Locke does a great job a on my daughters undercut. She can give him an idea and he runs with it. As a female, barbershops arent a place Im used to going but everyone here is so nice. I highly recommend them!

I’ve been going to Rolando for around 6 -7 years now. He’s a super busy guy so you have to book ahead of time because he is that popular around town. Carlos is also a great barber over there. I’ve been to other barbers around town when I can’t get in with Rolando and I always end up going back to him ASAP because they just don’t do as good of a job. I will always recommend Off The Top.

Went in today for an appointment with one of there barbers. While I was waiting there was an older gentleman there with a beer messing with people sitting around minding there own business. I don’t know if he works there but he was just hanging around he seemed drunk and making me and my son feel very uncomfortable. He was yelling at people calling them foul names saying stuff that I will not repeat on this review. This was a big enough issue for us to walk out and leave the barber shop. Really unprofessional I will not return to this barber shop.

So my experience here wasnt too good. I was sitting waiting for about an hour be any barber acknowledged me. They told me they mainly do appointments, maybe they shouldve asked me that in the first 15 minutes. Then to make the experience complete, when one barber became free he went outside to talk to the city workers. This place has to work on their professionalism.

I get it. It’s hard to run a barbershop and you have to fill your chairs. Sometimes you take on new barbers well the problem is you need to check their work and make sure it’s up to the standards of the barbershop. I walked in at 10am yesterday I was greeted and told their wouldn’t be a barber until 11am I showed up and he was ready for me. The problem was he wasn’t that experienced. He made my hair look so bad I went home and shaved it all off.I warn you please do not walk-in to this place if anything find a good barber there and make a future appointment with him or go to great clips because great clips would do better than this guy.

This is my new barbershop and the experience was so good that I wish Id been going earlier. Got cut by the new cat Gabe and all I can say is he really good at his craft. The price is fair and the service is great.

Best place to get a fade!

This is the worst barbershop I have been to. I waited about 2 hours and nobody cut my hair and they didn’t say anything to me either. They would get guys that came in after me, so I left. If it is by appointment only why don’t they say anything when someone walks in instead of making me waste my time.

If I could give no stars I would !!! UnprofessionalHad my son go with his uncle and aunt. I get off work to see that they couldnt speak up for my sons haircut, with this ugly ass part in the middle of his head. So when I go back to ask the barber is there any way to make it look better or to fix it. His answer to me rudely said was he cant fix it !!! Then tried to get loud with me afterwards, very unprofessional not a good way to keep business if you have people like that. Needs a better attitude I dont care if hes a master barber like he said he was so much of to not give me an explanation for his work...
