The guy left patches all over my head and gave me the worst haircut I’ve ever had in my life. I feel like it was done on purpose. Never returning here again and I’d advise anyone else never to go here.

Took son and younger brother, booked online with Carlos. Was right on time. Thorough, professional, overall experience was great. Loved the environment. We will be back and we will recommend to others.

Work haircut I have ever received. Not even kidding. The barber did it extremely fast with no attention to detail. Nothing about this haircut looks good, looks like a toddler did it. Could not be more frustrated.

I was walk-in.. I did get a fresh cut... But out of 10 -12 barbers there I still had a wait of an hour and a half.. I do recommend them.. I will go back in about 2 weeks

Ive been inside this barbershop three times theyre lucky I dont give him a one star! But each time been in a year The barbers they seem pretty respectable but their music its not a place that you want environment and for your kids Ill just put it that way music its very disgraceful to everyone I say just too much hardcore profanity its not what I want my kids around!!

Trey did an excellent job cutting my grandkids hair, no appointment, just walked in and had their hair cut, stop in and see Trey, and the two other barbers, who did a great job, thanks and I will be bringing them to you soon again

Came here all four years while at Baylor and was the only place I trusted for my hair while in school. Now that i’m graduated, thought it was worth paying it forward and letting y’all know how great this place is !

So many Talented artist in one location everyone is professional and they have great attention to detail I can tell they enjoy what they do and seeing the reactions on their customers faces when they see a new them. Every time I leave the chair I feel like a celebrity. 👍🏾

This is the first time I have come to this barber. I brought my Son for his first visit ever to a barber. I chose Lionel based off of the reviews and his reviews are spot on. He works very well with children. He was right on time with our scheduled appointment even though he had a client in the chair when I showed up early. He acknowledged us and said he would be with us right at our scheduled appointment time. When we walked in we were greeted by every barber on the shop. This place is very clean and welcoming to every person who walks into the door. I will be a repeat client from here on out. My advice based off of reviews and being in this very busy shop is schedule your appointment online. Scheduling online is quick and easy. I have never scheduled an online appointment as easy as Waco Fades system has it set up. I highly recommend everyone come in and have all their haircut needs and beard care needs taken care of here.

This place is garbage most of the barbers are very unprofessional that work there and the last couple times I went there my haircut was done wrong or faded to low on one side this place is trash please do not do business with any of those barbers they are all crooked and don’t care about anything else other than the money in your pocket and they also like to get over on people when it comes to appointments

Terrible work done, one of the barbers messed my hairline and pushed It back almost 3 inches, while also leaving 2-3 patches on the back of my head.....🤬one of the worst barbershops in TX

I visited waco fades because of the reviews on Google and its location. I cant speak on anyone but the lady with dreads that cut my hair.Honestly it is by far the worst haircut I have ever had I do not recommend the lady with dreads (sorry i forgot her name) to anyone

It took a little bit long for a haircut due to some were still student/training but my hair looked perfect and the price was reasonable.

Absolutely horrible service! I called ahead and asked if there would be a long wait for walk ins... I was told “it’s slow today come on in!” 2 hours later I still haven’t been helped. We stumbled upon this Gem of a barbershop last year when we first moved to Waco. I want to definitely State on the record that every barber in this facility is state-of-the-art! It is a throwback style facility with amazing prices like a fade for $15 edged and perfected with a straight razor! The environment is Chill with good music and a pool table. I definitely recommend everybody checking them out! Although all of The Barbers are excellent Carlos Alonso was my husbands last Barber and his work was outstanding!

Waco fades is a great barbershop that has one of the best locations in town. Eric Perez is one of the barbers there and has been cutting my hair for over 2 years. Eric always finds a way to get me in and is always gets me in and out right on time. The environment is great but the hair cuts are way better! Definitely recommend.

This has to be the worst barber shop I’ve ever been to in my life ! I’ve sat in this cold place for almost two hours with know acknowledgement, I should have known when I walked in that it would not be a good experience but since I was from out of town and pressed for time I gave them a shot. Walk-in welcome, not the case, no one says anything to you and it’s like you have to know a barber just to get a cut. If your in Waco looking for a haircut in an efficient amount of time, don’t go to this one.

Such a good place. The Barber Eric has always made my son feel comfortable while getting his haircut. He makes sure you are satisfied with your haircut. :)

Chris B does a very nice job when giving me a haircut. They take cash and major credit cards. Walk-ins are always welcome.

You want to set up an appointment before going or youll be waiting for about an hour. The wait was well worth the quality. Also, dont worry about race or any of that. Im white and in the military and love a nice fade and they hit it dead on.

Sign says walk ins welcome sat for 2 1/2 hours not even one person helped me or talked to me apt come first. Even when a barber was through with apt they went to the back and sat so I guess walk ins dont matter

Terrible place, took advantage of a veteran from out of town. Charged me $30 to give a high and tight toba person who already had a high and tight cut. Basically gave me a trim. Wohld not recommended or ever go back.

I used to come here and get my hair cut and be in and out... Generally tipped for good service... But now, walk-ins welcome... Thats a joke, I sat and watched as the barbers called people that came in after me because they had appointments... Why I stayed and waited, cause apparently Im an idiot... Its the last time I go to this place though... If the building is packed with barbers, you may get in and out...if there are only a few barbers there, best ask if theyre waiting on appointments, otherwise you may be there a good while

Will never go here again the barber that did my son hair cut to close and the wait is too long and when you first walk in they stare at your crazy like you did something to them and don’t even say hi how you doing or nothing but when a man come in there they will rush to speak to them i don’t know why they look at women like they not suppose to be in there felt kind of uncomfortable.

The haircut was very detailed and my barber was very nice, but the wait there is VERY long. I recommend going only if you call ahead first and make a reservation.

I am in town for business and needed a good clean up after six weeks. This is the place to go to get a fade. Waco is lucky to have a shop like this.

Daniel C did a amazing job on my 5years old hair. My son tried cutting his own hair an messed his hair up bad... I was worried we would have to bald him.Daniel was able to fix my sons hair. My sons hair turned out great!!!!He was very patient with my 5 year old that moved alot. I would highly recommend him .

My kids get their hair cut here. Sometimes you wait and sometimes you dont. Cuts are good, open on Mondays and we have had no issues. Im reading the comments here and most complaints are about wait time. Where do you all go to get your hair cut normally that it takes less than an hour? If you dont want to wait, make an appointment. In my experience, both barber shops and hair salons take hours. Walk ins may be welcome but no professional is going to put a walk in in their chair knowing they have a client coming.

Brought my son in for a cut. The barber put my son in the chair, then cut someone elses hair that came in after him, then that barber went and had another barber cut the first barbers hair, all while my son waited. Another customer referred us to a different barber and said we should demand a discount. Im not about drama so we left......went in again around Christmas break, my son wanted to give them another chance. The guy sat him down and after a few minutes, without a word, walked out of the building. He returned about five minutes later and began again without explanation. Once I got out and got a look at it, he wrecked my sons hair. its was a horrible cut. His hair was finally long enough in the areas he clearly messed up that it was able to be fixed. Never again.

I walked in yesterday to get a cut. There was only one person working and all other chairs were empty. I asked when the next person was going to be in and he said I don’t know. He told me to put my name and number down and someone will contact me for a hair cut............ no call all day and after seeing the other reviews I’m glad I missed the cut.

I wish I got give negative stars! The service is poor for walk-ins. I also noticed when women come in they just look crazy at you until you ask for a hair cut for your child, but every man that walked through the door got a big greeting. This old light skinned barber did a horrible job and messed my sons edge up up. Never going there again.

By far the worst customer service ever! Coming in for a walk in haircut your wait gonna be over aleast 2 hours while you sit there and watch others come in and get pulled into a chair before you and no barber says nothing to you when you walk in they just leave you there sitting there waiting for hours.. please take off your WALK-INS WELCOME cause there NOT..aleast you can be like hey do you have an appointment if not its gonna be aleast awhile before we get to you instead of not saying anything and having people just sit there waiting for a long time...
