Not only is she creative and up on all the latest hair techniques, but she make the client feel comfortable. I don’t even know where to start. I’ve been getting my hair relaxed and flat ironed for years. My normal process is go to the salon and then put on a wig as soon as possible. I never liked wearing my natural hair because it normally looks so flat once it’s flat ironed. Not anymore! Since coming to Tia my wigs are in retirement. Tia’s hands are blessed. When leaving the salon after visiting her my hair is always full, bouncy, and luxurious. I’m so happy I found her. She’s knowledgeable, personable, and has a passion for what she’s doing. There are so many positive things I could say about Elegant Styles by Tia. What stands out the most about her is the fact that she TRULY cares about the health of her clients hair and is a great educator when it comes to promoting healthy hair. Every time I’ve sat in her chair I’ve walked away with more knowledge on how I can care for my hair and see it flourish. At one visit I was 8 months pregnant and thirsty, and she stopped what she was doing and went to get me an ice cold bottle of water. She gave me a consultation and price over the phone and when I arrived she was professional, timely, and very detailed in explaining what she was doing and why she was doing it.
