Never had a bad experience here. Customer service is AMAZING, the barbers are GREAT at their crafts, and the place is ALWAYS clean.

The best shop Ive found in Waco. All barbers are of high quality. One can wind up in any chair, and leave with A GREAT cut.

So disappointed in this barbershop. I waited, not once being greeted by either of the barbers, and finally asked one of the guys how long it would take when two guys sat down in their chairs having arrived after me. I was told it would be another 30 minutes. You might get a good shave but you’ll have to wait a long time. And the place was not clean, especially the bathroom. I’m glad I left and went to a superior place downtown Waco.

Walked in to get my beard shaped up and my fade tightened up. Didnt have an appointment. Walked in and sat down. No one greeted me. No one asked what I wanted. Three barbers. One had a customer. The other two were just playing on their phones. I sat there for about thirty minutes before walking out and finding some place that wanted my business. Sad, too, because I came on the recommendation of some really satisfied customers and friends of mine.

Have been looking for someone to do designs in my undercut and this shop came recommended. Was not disappointed. Matt did a fantastic and intricate design for me. Will definitely be a returning customer.

My first haircut with Look At Me Now Barber was great by Gio and I enjoyed talking with the owner. I went in for my second visit and I was denied services by the gentlemen in the first chair on the left closest to the door. He stated he had a tight schedule but there was no other customers in the barber shop. I was interested in waiting for a haircut and he suggested I come back the next day. I believe this was a racial judgment on his behalf but either way I was very upset with his customer service.

I dont know all of the guys in the shop, but theres two guys who are very professional; Ivan and Nick. I was away from Waco for a few years and lost contact with them. Ive known these guys since 2006, back when they were with Mr. C, glad I was able to reconnect with them. These guys know how to cut!!!Oh yeah, if youre new in the area make sure you sign in with a barber so that you dont get skipped over.

Went there today because it said it was open. Pulled up the lights were on and the store hours on the door said they were open. Soon as I got out of the car they turned off the lights. I walked in and the guy told me the shop was closed come back tomorrow. Okay I’ll take my business somewhere else.

I first walked in and sat down waited for my turn to get my hair cut I was there for an hour and half watching people walk in after me get their hair cut and walk out before me. There was 6 chairs only 3 of them were being used the other barbers were just sitting there eating. Then finally one of them told me to come sit down get my hair cut. He did a good job and charged me $15 I gave him a $20. I waited for my change he gave $2 back. I said Im missing $3 he said it was his tip. The man tried to hustle me for my money nah bro if I want to give you a tip I give you one but after waiting for a long ass time I kind of didnt want to.

Worst haircut Ive ever had. Literally had to get it recut somewhere else. Place was filthy and smelled like weed. Charged way too much on top of that.
