Over 10 years now Lamont Gibbs has been my go to realtor in the Hampton Roads area. He has been amazing and hung in there when things seemed impossible. We rented through these people and they were so hateful. Everything was good at first and they were very nice. As time went by, they werent as nice. They lied on us when we moved to our new landlord to try and prevent us from getting a new place. They NEVER fixed ANYTHING. We paid out of our own pockets to fix things. Even my lawyer said they are slumlords. If you are in the military, you are fine. If not, they will treat you like you are nothing. I have alot more to say but I will save it. They dont even deserve 1 star. I have all my reciepts from paying my rent so therefore their lies didnt work. Nice try Family First. Jon, Tracy and Amber. Also, Bob burton, the actual owner would not fix our AC when it was over 100 degrees. We had to buy a window unit. There is so much water damage in the walls and floor. Good luck.
