They let us wait in the waiting area with no mask. We checked in on the computer with no mask. They take my husband back to start his hair cut which I am still in the waiting area with no mask. They cut on his hair the entire time I am in the waiting area with only me and my son with no mask. After 10 min of cutting on his hair then the hairstylist near the waiting room wants us to put one on. Funny how no one had a problem with us not wearing the mask until she thought we were past the point of just leaving. After her and I had exchanged words and she demanded I leave or she would have my husbands haircut stops, my husband left without finishing the cut. That is where I have a problem. No body cared when they knew we could walk out. The moment they thought you were trapped is when the lady all of a sudden cared that we didnt have masks standing by ourselves away from anyone.

Schedule an appointment at 4:41 got two text messages from sport clips both were updates on timing on when to be there. I walk in the store at 4:39 and was greeted and they took my tempature everything good to this point. I look at the monitor and it said your stylist is 20 min out. Has to a mistake, so I sat down. At 5:00 the stylist was still with the customer I ask another stylist if he was available he said she almost done. At 5:04 I check out told the other stylist I dont what to be rude but going to have to reschedule. I get they do not know I had a baseball game to coach at 630 and had to leave. I dont know what happen earlier maybe the stylist clippers broke and she running late (she could have told me if that was the case). I felt that she thought she could squeeze someone in. I sure in the fine print it states that you might have to wait up to 30 min but I didnt have the time to waste. My point is why have a time to be there if you are not going to honor it.

The haircut was so horrible I cant even look at myself in the mirror. The two sides are choppy and the layers are super uneven.

Claudia is my number one choice. She did a phenomenal job on my high and tight I will wait an hour or more just to have her cut my hair again. Thank the whole staff up their on 1-16-21 they were all elite level stylist. I will pass my opinion on to everyone I know 😀😀

This is my favorite place to get a haircut. Ive been a regular customer for years. The stylists are always friendly and do a great job. Ask for an MVP, a shampoo, hot towel and scalp massage. Its a good way to treat yourself at the end of a long week.

I got the mvp treatment and the lady who was cutting my hair was very kind and did a very good job.

When instructed to leave the top long, they cut off about an extra 2 inches, leaving the top significantly shorter. I had to reschedule my engagement pictures that were this weekend because I hated the haircut so much. Will not be back.

Some employees dont care and dont even want to make eye contact and handle the business like a high school cafeteria will not be going back.

Its a very clean place but OMG they take so long. U have to most definitely make an appointment because if u ever walk in u will wait about two hours just to start to cut your hair... The worst wait ever.

Love walking in and seeing the TVs everywhere, never a long wait. Im the type of guy who just wants a haircut..they ask what number (size) guard to use and I tell them just make it short.They do an excellent job too! Always friendly and talkative. I had my 4yr old son with me the first time I went and they cut his hair first and mine 2nd. They even kept him entertained while I was getting my hair cut.

Hands down the best haircut Ive had in 20yrs.! Extremely clean and comfortable space. Watch sports while you wait and while you get a cut. Warm towel, neck and shoulder massage and even free neck trim between cuts! The staff is friendly and talented!

Stylist Dee is the reason I dont go here anymore. She didnt realize that I came with someone, I guess, and they overhead her saying she didnt want to cut my hair because she didnt want me to cry about it being cut short. She put me with another stylist who did a great job, but after the person I came with told me all the stuff Dee was saying, I didnt want to come again. Occured a few months ago.

If you want your hair done right and look professional then you have to pay a few bucks more, which is why I come here. I personally ask for Gabby but anyone here will do a good job.

Less than satisfied. I get Sunday’s are really busy but I brought my nephew to get his haircut, checked in on the kiosk and walked a shop down to get food while we waited. I hadn’t received a text in about 20 minutes so I went back to check the list posted on the tv and the door was locked. Like 1. That’s a fire hazard and 2. If you don’t want anymore customers coming in then tell me that when I’m checking in. Not after I’ve checked in and waited 45 minutes. After the door was unlocked she called my nephew back and then blantly ignored me while I waited at the desk to tell her what I’d like done. Instead she took it upon herself to just talk with him. Which he’s 12 and as far as I’m concerned I’m the paying customer so at least have the audacity to check with me what you’re about to do to a child’s head. I didn’t get her name but she’s blonde and pregnant. Definitely steer clear. On top of that these “stylists” are obviously complaining about how busy it is and how close to close it is. So good luck with getting tips since we’re such a burden. We will definitely be sticking to the one on New Road since this one is either poorly staffed or poorly managed. Thanks but no thanks.

Got a number 2 hair cut at this location. She charged me for more that the orginal price. Thing about when I asked her about the price she new she was wrong and tried to change it. This is not the only sports clips in the state of Texas. And this place is the highest priced.

Waited for 30 mins the stylists were in zero rush and when I was on deck they all walked to take a break while the entire waiting area was full! I left even though I waited sports clips is terrible and theres always a ridiculous wait and zero sense of urgency

This is the second time my husband has gone here and they have royally screwed up his hair! This time, however, is by far the worst... he went in asking for a clean up, came home with half his head completely shaved and the other side faded. Never again will we go there!
