Honestly, it is a good experience working with clients and getting to know them. It can be frustrating sometimes, but for the most part it is enjoyable and rewarding. However, administration is horrible. They treat staffs with little respect as if they were children. There is no trust between administration and staffs. They change rules constantly, and sometimes admin do not know what they are doing and then later blame the staff. This place has poor communication, promises keeping, and respect. This is the only job in my life time that I have left in bad terms. SVS can be a fun place to work despite the lack of benefits or pay increase. What a shame.
