We called Joel, as well as two others, for a complete new roof estimate. He was competitive, but it was his attitude and start date that won the bid. He arrived on the day just before daylight. He came with a full crew, got right to work, breaking only for a brief lunch, and didnt leave until nearly sundown. He had finished the job,. With only a small amount left to do. He returned a few days later and finished. Besides the quick work, I was really impressed with the clean-up. I couldnt even tell he had been there. We have already spoken to him about another job.

Joel came out and did an estimate. I called him on Wednesday 6/15/16 at 1:56 p.m. (I checked my call long to be sure) to check up on an estimate and he said he would have it ready tomorrow afternoon.. Thursday- no word... So, I call back Friday morning and he rudely said .. I thought I told you it would be ready this afternoon.. but I can tell you already now its up to $25,000. I laughed and asked if he was joking.. he said he was serious... I laughed again and just hung up.MIND YOU I also received 4 other estimates between $6,000- $9,000. .. and this was only for a garage remodel.I cannot make this up.

Joel has always done a more than adequate job and done it well, but the extra advantage you get is the smile and good feeling he leaves you with.
