Paul Richard Remodeling is the best contractor we have worked with in the Waco area. He and his crew were very responsive, professional, on-time, efficient, and always left the work areas as clean as possible. They helped us transform an old dusty covered porch into a gorgeous sun room that added sq footage to our house. It was a big factor in helping us sell our home the first day that it hit market. I would recommend Paul and his crew to anybody needing remodeling, painting, and/or new build jobs. I would use him over and over again if I were still in Waco.

We had a DARK 1979 green tiled shower. It was cracked and looked so nasty. Due to constant shifting of the soil in our area we decided we would rather not have tile and go with shower insert. Paul came out and listened to us. He did not try and talk us out of what we wanted. I live my shower now. They raised to ceiling, add cam lighting, and vent to bathroom. It looks great. They guys were great and did an awesome job. I even changed a few things after original bid. He was great at getting it done. Very professional, they cleaned up each day.I will use him again for future jobs.

I recently contracted Paul to install and texture drywall in my 16 x 24 building. I had never met him before and relied on his google and website reviews when deciding to contract his services. After contacting him, he was professional and provided me with a quick, fair quote. I had two other local companies provide me a quote as well for comparison. The next day I signed a contract, and he had materials in the building that same evening. His crew completed the work in 3 days, and did good work overall. They cleaned up and removed all leftover material. I would definitely consider using him again in the future.

We picked Paul Richard Remodeling after trying to get quotes from other contractors that were unresponsive. Paul was very responsive and came to the house to walk through the project we wanted to tackle. We loved our first bathroom remodel so much that we had a second bathroom remodeled. Paul provided a quality product at a very good price. They added a 200 sq ft bathroom and converted our existing laundry and bathroom into one large laundry room. I would not hesitate to use him again in the future for any remodel needs.

I would not recommend Paul Richard Remodeling to anyone. Paul was extremely unprofessional when he tried to build his own makeshift cabinets in our pantry. He threw a fit when we refused to pay for his work when it was the wrong material (he used roofing plywood that wasn’t sanded and tried to sand it and put about 5 coats of paint on it) and looked absolutely horrible. We ended up paying someone else to remove it, and then had another contractor install custom cabinets. Months after we were done with Paul, we realized our (2) pedestal sinks were not properly installed. They were not security to the wall(s) at all and can be completely pulled away. We realized this in December 2019 and Paul emailed saying that someone would be there that Friday. No one showed up and we haven’t heard from Paul since then. We have emailed him multiple times, with no response. We have made several attempts to get the issue corrected. He is still under contract (1 year for labor), but he does not care to follow up or correct the problem. Even if we didn’t have the issue with the sinks, I still would never recommend Paul.

We werent sure exactly who to work with for our new kitchen. After doing a Google search we noticed the professionalism of Pauls website and decided to give him a try. We are glad we did. Im in love with my new cabinets and my new counter tops.Thank you Paul,You guys are amazing! What an unbelievable experience!

Not only was the finished product exactly what we had in mind and then some, but the way Paul and his staff worked with us and reassured us along the way was top knotch. Just finished a large remodel of my house. My favorite thing was the communication from Paul. He kept us in the know on thing and made sure they were the way we wanted. He also did the little things and sometimes the not so little things we did not expect. We often went with his designs. They were better then ours. He brought in good subs when needed and made sure work was right.We would highly recommend Paul for any work at your home.

Paul did a whole house remodel for us in early 2017. While, as can be the case with any contractor, problems did occasionally pop up, he was always cooperative and worked to get issues resolved quickly and to our satisfaction. As a matter of fact he was just here today (7/2/18) discuss another project for next spring, so I guess you can say we have confidence in his ability to get the job done.

Highly recommend. They enclosed a triangle space that was originally an aquarium, and created an entertainment space and shelving in our dining room. Would hire again.

We hired Paul to refinish wood floors and hang and paint cabinets and hang a microwave. The job went 2 days beyond the quoted time frame, so I had to pay for 2 nights in a hotel for my family in addition to the 4 nights for the original work. When we inspected the work it turned out to be a sloppy job. I gave him a 2nd chance to make it right, again paying for a hotel room for 4 more nights. When we returned, most of the work had not been completed, and the sub contractor had actually damaged our walls, and floors, and had broken into our garage to find and old can of paint to do touch up work. Upon further inspection, we found that the microwave was hung improperly creating a major safety hazard and had been damaged to where it could not be hung properly. I had to purchase another $275 microwave.We were hesitant in working with Paul because he required 40% up front, but we went forward anyway. After the damage to our home we fired him and agreed to pay him for the cabinets he hung minus the amount for the damaged microwave. He owes us around $400 which he refuses to pay.

This was a great experience working with Paul. He completed the job early and his designs for the bathroom showers were awesome. Even when there were a few issues he stepped right in and got it fixed with ease.

I would not recommend this guy to anybody. Still waiting on my 300 dollars that he bribed me with to take down a negative review. Which he tried to justify by arguing with me and my wife. The work you had done to my bathroom is horrible.
