Had multiple cars and my boat ceramic coated! They did a completely awesome job. It was done timely and cars look fantastic. Get compliments all the time on how good my car looks. I took my mid sized SUV here and did the platinum package back in April 2021 ($300). I was there in the morning when they told me to be there to drop the car off but had to wait for someone to open the shop (even though it was after their posted opening hours). I was told theyd call me when it was ready but as it was approaching their end of day, I didnt hear back so I called. They told me they were almost done and itd be ready by the time I got there. They had my vehicle for over 9 hours and when I arrived they were still vacuuming the interior. I waited for them to finish and when they went to close my hatch, the interior panel where they pulled the handle snapped off. I was given a large discount off my detailing because of this and they were apologetic, even offering to fix it if I got the parts, but I just it fixed myself. I was put out by the miscommunication and damage to my vehicle but gave them another try. I brought my car back recently but only got the silver package ($123). They did call when it was ready this time and told me to look it over and let them know if it needed some spots touched up. Perhaps my expectations were too high but the side mirrors still had dirt and dead bugs on them and there was fresh tar smudges all over which I pointed out. I had a slight back and forth discussion about getting that cleaned off before leaving, but they finally agreed to clean the tar off but stated that it was there when I dropped it off. I was frustrated because it should have been cleaned off when they were supposed to have hand washed the car to begin with and why did more tar get on it after it was cleaned. Nevertheless, it seems like they were juggling many clients and werent very organized. I had to wait for one employee to come back with the a card reader before I could even pay for the service and had a hard time getting someone to talk to about what was actually done. They were nice, but they seemed overwhelmed and things were rushed.

I highly recommend Bulldog Auto Detailing! Very friendly and professional. Our truck needed a good detail, it was in bad shape. And they did an amazing job left it looking like new and a reasonable cost!

EDIT:: The owner of the company did amazing to accommodate for the experience we had. We got a refund for half of the service, which was more than I expected. He alone made the process so easy and so much better. Everything was taken care of and we were given a special deal for our next time in. Only recommendation I have is to explicitly explain what you’re needing done for your car so you don’t have the confusion I did!Dropped my car off at 8am for the gold package, which was recommended after I explained my biggest problems in my car. Explained on the phone and in person that I had a stain on my roof in the back of my vehicle and in one of my back seats, was told it wasn’t a problem. Got a call at 1 that my car done. My husband went at 4 to pick it up and the stains were still there not touched, the carpet hadn’t been completely vacuumed, and the weather stripping on my doors were untouched. My husband mentioned this to them and was told that regularly the roof isn’t included in the gold package but that that would go ahead and take care of it this time. When my husband asked about getting a discount for having to wait and to have to go back over their work to make sure it was good, the guy told my husband that they don’t give discounts if they completely the task. This was a completely horrible experience dropping my car off to be detailed. For $180 we shouldn’t have to go back over the work that was done.

BULLDOG AUTO Detailing in WACO did a great job on our 40 foot 5th wheel RV. The best thing is, you can trust them with taking great care of your prize possession while in their care. Great job Guys. When my new car finally arrived, I wasnt sure what ceramic coating I wanted/needed, so I called Gram @ Bulldog Auto Detailing and he took his time explaining the different product options to me and invited me to come in to see the differences for myself, which I did. I ended up going with the 9-year ceramic coating and it was/is a game changer. My black car is shiny and stays so clean. I was so pleased and impressed with Gram and his teams work, that Im having them do weekly maintenance washes now and he picks up/drops off my car at my office to make it convenient for me. This place saved me thousands of dollars! I had the 9 year ceramic coating put on my new car. A few weeks later my car was vandalized! The scratches were very deep looked like I needed a new paint job on the entire passenger side! This place was able to remove the scratches and put a new ceramic coating in it!!! Very professional! Had Bulldog Detailing in Waco do a paint correction with 2 layer ceramic coating on my red 2016 camaro 2ss. I feel like I have a new car again. It looks better than when I bought it brand new. If you have a nice car go with the ceramic coating from Bulldog. I am super happy with the job they did and will be a repeat customer.
