Called early and spoke with a real person (Michelle) who was very helpful. I was put on the work list and received a call back with truck on the way within a couple of hours. Technician was courteous and professional. Leak was fixed within 2 hours. (quite difficult location). Cost me a bit, but I was in a pinch and had no water. Support your local plumber! :) I do recommend this company!

The absolute best, Central Texas Plumbing Solutions was able to take care of our 4 inch main break that was under 8 inches of concrete, when no one else had time. They offer Great service, and a good price. We have used them several times before on smaller jobs, but this time they went above and beyond. CTXPS came out to my house after nine days without water. They took their time and thoroughly explained everything. The repair wasnt that easy because almost all water pipes had been compromised. I cannot begin to tell you how they worked continously until it was repaired. The company I work for has residential and commercial properties. They have the best plumbers in Central Texas. Their focus is on quality and customer satisfaction first before how much it cost. I would highly recommend this company to handle any problems from repairs go new construction. In my opinion its the only Plumbing Company to use!!!

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars. We had a reoccurring sewer problem, where our guest bathroom toilet would flush slowly. I called another company who sent out a guy who took the top off our septic tank, used a camera for a minute or two and said all our plumbing would need to be replaced at a cost of $12-19 THOUSAND dollars. We called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and they used a hydro machine to clean out and smooth the inside of our sewer pipes. Problem completely solved and it cost us $ 508. We will use and recommend Central Texas Plumbing from now on.

I had a gas leak at my house and I called Atmos Energy to come and turn the gas off. They did a pressure check and found that the system was not holding. I originally called Roto-Rooter to come out and fix it. They charged me $400 and did not look at the gas lines under the house but only the fixtures at floor level. They said they would charge me another $400 to look under the house at the gas lines and that probably still would not fix it. They wanted to charge me $2,000 to replace the entire system. I then called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions to get a second opinion. They sent out Daniel and his helper Nathan. They were out here for one hour went under the house and found a leak. Less than an hour after that they had the leak fixed and the system was holding. They only charged me $265 to get my gas system fixed and running again. Daniel and Nathan were very professional and very good communicators that did not waste their time or mince words. They got the job done quickly and were very clear about what they were doing and why they were doing it. I cant recommend them or their company any higher. They did excellent work and saved me a ton of money. I highly recommend them and I will definitely be calling them in the future if I have any plumbing needs of any kind.

This company came to unclog my bathroom sink, they charge me for a tool they need to unclog it, really ? I will never use them again .

These guys are expensive but they are good. I called them due to a plumbing emergency this morning, Ryan showed up at my door within an hour. He was super polite and efficient. The problem was quickly resolved. They charge $100 per hour which is high but I am happy to give them 5 stars for being prompt and efficient.

I called for emergency service. Plumber told me he was on the way. The office called him off because “I wasn’t one of their customers already.” That’s not really the problem though. The rude lady from the office that called me decided she would talk over me and at me. Clearly this company does not care about service.

Wow, working with true professionals is a wonderful experience. From the initial estimate, where someone came out measured the footage, took notes, listened to my suggestions and came up with a plan. to the final installation was as smooth as glass. Its so nice when you can trust someone to do the job correctly in a timely manner at a reasonable price. I would highly recommend this group. If I could give them 10 stars I would.I did find out they also have a remodeling team. So I will be calling them for additional projects.

Great Service. Fast and honest. Had a small leak in the shower. We tried to diagnose the issue but couldnt solve the problem. We wanted to fix the problem before it turned into something worst. Wasnt sure if it was a plumbing or tile issue. Had even schedule two different plumbers to come out and diagnose the problem. One didnt show up and the other called 4 hours late to reschedule. I talked to Chris at Central Texas Plumbing Solutions and he promised to have someone out as quickly as possible. Sure enough Gregg called and showed up. He tested everything and when there wasnt any issues with the plumbing or the pan he looked over a couple of tile concerns and come to find out it was a small tile/grout issue that we can more than likely fixed ourselves. Central Texas Plumbing Solutions could have taken advantage but Gregg was honest and informative. Wont ever call anyone else but Central Texas Plumbing Solutions.

We knew the toilet was stopped up but we had no idea how hard Ryan would have to work today.My husband has flushed a set or CAR KEYS down the toilet. Ive never seen a plumber work with so much determination using every trick in the book and then some. I finally reached inside the pipe located outside to grab the keys and pulled them out that Ryan had been pushing through the pipe a little bit at a time for the last 3 hrs. He also was so sweet,being exhausted from that ordeal, to fix our kitchen sink pipes that had been leaking for the past 5 yrs. He was awesome and would welcome him back next time we have plumbing issues.

Very thankful for yall. I had a problem with my kitchen sink, flooding downstairs whenever I turned it on. I reported it to my realty company early in the morning and after spending 7+ hours waiting for maintenance and not receiving any help from their end, I reached out and called Central Texas Plumbing Solutions. Within 20 minutes they had Greg at my place to fix a simple crimping issue that apparently could have blown at any time if I hadnt valved it out earlier and create a real issue. These guys are great! They were punctual, professional and made sure to clean the area after making repairs. Prices were reasonable for the work performed.

I had some issues with getting them scheduled to come out but overall they did a good job. They are honest and trustworthy. I allowed them into my house with no one home and had no issues.

First of all when we called they man said they didnt service the Axtell area. He said they only serviced 35 mile radius, so he had know idea we are only 14 miles from them. The day they were supposed to come out today Wed 21st they called at 11:00 and said they overbooked and it would be next week before they could come. It cost us a day of work to take off and be home and when I talked to the manager he said the plumbers in Waco are overwhelmed with the growth of Waco. That is an excuse because we have had a hard time getting plumbers to even call back about doing a job for us for several years now. Very disappointed in the way this company handled this situation and we will not call or recommend them ever.We need plumbers in Waco with some integrity. Ended up calling Mike Staas plumbing and they are coming out the same day.

Told a plumber would come today--explained during initial call that it was an emergency. I finally called @ 4:20 after no show/no call to be told Unfortunately, no one can make it today.
