Rigo is very unprofessional and unreliable. He told me to being my car to his shop at 9:00 am on the coming Tuesday - at which time hed repair my radiator. When I arrived at that time, however, a car was on the shops lift and Rigo seemed to have forgotten my appointment. So he told me to come back in 60 to 90 minutes. When I came back 75 minutes later, Rigo informed me that the car on the lift had turned into an all day job. Total waste of my time.

Bad mechanic. He said that the transmission was bad, so he changed it. Spent $1300 for him to fix my girlfriends car and didnt fix it. We went back to tell him and he said he was gonna look at it again. He told us that he didnt know what it was. We just spent $1300 for a different transmission and we asked him why did he say it was the transmission, he said he thought it was. He didnt want to keep helping us and said that he was gonna check the car again one more time and that he wasnt gonna be able to help us anymore. He did check it but he didnt find anything and that was that. He just made us spend $1300 for nothing. If zero stars were an option this place would get that.

Rigo is polite and friendly. Prices are slightly lower than competitors.

Buy a car in the auction apparently fine but it brought many details, smog did not come with the light on the check engine, did not bring thermostat, several sensors, the front rotors and balatas were already very oldAnd here at Rigos auto service I leave it without any details at an excellent priceHighly recommended and grateful!
