I currently rent from Buhl properties and I think they are great. I have never had issues. They always fix things quickly, Very nice and quiet neighborhood, Misty is awesome!

South Valley Computers, Visalia, rents from Buhl Properties. They have always been nice and helpful. Shout out to Misty in the front office. They have been good landlords to us.

I lived in one of their apartments for almost 6 years. They never raised my rent. Fixed anything I needed fixed very quickly and were always very kind and respectful.

My husband and I have rented from multiple different companies and Buhl Properties was by far the BEST place we have ever rented from. There receptionist Misty has always treated us with respect and kindness. We had 2 maintenance problems and Buhl had them both fixed that same day we notified them. Even when we put our 30 day notice in, they still treated us wonderful and got us our deposit back very quickly. Since leaving Buhl we actually are looking into going back to them because there service was absolutely great! We definitely recommend this company!!!

Ive lived in one of their properties for a few years now and its been great. If there are ever any problems they get on it fast and fix it. They are also easy to talk to on the phone or at their office.

Charged us insane prices for cleaning although we had a company clean the house after we moved out to try to avoid such a thing. They said we had pets when we didnt (wife is allergic to animal hair and dust).Also tried to charge us for multiple repairs that we had photo evidence of existing damages before we moved in. The itemized receipt showed things like bent window screen frames and an hour of labor for cleaning stuff from the garbage disposal. Totaling over $1000.The final total after we proved the damages previously existed (I had numerous photos from when we were looking at houses) to remove a 2 long 2 by 4 board that was left in the back patio to prop open a door was $379. Refusal to pay hits your credit. Such a scam.Never mind the fact that we were perfect tenants and handled the property ourselves when it came to insect infestations and bee hives in the chimney. None of that matters, the only thing thats important to them is their loss of income while they find a new tenant. You can bet that theyre going to try to recover that loss from you.DOCUMENT EVERYTHING IF YOURE A TENANT! DO NOT HESITATE. We were lucky to get out at $380!
