I got my phone taken in one day and within an hour my phone screen was fixed ! I’ve had no issues with it since. The price was the best in town ! ( I called every other store for a price check) the woman at the front was so kind, helpful and professional ! By far best phone repair service I have EVER received. No joke. I have taken two different iPhones (X and 11) to them to replace the screens. I had to take both phones back within a week or two because the touch screens stopped working correctly. After they “fixed” them for the second time, the screens on both phones fell off within another week or two (both phones had really good Otterbox cases on them and were not dropped). I took the phones elsewhere, said nothing to them about having them worked on, and the first thing they said was that the adhesive for holding the screen on was done incorrectly. I can understand messing up here and there, but four times in a row. There’s definitely a quality issue with their work.Update: Wow! Your response to my post was to call me a liar and blame the parts. You need training in personal responsibility and customer service, as well as obviously learning how to appropriately fix the phones. And yes, you’re right, it is offensive that I’ve paid you for a job that didn’t get done right after multiple attempts.

I went in thinking I needed a new battery for my IPhone 7. I was told I didn’t need one. The tech told and showed me what my good battery looked like compared to bad ones. I value honesty and appreciate how they do business. I wasn’t charged anything and walked out grateful. If I ever need service on my phone in the future I know where I’m going.

Excellent service. My Iphone screen needed to be replaced. I was greeted within a minute of entering the shop. After opening up my phone he noticed and told me that the battery was swollen, but did not push for a sale. The entire repair start to finish took about ten minutes and I was charged a reasonable price.

Came in, in hopes to fix my boyfriends PS4 and within 10minutes of being there Aldo was able to tell us what was wrong and what we’d need to replace. In under an hour with a few in between customers we left with a fixed PS4 and little extra tech knowledge. Great place, awesome service and low prices!

The screen protector and screen to my iPhone X got shattered after I dropped it. I called iPhone Doctor of Waco and Jorie was extremely helpful. I had wanted to go in on Saturday and get it fixed, but they didnt have a screen in stock. She apologized for the inconvenience and offered to get the screen in and give me $20 discount when I came in. I went in on Tuesday and she had me all fixed up, including replacing my screen protector. Jorie is such a nice gal and I highly recommend her service!!! Would give 10 stars if I could!!!

Best place in Waco to fix your phone. They have the best prices and the best quality of work in town. My iPhone wouldnt charge and I had tried everything besides replacing the hardware. Aldo was able to fix it very quickly while I waited in the store.

I called the shop to find out if my phone could be repaired since it was cracked on both sides. I was told that it was more expensive and takes more time to repair, but that it was possible. After receiving phone back, I started experiencing a shocking noise/sensation when I’d press the home button. I returned for more hours of more repair only to be told that my phone was going to need to be replaced. My phone worked but something with the proximity didn’t work well. Ben ordered me a phone which was to arrive within the next week or two. I was told that I’d be contacted when my phone came in, but was never contacted. I called, but no call back has been received. My phone works, but the internet does not work as it did before. I would not recommend this place.
