The amount of abuse and neglect experienced in this hell hole was the worst Ive ever seen. Staff members lie, steel, and had kids fight for their amusement. I almost died in their care and constantly had stuff stolen from me and was in fights everyday. This place should be burned down and its owners convicted of criminal child neglect. Alfred and Rubin perpetuate this behavior.
