Amazing to do business with from start to finish. First roof replacement I’ve ever had to deal with and I did very little. Dealing with Benny at Centex, made this repair/maintenance task we deal with as homeowners, pleasant in every way. Made a lifetime customer out of me. Thank you Benny and Cen-Tex team.

I do not recommend them for metal roofing. They use a supplier that does not certify their material and you cannot get your homeowner insurance discount that is permitted with appropriate paperwork. This is costing me $250/year. The roofer, Jerry, assured me he could get the certificates and did not/can not. His supervisor only cared that he did not put in the contract that he would provide the certificates...

We contracted with Cen-Tex to close in our small patio. Benny Doss, who handled the job for Cen-Tex gathered some competent contractors to do us a fine job. Shout out to Danny Perry and his guys for their fast but quality work . The special windows took some time to get made, but when they came in, the work proceeded quickly and was completed to our satisfaction. All of it, carpentry/painting, electrical and AC/Heat was done very well and professionally. We would use them again.

This company did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them for their high quality work and extra-mile customer service. Benny and his workers were quick, polite and clean, and stuck to the job and their commitment to make us happy and complete the project. We were very impressed with their professionalism and steadfast response to needs.

Cen Tex Roof added 2 sets of French doors & a casement window to enclose our back covered porch. Tim Kocian was very creative in using cedar for the arched curve above the doors & windows. He was also always available through phone calls or texts. Now my beautiful porch is not a glorified dog & cat house!

Had this company give me an estimate for replacing a roof on my investment property. The representative chase mallard was very unprofessional and unprepared for the interview for the job and did not represent his company well. When I called I asked about a whole roof replacement and after he was there inspecting the roof he asked why I wanted the roof repaired and I then explained i do not want repairs I need it replaced. I have dealt with a company like this for foundations and its not a good sign when they cant relay information properly. He did not have any estimate contracts with him so he wrote the numbers out of a piece of paper and told them to me verbally. I asked for an email to be sent to me so I can compare to the other companies and he said he was unable to. I called back 2 weeks later to see about the estimate and scheduling and they did not have record of the estimate. I then spoke with Dan whom deals with the representatives due to his representative not reforming his job properly and he apologized very insencerly about his representative and explain they are based on commission and he may not have thought he would make a sale so he didnt feel the need to draw a document up. Also to get another representative out would be in January. I was interested in this company because of word of mouth but this company I dealt with does not appear to be the same value as before that my family and friends used. I will be going with the other company and I will let everyone I know to do the same.

I was very impressed in every regard by Cen-Tex Roof Systems. Both Dan Baras and Mark V. called me to make sure I was being attended to in spite of their incredible work load. I mentioned a concern of mine to Mark V. and he took it directly to Dan. All were very responsive, agreeable and a joy to work with, including Jose and his work crew. I am satisfied and impressed in every aspect.

I debated on writing this for 2 weeks, but decided my voice needed to be heard.After getting several quotes and CentexRoofing being the most expensive, Mark the guy from CentexRoofing and myself worked out a price that was great for (him)contractor and client (me) or so I thought. Mark seemed to be real genuine as he messaged asking if I received the insurance money, & kept calling making sure that we were still going to use CentexRoofing and I told him yes he wanted us to sign the contract he wrote up before we had agreed on a different price. I told him if he can write the contract up with the new price on it then I can sign it, he agreed to it and said he would be at my house on the following Sunday at 6pm. Here it is 6:20pm on that Sunday and no message, call, email nothing so I text him and he told me I need to go with a different company. Very unprofessional since I turned the other companies down because Mark seemed like he was really interested in helping me.I’m sorry but I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone especially since it only seemed like how much money can we get over on this lady(me).

Joe with the construction and remodeling division has been nothing but helpful and knowledgeable to us while we have been remodeling our whole house. Him and his guys did a such a great job on our sheetrock that weve asked him about installing our floors as well. Hes answered every question weve had and we recommend him and his guys for any remodeling you may need.

We do not leave reviews for other businesses often, but Cen-Tex Roof Systems is an exemplary company! Three primary benefits we experienced were: 1.) Attention to detail, 2.)Excellent clean-up and tidiness, 3.) In-and-Out speed. Very poor, DID not finish the work payed for...supervisor was supposed to sign off of completed work and that never happened, so my mothers house still had/has a leaky roof. DO NOT USE...THEY WILL NOT HONOR THE PREVIOUS WORK THEY DID. THEY WILL NOT RETURN HER CALLS EITHER...truly a terrible company.

I had some repairs done to fascia boards(and added some drip edge) by them as well as the roof on my porch area and looking at my house today, the repairs they did to the wood looks like it did when my house was new! Just outstanding! Months later after the repair I thought I had a leak(which probably ended up being condensation build-up from the ground because it was a warm rainy day) and they came out even months later to make sure everything was ok and were totally cool about it ready to tend to any problem(thankfully, there was no issue) These folks stand behind their work and they give you an honest price...and if anything isnt up to their standards, they will make it right. Weve found our roofing company for all future problems, and thats some peace of mind that you cant put a price on. Thanks again Roger, outstanding job!

John Ivy was exceedingly easy to work with, he was very polite and considerate, and he explained things thoroughly with no pressure. He and his crew, from initial bid to job completion, was fast and orderly. The crew came in removed the damaged roof, replaced it, and cleaned up the site well in a record amount of time from my perspective. I would recommend Cen-Tex Roofing to anyone. Outstanding job! Honestly the fastest and most efficient process you can imagine! I called Tony about a small roof leak in my bedroom and he himself came to check it out the very next day. He was very thorough in his inspection and upon recommending a new roof all together he gave us our options and walked us through the claims process. Once that was taken care of he had his crew knocking on our door at 7am sharp just two days after the insurance check came in. They were ready to go! At 2:30pm my wife came home and they roofers were cleaning up and heading out. Job complete and it is immaculate!! Unbelievable experience with Tony and everyone at Cen-Tex Roof Systems! We have a commercial building that had many leaks so we called several companies for bids. Out of the 5 we called only 2 showed up to give us an estimate. We decided to go with one of them and waited for them to install the system they told us would be the best for our situation. The price was right but they never came back or called us to say when they would start. Months later we called Cen Tex Roof Systems for an estimate. Brad Preston came out and explained to us what we needed and gave us a better price than the previous NO SHOW company. We decided to use their CEN TEX and within days our roof was finished. The price was exactly what they quoted, the crew was fast, courteous and cleaned up as if they had never been there. The roof looks wonderful! Better than all of that Today it rained and for the first time in 6 years we have no leaks!Thank you Brad, the crew and Cen Tex, We will recommend you to everyone we know!

Spoke with several other that had the same experience with them. (((Original: Honest and dependable. I had wind damage on my roof that was being covered by my insurance. I called 4 different roofing companies. Cen-Tex bid my roof with in a hundred dollars(lower) of the insurance estimate. None of them had access to the insurance estimate. This was my way of seeing who was doing a more accurate job from the start. The closest one to them was $800 dollars over and the other 2 were not in the ball park. Fred Taylor was VERY patient with us deciding the type and color and kept in contact with us every step of the way. I went to work that morning and came home to a finished roof and a house with a new look. I recommend this company highly.)))

I had several roofing companies give an estimates to replace my roof from hail damage this past May. Cen-Tex Roofing gave the best quote with high quality products. Rickey Powell made this process simple and convenient. Cen-Tex employees did an excellent job removing and replacing the roof shingles. Had great experience with re-roof on our 19 year old roof almost 20 years. First we had Cen-Tex come out to re-repair another job another person did 2-3 years ago and they did a great job. Also at that time 2-3 years ago they said we did not need a re-roof, so greatly appreciated honesty.We called, they came out quickly to do another repair and we suggested to go ahead and re-roof since almost 20 year old roof.They came and started at 7am sharp. They let us know up front everything they would do and how long it would take. They stayed and finished the job in 1 day, 7am-8:16pm-lots of works, and lots of hard workers, not standing around, smoking, phone texting, etc., but working which was nice.Very professionalVery good clean upWanted 50% down up front, and I had to ask how to make last payment after job was completed, meaning they were not there the min. the job was done wanting the last of the money.They got us in quickly, originally out work wise about 3 wks., but they got us in, in 2wks. They were professional. I was able to reach office staff. Staff called back quickly with straight forward answers.My husbands work schedule is really different, sleep during day, work at night and off only few days so they really accommodated his working schedule.The noise was minimal.We were not required to be at the house during the day. Came to fix a leak I paid 500 for 2 times for them to try and come find the leak. After 2x of them coming out and no changes to my leak issue. They told me it would be another 1500 to try again and that still wouldnt be covered by any warranty that if it didnt work I was just SOL. So I feel like I was ripped off by this company and want to warn others with leak issues dont waste your time with this company. Unless your trying to spend 10 grand for a new roof they treat you like your not worth the time

Metal roof leak around skylight, only tried to patch it leaks worse now than ever.you get one call out with there warranty they showed up with caulk guns to try more temporary patching. I had to pay ahead of time for the job for reflashing around skylight and all they did was patch very unhappy with the work trying to locate a real metal roof installer to get it reflashed.good luck to any one who uses them

Hard working men.

Three years ago we had them come replace our roof because we live on a hill so after two shingle roofs were put on we decided to go with a metal one. when the guys came out to put it on, they ripped the shingles off and started on the roof with absolutely no wrap. then they move all the wood strips so much then screwed the metal on then they would take it up and start all over again. then 8 mos. later I look up one night and the ceiling was bowing and you could see the stripes when the water had down. the damage goes on from there. my husband having had lung cancer to Agent Orange was coughing so bad he could hardly breath and the floor had soft places so bad my cats were leary so I started ripping the carpet up in strips only see the subfloor was wet and falling apart. 2 people they finally sent out after I had to beg them, took pics and showed me and said this roof needs to be totally replaced. now my cabinets have fallen because the floor under them has basically decinagrated. its a mess and we had to replace the subfloor and he said he could do it for less money. he wouldnt even come out and look. My husband was Military Order of the Purple Heart for 30 yrs. and took care of our Vets so they could get what they deserved. and how we got treated. So sad!

I needed a roof repair due to a leak. Randy came out for a look but refused to quote the repair & quoted an entire roof replacement instead. He claimed that my roof had hail damage and that the insurance company would agree. I arranged for my insurance company to check it out and they felt that there was no hail damage, Cen-Tex just wasted my time.
