendly. My kids loved the tablets available for games, toys for there age, movies that they can relate too and very age appropriate. My children loved the screen that was above them to help them take there mind off the dentist and treatment. Dentist answered all my questions without hesitation and approached my kids in a friendly manner. Service overall was awesome and I will be returning in the future.

I can not thank you guys enough for being so good to my 8 year old. Doctor was considerate, patient, attentive, and nice. My son had an awful experience somewhere else and I thought he would never want to go to the dentist again, but you guys restored his confidence.

It was our first time there and I went to there to get a second opinion for my daughter. I’m thankful that they were very honest about what she needs and didn’t try to up sell me.

SoI get to the office and we had to sit out in the car and text which was fine. So we set there for a minute nobody came out so I called them and was like hello gave my name and told them we was waiting for the appointment. Still took some time so finally a lady come out and was like you have to change your provider I was like why he just was seen Tuesday. She then begin to explain that when a child change to a new dentist this has to be done . Mind you he has already been to this office and wasn’t new. So she proceeds to go back in the office claiming she was gone fix it or check it out again we are still waiting! Then here comes another employee totally different(a man) and he says hello mam but you have to change providers because they changed on us ok sir my point is why didn’t nobody call Wednesday before the appointment or the day of the cleaning them he proceeded to say but you can pay $235 out of pocket first of all I didn’t like that because you guys aren’t on your job!!!!! And why should I pay out of pocket when my child is on insurance I will never bring my children to a place where they don’t feel welcomed because to me all this could have been handled in a better way!!!!! The professional service is bad never again!!!!

When a child counts down the days to her dental appointment like Christmas you have the best.

I took all three of my children for routine cleanings at one time. The entire process was seamless and comforting for the nervous ones. The Dentist went over any issues that needed to be handled very clearly and also provided advice to the kids on how they need to be taking better care of their oral hygiene. We look forward to starting the orthodontics process with Route32 as Im sure that they will take the same care as the dentistry side.I did deduct one star for the check-out and scheduling of the next visit because the lady who assisted us was not friendly at all and almost seemed as though we were a bother. Dental plans were rushed through without much explanation or alternate options. Not the greatest way to end an awesome visit, but the other staff and the dentist made up for it!

Fast! My son had an extraction and spacers put in and my daughter had her well child check up. They were done in the same amount of time. Everyone was very kind and patient. My daughter is incredibly apprehensive when it comes to the the dentist and they handled it very well. Their current COVID procedures are simple and effective. We waited no longer than 20 minutes from initial contact to sitting in a private room. Both kids are looking forward to the next visit.

I took my 5 year old son yesterday, I was overwhelmed by the kindness from everyone there. From the second we walked in until we left they were so kind and caring. My son needed an extensive amount of work done including 2 teeth pulled and fillings. He was NEVER in any pain and they continued to reassure him he was doing great! Dr Nelson was AMAZING as well and so gentle! My son and I are so thankful to have found a dentist that we can count on and trust! My son is excited to go back in 6 months for his check up! Ive been taking my son since he was 6 months old, always a great visit, until today. They were going to apply a medicine on his tooth to delay the cavity, and we sat there for a good 30mins waiting for the staff and they come back to say they could t find it! And to reschedule.

I love Route 32. I went in today with 4 kids between the ages of 8-12 and Dr. Nelson and his staff made each one of them feel like they were the only ones there. My kids have been talking about their visit all day.The staff are friendly and professional and take time to not only answer my questions but my kids questions as well.I highly recommend Route 32.

We have been twice in a weeks time. I love the time and effort they put into making sure my child’s health is looked after. We came to seek a second opinion, and i immediately felt as though we were in better care.

Your staff was amazing. My grandson (6 yr old) was very uncooperative during his visit. Refused x-rays, would not set in chair like they wanted him to. The ladies worked the best they could with him acting the way he did. i applaud them.

The staff does a great job making my son and daughter feel comfortable with their dental experience. My son has Downs Syndrome and his dentist shared some tips that are especially helpful for people this genetic difference. They are very punctual, so I know we cant be late!

We love this dentist office! Both my kids are extremely comfortable there and never have any worry or fear of the dentist. Everyone is so nice and patient with them and they let the parent stay with the kids from beginning to end. They are truly amazing and we will continue going back for the awesome care they provide!!

All ancillary staff friendly, helpful, & appropriate with my teen who is not taking care of his teeth. Dentist friendly with introductions. I may have asked as an inopportune time, but I was repeating his statement as a question, to make sure I understood. I was clearly told by him that I was interrupting his stream of consciousness and that he would answer my questions at the end of the exam. I understood. I am glad the ancillary staff was able to answer my question: they really are fantastic.

The best childrens dentist Ive ever taken my kids to. They love it. We moved away briefly and upon return the kids couldnt wait to go back to the dentist office. Everyone from the front desk staff through check out is friendly, helpful and just a positive person. Its what you truly want in a pediatric dentist. Our 6 year old son had an awful experience at another dentist office out of town and Route 32 upon learning this set out to change his mind about the dentist visits. He was a mess before his appointment, nervous and scared, but everyone made him feel at ease. His appointment went so smooth and he came out a totally different kid about the dentist. I have no trouble getting our kids to go to the dentist. My only change would be that they would see adult patients. If your are lucky enough to use this dentist for your kids you will not be disappointed.

I took my son in today (Jan 3rd 2020) and they were super busy. Someone from the front desk came to the waiting area and informed us that they were short an assistant. That was fine, all the kids seemed ok. Once we were called, the assistant that helped us had the nerve to ask if my son was autistic or just hyper. For one, my child had to wait over 40 minutes to be called back to a room. And then bc he is a little antsy, gets that type of question. I truly feel as though my son was discriminated against. And to top it off, she appeared to be annoyed with my son. I will not be going back again .

I absolutely loved the clinical part of my visits at Route 32. The doctors were very knowledgeable and always showed and explained any issues they saw with either child. All of the dental assistants were so wonderful with my kids and never seemed to be bothered when I had 10,000 questions to ask. Although the clinical staff was amazing, I had some issues with the office staff that I felt were frustrating enough to not return here for my kids dental services. I posted a lengthy review detailing my encounters and swore off Route 32. Not long after my review posted, one of the doctors and the clinical supervisor, Heather reached out to me via email. After several emails back and forth providing more detail into the problems I had, they both responded with great empathy and did everything possible to correct the issues within their staff. They took my review as constructive criticism and made their business better because of it. I am thankful that they did not see me as just another person complaining, and really took action to improve. We will continue to be clients at Route 32 as long as they keep the same positive outlook with patient satisfaction.

Amazing staff and my 6 year old had 2 sessions to complete work in his mouth and my 3 year old had xrays to see what all work he would need and they were so patient with him. Highly recommend this office!

We’ve been with Route 32 for over 3 years and we love them! They take great care of us, get us in and out quickly, and treat us like family. They’re the best!

Friendly staff but very over priced! I was told to bring $776 on the first visit for them to extract my six year olds tooth and add a spacer and all the work would total $2489/$1336.60 out of pocket. If I couldn’t pay that I had to at least have half to get the work done. My six year old was in pain. Yet they wouldn’t be able to do the work until 20 days later. That was a blessing to me. I decided to get a second opinion and went to Waco Kids Dentist. They extracted the bad tooth on the first visit and I only paid $71.50 out of pocket with a second visit following for the remainder of the work totaling $185.30 out of pocket. I looked at the itemized bill and was outdone at the difference in rates. Needless to say Waco Kids dentist was able to send my six year old home with no more pain, mommy not broke and able to cancel with Route 32 who was trying to break my bank!! Just beware and always seek a second opinion!
