I used Jeremy to buy my first house. I was very stressed out going into the process but Jeremy made everything easy. We were constantly going to look at houses and he seemed to always have time for me even though I was not looking for that expensive of a house. Jeremy is a great guy and a very good real estate agent. I highly recommend and will use again if the time comes. UPDATE: Only bad thing I have to say is Get youre own inspector. The inspector he provided missed A LOT on the house i bought that an inspector should have found. If he would have gone in the attic above my garage he would have found a world of problems (aluminum wire everywhere when he told me it was copper, junctions without boxes, huge hole in my firewall and the entire area was a rats nest.) (I also failed to make sure he did that which is why I am not blaming Jeremy for this.)
