I hired IHS to help me turn our forever home into an oasis that my husband and I could enjoy with our friends and family. I didnt realize the inspiration photos I was using as a guide to furnish our new home were actual IHS projects! Our realtor highly recommended IHS and Kim was very responsive when I contacted her. Beth did a fantastic job creating a gallery wall with our artwork, as well as helping us put finishing touches on the rest of the house. If you’re reading this review, you’re probably like me and are on the fence about whether or not to stage your home before you put it on the market. You’re researching local companies and trying to weigh the pros and cons of whether or not to spend the money to hire a professional stager.Let me tell you: I am writing this review on the day I received a ratified contract, full asking price, on our house, ONE DAY after Kim and the team at Impressive Home Staging finished our home. It had been on the market for over 100 DAYS, with lots of showings but no offers. The home was vacant, and we had had it staged very briefly before we moved out several months ago. We figured that the online photos would be enough to give potential buyers a vision of what the home could look like for their lives. But we were wrong. We dropped the price multiple times, but still no offers.Finally, we decided to bite the bullet on the advice of a realtor and stage the home. Kim was professional, easy to work with, and had our home staged within five days of initially contacting her, for a price that was 20% less than the company I had consulted before. When I walked in the house after they had finished, I told my husband that I knew we were going to sell this house quick... I had no idea that “quick“ meant 18 hours. I’m still in shock.If you’re still reading this long-winded review, please do yourself a favor and call her. I promise you will not regret it. (My only regret is that I didn’t call her 100 days ago. I probably would’ve made a lot more money on the sale than I did). I will use her company for every property that I sell for the rest of my life (or until she retires).
