I had my first sugaring service with Asia and she truly made me feel confortable the whole time. She is very knowledgeable and professional. The studio is so cute, everything is clean and has a relaxing vibe. You’ll love it!

I am so glad to have found a quality sugaring studio in the Virginia Beach area! I have been to both their salon locations. The Haygood location definitely has a little more charm to it, but both are clean and maintain privacy during your session. I have had really great experiences with Veronica especially. Shes fun to talk to, good at distracting you during your session, and really good at her job. I was shocked when she told me she had been sugaring less than 1 year--shes great! I tend to bruise easily and she never leaves bruises. The staff has always been really friendly and I think their online booking system works well.

Been to the Haygood location now several times and this is the first salon where I’ve had Sugaring. Everyone there is friendly, the space is clean and I’ve been very pleased with my service. It is typically more painful and expensive than my experience at other salons.

Best experience I could hope for. Professional, but also warm and welcoming. Very knowledgeable and the best results Ive experienced. Schedule is tight but thats the result of such great service.

I am a long time client of this business, and travel from Elizabeth city in North Carolina for my appointments. I am very thankful for the cancellation policies, because often times I need a last-minute appointment and I’m only able to get in because of these policies. The providers are extremely professional and provide a quality service, and I would hate for them to lose time, money, and access to new clients because of canceled appointments without compensation.Frankly, you get what you pay for and any business that provides a great service is going to have this type of policy.

I finally gained the courage to get a sugar wax done in my mid thirties. When I tell you, it was a painful but beautiful experience!! Asia was sent from God. She made me feel extremely comfortable and ignored the fact that I kept screaming lol. She did a wonderful job and was extremely professional, wonderful personality!! Really good experience. Beauty hurts and her attitude made it a lot better!!

Honestly the only reason I gave it 3 stars is because of Yuliya in the haygood location. If I would have stayed with Asia it would be 5 stars. Do not go to Yuliya if you are new to sugaring or have sensitive skin. I loved getting sugared with Asia she was fast, efficient, and made it as pain free as possible. Never had a problem with ingrown hairs with her bumps or anything. The last time I went Asia was booked and I had to have Yuliya instead. Nice person, friendly, but I wouldn’t go to get sugared from her ever again. She had long aggressive pulls instead of short quick ones causing unnecessary pain. She went over parts continuously causing my skin to become overly irritated. I had so many bumps all over where I got sugared that are still there weeks later. As my hair is growing back I’m getting so many ingrown hairs and irritated bumps that I never had a problem with when getting sugared. If you’re going to go, go to Asia she’ll treat you right.

In an attempt to schedule a service I was advised I needed to place a credit card on file...not comfortable with this unnecessary request I asked for the supervisor, the supervisor was unhelpful and unprofessional. I reached out to the online customer service platform to have concerns addressed and the owner replied. She confirmed reservations require a credit card on file (her reasoning, they are a service provider and if a person fails to show up for a service it removes an opportunity for another client - awful excuse) my alternative options were I could drive to the location purchase a gift card and make the reservation or I could prepay the service in advance. How sad the day that this is our only recourse. Luckily I am only in town for a few more days. Because this will never do in Florida.

I was a client at Brazilliant (Oceana location) and switched to Haygood location due to proximity to home. The service at both locations is professional, thorough, and very reasonably priced. Not to mention the space is clean and relaxing. I look forward to my appointments!

Im not sure if it was because i got a new client discount. But when i looked at myself my inner thighs was still hairy :(. Ive had Brazilians before and they took out way more hair than this. Disappointed actually
