Look. This guy is trust worthy. He could have sold me on something I didn’t need, but he didn’t. He just gave me free advice instead. At the very least, I can confidently say this company won’t rip you off.

Did great work

We took our ps4 to wacotechs on August 18th for over heating. They said they took it apart cleaned the fan, replaced the thermal glue and replaced the hard drive. Charged us $200 and we picked it up August 26th. On the evening of August 27th the ps4 overheated again. So we texted them the following day (August 28th) telling them the ps4 was still over heating. They replied with replacing the fan being the only thing left to try. We asked for a refund on the hard drive since that obviously wasnt the problem. And they never replied. Thankfully we documented everything to make reporting them easier. So we called another ps4 repair company and they took it in and informed us the ps4 had NEVER been taken apart. The fan was full of dust and there was no new thermal glue. They did everything wacotechs claimed to have done and then some (they only charged us $75 for all this) and our ps4 has been running beautifully ever since. They also agreed to show any proof needed from their end when we report wacotechs to the BBB and the Federal Trade Commission. So in summary, Wacotechs lied to us about what they did then charged us $200 for a hard drive we didnt even need.

This guy was amazing - my computer was on its last leg - he transferred all my data to a new computer. When I got my new computer back it had 100s of pictures I thought I had lost from a previous transfer. He was professional, patient, and had answers to all my questions. Good to have a new Go-To for computer issues.

I took my Laptop there for a fan issue about a month or two ago. It was some of the most kind business service I have ever gotten. I needed it to be done quickly for my work. I was able to pay a fee available to anyone to get my Laptop done first. I waited about 40 min or less till it was done. Hector had a smile on his face almost the whole time. It was defiantly some of the most Professional service I have ever had! The price was priced accordingly to great service and fair. Thank You for your awesome service Hector!

I did business with this company a few years ago so apologies for not recalling all of the details. I brought a phone in for a screen repair, was told it would be fixed by a certain date because I was traveling out of the country on important business and needed the phone on my travel. The date came and went, phone was not ready. No apologies & no discounts were offered for their screw up. They ended up having to send it off to get it fixed elsewhere. Ended up having to get a family member to get the phone about a week later and mail it to me at my cost. These guys wouldnt even cover the shipping. Also turned out the bill was much higher than estimated, but I guess since I wasnt there to pick up the phone they thought they could pull a fast one and I couldnt get my phone back if I didnt pay. They definitely did not have a customer first attitude. More like a sucks to be in your attitude. I would NOT do business with them or recommend them. Total nightmare. Ended up having to get my phone fixed overseas about a year later when their poor quality work broke again. Somehow the overseas company got it fixed in 24 hours for a quarter of the cost and I still have the phone today. I was not going to leave a review because I normally do not, but now I am getting bombarded with emails soliciting my review so here it is. Customer beware!

Hector at WacoTechs service was excellent!! The prices were affordable and work was efficient. He was very patient with me and also assisted me with picking/dropping off laptops I needed fixed. I would definitely recommend him to anyone needing computer repair.

Very helpful and professional. My laptop crashed after an update and both my husband and I tried everything we could think of. Worst experience. I would advise you to go some where else. They charged me $37 for diagnostic then wanted to charge me $70 to recover my data from my old laptop after it was going to cost $300 to repair. They wouldnt apply my $37 to get my data, but only if I paid $300 for the repair. I came by several times and they werent in the office then told me they could dispose of my data if I didnt get it within 30 days. They saved my laptop under wrong name so initially they couldnt find my laptop. I only how my data is still on the laptop as im going to have to find a way to recover it myself and now Im out of $37 for no reason.

Repaired my brand new Iphone 6S that got dropped in the washing machine after I was told it couldnt be. Its not perfect by any means, hard to type, drops all calls, on off button doesnt work but they put the one on you use when that happens. Guess they did the best they could. It turns on and off.

I dropped off my iphone with small cracks.from a short fall. Phone was still in perfect working order. Lied to me about the cost to repair and broke the inside of the phone blamed me in order to charge me more. Total scam, avoid at all costs if you value your device. They will lie right to your face and cause additional damage just to defraud customers out of their hard earned money. They obviously have no clue what theyre doing. Save your money send it.to apple directly.

Terrible they don’t know what they are doing!!! Charged my Baylor student $135.00, kept it for two weeks!!! Didn’t fix a thing and would not give her a refund. The manager Hector is very rude!!

My personal experience with the owner made me disgusted and I would never do business with or talk to them again. He thinks its funny when his customers harass me too after leaving a negative review.

Called this place when they opened at 10 and the person who answered was rude as hell but did answer my questions...got there at 10:30, 30 minutes after they were supposed to have opened, and no one was there then when I tried to call again no one answered and no one called me back
