Services and qualify of work is excellent. Their products are of a great quality,. Not watered down or diluted with a lot of acetone. The atmosphere is friendly, clean, updated and welcoming. Appointment are not required BUT preferred to avoid waits. Take advantage of the Appointments! The staff are all friendly, kind and help. They also do childrens nails, the work is outstanding.

They are so nice very professional. The shop is extremely clean. Very gentle while performing services and not to mention top notch quality work. When they work on you they take their time and give you their undivided attention. Tracy is amazing at doing nails and if you don’t know what to get you can trust her to pick out something that will compliment your skin and style. The pedicures will make you want to go to sleep they are so relaxing unless you are ticklish. I highly recommend this nail salon!

My girls just got their nails done there today and got charged for a sticker on there nails when they requested a design and my oldest in a wheelchair got her nails done and they even rushed her away before her nails where done. We will never go back there again. Worse service ever.

I live in Norfolk, but this place has been my go-to nail shop for years because it’s close to where my mom works. Their gel selection is great, they just upgraded to new massage chairs in the pedi section, and the shop is clean w a welcoming staff. Definitely recommend making an appt rather than doing a walk in.

I called ahead and asked if I could walk in for an acrylic full set soak off. I was told it was a good time. Upon my arrival no one greeted me. I told the man at the front desk I had called about a soak off and he went around talking to techs for a few minutes then returned to tell me it would be 15 or 20 minutes. I didnt feel welcome, and I had been told I could walk in literally 2 minutes ago and now its 15? I took my business elsewhere.

Lena was great! Best pedicure Ive ever had. She explained what she was doing and was very gentle. Walk-in on a Monday at 10am, seen right away.

Walked right in at 9:30am on a Saturday. Lina did a FABULOUS Job with my gel manicure and polish change on my toes. Made me feel like a Queen.

Wanted to charge me 40$ for a fill in after she almost sanded my pinky nail off and cut my other finger. Not friendly at all. And she didnt give me the shape I asked for. My nails look like rectangles. Go anywhere else besides this place

I was the only walk-in on a weekday. I came in for a manicure. I was told to pick my color but one of the nail techs picked a different color and gave it to my nail tech (kim2). So my finger tips were soaked in COLD water and the manicure was very quick and my nails were not filed in a square shape as i requested. My color was poorly slapped on. I requested gel and I do understand the application process is simple but my polish is thick and either not covering all edges of my nail bed or covering too close to the skin line. I asked for a white flower to be painted on the ring nails BUT a STICKER was put on my ring fingers.... i am a grown woman... not a sixth grader. So to say the least if you go be VERY specific and confident about how you would like your nails because it seemed like I was wasting their time. So I paid 35 dollars for a manicure I should have done myself and for a sticker. I will not be going back and will no longer recommend them as a manicure specialists.

Horrible. Charged me 105 for a fill, nail repair and pedicure. The nail repairs don’t match the rest of my nails. She did not even bother to correctly shape them. Also the gel polish is cracking already. Just all around trash. Go to Ivy Glam across the street.

The nail tech Anh was watching YouTube videos while doing my nails, which is very unprofessional. Hardly spoke a work to me, just slapped her hands in the counter when she wanted me to switch hands or move my hand. I got a full set with gel polish. Not worth the money. The work is subpar, and rushed. I asked for a simple pumpkin design I showed a picture and what she did looked as though a child had done it. Another employee came over said that Anh could try again but I knew the result would be the same. No other tech offered to do the design. I decided to just stick with the solid color and forgo a design as It was not worth it. I don’t recommend and I won’t be back.

This is my go to nail place! Every one is really nice and does a great job! Prices are reasonable, the place is clean, they have a huge selection of polishes, and I always leave happy. They also have free WiFi and offer you a cold drink when you come in! Love it here!

The lady who does eyebrows is great. But last week I went to get dip powder & they were super thin. They began cracking within a few days. Within a week, two were broken off & another two were cracked so bad that my natural nails cracked under as well. (Painful). Everyone was friendly though. But I’ve never experienced this with dip powder, they normally last me 2+ weeks and never have cracked my natural nail!

WHY UPCHARGE DURING A PANDEMIC? Extra cost on all services.They will drain all the money out of you.The work they do doesn’t last...even the gel. IT’S CHEAP! They do not clean regularly.

Went to get eyebrow wax, the oil was so hot it ripped a layer of skin off - my eyebrows are still bright pink and red. Worse, my brows were already thin but I had worked hard to grow them back with oils etc and the woman left me with what looked like pencil lines drawn on my face 😭. And because the dermis is so badly injured I worry they will never grow back! The only way they could honestly fix this is offer to pay for microblading. Do not go here!!!!

Terrible Nail Salon... too expensive!! Very inexperienced technicians... All they do is talk about you when you walk in the door..Dont waste your money!! My 5 year old granddaughter can do a better job...Horrible Experience...Waste of time.. Will Never Go Back!!!

My friend and I decided to try this place out & sadly I will not be returning. The lady with the short curly hair who did my friends pedicure did an awesome job (& was extremely friendly). Unfortunately, The lady who did my pedicure and full set didn’t do a good job. She didn’t scrape the dead skin off of my heels (which is my favorite part of pedicures) & the shape and length of my full set is awful. I told her how long I wanted my nails but after she messed up, she filed them down really low and most of my nails are uneven. She put too much polish on my nails, so by the time I sat under the dryer, most of the polish on my nails was messed up.

Always nice. Always giving a warm welcome. And my pedicures always last for weeks. Im gonna try out their other services too.

Got just a traditional pedicure. Basic service, they use a cheese grater thing for callus remover. Wasnt a fan of that, most nail salons use the liquid callus remover and wrap your feet in plastic.I would come back if I needed a walk-in quick pedi. Cost for traditional pedi is $49 w/ tax

They are really expensive and rude. They we’re going to charge my friend $5 to take off gel when she had to take the polish off anyways. The lady that was working on my feet was really rough. My friend mom paid for my pedicure today and as I was walking out she was like “hey are you paying”. That’s really embarrassing and ridiculous after my mom friend told her that she was paying. Bad service period.

This place is my favorite! Clean and very nice staff.

So my girl and I walked in and the woman told me my hands and feet together were $45s for I asked first before I sat down. “Just a normal manicure and pedicure. Usually it’s $15 for my hands and like $25 for my feet when I go to other places. I didn’t want to go there, but my girl liked how they do her feet once before. I walked out spending $133 plus a $20 tip. My girl got her normal which is usually like $55-$60 which is normal. So they definitely make up their own prices in their language while you sit there. Which was ridiculous in it self. Never spent that much before and I’m never going back again. Horrible service. I asked for a ginger al and they had a good 10 minute conversation “in their language” about the ginger al before they gave it to me. I can careless if they talk about me in their language I just want fair and affordable service. No need to take advantage of folks if you do a good job. They’ll come back on their own, but I’m never going back. Not to mention one time it was about hour before closing and they shune my girl and I away. They looked confused for 5 minutes, like 5 people available, empty store, but yet they didn’t want to help us. So I’m good on this establishment.

I went in for a mani pedi a month ago and ended up ruining my nails because they talked me into gel and didnt explain what was involved in removing the gel. I also had a nail bed issue because they were not cut properly. Years ago I was a faithful client and return from living out of state excited to get back to this mother, daughter, son group but have been so disappointed. The last straw was calling for an appointment this morning, David sounded like he was barely awake and could not be bothered. Good bye Nail Shop, I will not be trying again.

Horrible nail salon. Walked in got ignored. Told them what I wanted 5 TIMES and they kept forgetting. Took me forever to get in the chair and then took forever to start because she wanted them to soak . The water was freezing cold by the time she started . I order the cheapest one just so I could get out quickly and she snickered . The whole place is unprofessional and unfriendly

Ive been to many nail salons over the past several years, not only in va beach but other cities and other states, and this shop is by far the cleanest and most sanitary. Ive been to this shop regularly for the past 8 months and experienced several of their nail techs. All have been fabulous and every time Ive left more than satisfied. Tonight, the owner did a mani and pedi and I thoroughly enjoyed getting to know her. Shes a remarkable lady and my nails look stunning. They always offer fresh beverages and provide utmost customer service. I highly recommend this salon to others.

I had my eyebrows waxed thursday 12/10/15 for the navy ball and that night i was in so much pain! The top part and bottom part of my eyebrows were swollen and red. I went to the doctor to have it checked and the doctor confirmed i had 2nd degree burns!!! I know i am not allergic to waxing cause I have it done every month just sucks that i was out of time to go to my regular waxing place. Today I went to back to this place to show them the damage they did to my face! As much as I wanted to pull the hair of the girl that did this to me, i thought it wouldnt do any good. My eyebrows would still hurt :( please beware this is not a good place for waxing!!!! Bad bad experience and they seem to be not concerned of their customers!!!

I recently visted this nail shop for the first time on August 6th, being that it was a Sunday and the nail shop that I normally go to had been closed. I paid for a pedicure which was very basic, it took them 10mins tops to do my pedicure which came out to 28.00. Paying the 28.00 isnt a problem but for the service I received it was not worth it. I also did a fill in, and Im already in need for another one, shall I remind you that its only August 13th. I definitely will not be returning. Ladies do not I repeat do not cheat on youre nail techs!! Lol

Went to take the acrylics I had done there off, because the application was horrible (extremely thick and fake looking), and had also left my fingers hurting after being put on my nails.Not only could no one at the salon seem to be able to answer my question about what kind of acrylic they use there, but to remove my acrylics they left my nails soaking in acetone for a total of 45 mins--which made me feel extremely uncomfortable.After asking my nail tech (who could hardly speak English) if there was anyway she could just file the acrylic down since it clearly wasnt coming off, she shook her head at me and told me No, while persisting to pry my acrylics off with a flat scraping tool.The pain was excruciating. She dug into my actual nail bed so deeply there was a huge indentation that started to sting anytime contact was made in that area. I complained, and she pretended not to hear me. Even the woman getting a manicure next to me started feeling anxious for me, and asked her nail tech why my nail tech wouldnt just file the acrylic down. Horrible.I wanted to leave, but my nails were wrecked, and I desperately needed them to look presentable because I work in a professional setting. I stayed. My nail tech then started to drill my acrylics down, and when she did, she ran the drill over my skin causing me to bleed TWICE.I let her know, Hey, you cut me. Im bleeding. Zero concern. In standard blood spill procedures, youre supposed to stop the service, disinfect equipment that has come into contact with blood, stop the bleeding, and use antiseptic on the injured area. I should know, Im an esthetician.None of that occurred.I let her finish my manicure, and left. I should have said something, but it didnt seem like there was a manager present. The woman who had been next to me ended up at the nail dryers at the same time as me and told me she was never coming back because of how disgusting the whole thing was.My one service took 2 HOURS to perform, while she had THREE services that took the same amount of time as my ONE.Please, heed my advice... Dont waste your time at this place--or risk the chance of infection from their despicable hygiene practices.

I went to the Nail Shop for the first time last week to get a pedicure. I had already frequented the Super Cuts shop next door over the years, and I decided to check it out. I was extremely disappointed! Not only do they NOT allow you to put the tip on your credit card, one of the owners sat at the front desk chatting up a storm to a friend, but didnt even say Hello to me, a new customer. As I sat there letting my feet dry, I read all of the articles published about the business. Then, it dawns on me, theres an ATM to get cash out of your bank, absorb the $2-$3 charged to your bank account to give your manicurist a tip, but they wont absorb the $.09-$.10 it would cost them to allow you to charge the tip portion of your visit. Verrrry disappointing! Ill continue to go see Thi, across the street @ Angels Nail Salon.
