Gilbert Cepeda, the maintenance guy here, is awesome. Always does his job & does it right. He is always friendly. He is always taking care of the grounds of the complex. Cleaning up around the dumpsters or helping anyone . He should be recognized.

Very safe and clean place to live and office staff always very helpful. I have enjoyed living in Renew Apt Visalia.

Just moved in for about a month and I really enjoy the quiet location and amenities. Very clean place and great staff. I love the pool and gym convenience as well as the fact its a gated community. Feels very safe.

The grounds are nice, there Lighting is great, the maintenance staff is nice, and the gym and pool are average but clean. You have to keep up on pest control though. Our old management kept you on a list so your apartment was sprayed monthly. Under new management you have to ask EVERY time you want it sprayed or they won’t do it. They send out surveys and have a residents system where you can earn points for gift cards which is kind of nice. Neighbors are nice and keep to themselves (the ones near me anyways lol). Overall it’s a good experience. Some things could be better but no where is perfect in my opinion.

My apartment is the perfect size for me. The community is quiet and my neighbors are friendly. The people in the office are kind. The grounds are well cared for and when conditions are right I have a beautiful view of the mountains.

Moved here last month and love it. Neighbors and staff are friendly and very helpful. Over all its really quiet and very secure (gated with security).Its hard to find a place thats pet friendly and safe in town, but dont worry this is the place to go. Staff had my garage ready and a washer dryer installed right away.Go see Tony or Denise they week help you find your new home.

The staff here at the leasing office were nothing less than stellar. Friendly, helpful and welcoming. Couldnt ask for better customer service.

100% agree with Alex’s review. And to be very clear... it is the CURRENT management that is the problem. The old management was great! The trouble is not worth what they are charging for a basic apartment in Visalia.If you are thinking about moving in, don’t. It is not worth it. I would be happy to elaborate if you would like more information.The only thing current management seems to be concerned with is painting the building to attract new renters. The construction/ painting crews have left their trash all around the building. Don’t expect much from the gym if that’s a selling point.Every month since new management has taken over there has been a discrepancy on their end regarding incorrect charges on our account. This has been a huge inconvenience and we have visited the office more than a dozen times and sent email after email with no answer of help from their team.We constantly have to check our account and often find some new nonsense charge added. Which, they then admit is a mistake on our end. If you move in watch your account very closely.

Staff is friendly, the amenities are perfect and the location makes it feel like you live away from downtown but easy access to the highway and a quick drive to Tulare. The gym is great to stay in shape, the pool and spa are clean. The gated community helps too. The management always have an event at least once a month which is a great time to meet new neighbors!

Consistently disappointing us this past year. Hot tub and gym equipment are costantly broken, they dont take care of their pest control, making it an untenable environment, and lastly they dont ever have solutions when you come to management. For what you can get with the money, dont waste it here.
