I definitely should have went with my gut and should have not cheated on my eyebrow lady. My eyebrow lady had to cancel last minute and after 3 weeks of eyebrow growth and not knowing when she could reschedule I got the itch to come here due to positive reviews. I told the lady to keep my eyebrows as thick as possible and keep the shape. My left eyebrow is thin and looks like a patch of hair is missing. My eyebrows aren’t “clean” cut. Now I have to go through the irritating process of growing my eyebrows again. I also have irritation under my left eyebrow. She was also done in like less than 5 min. What happened to taking the time and actually being precise? I won’t be returning and I’m highly disappointed. :(

I usually go to the one in Pembroke but I was recommended here since its closer to me and I’m disappointed on how she over trimmed my eyebrows today so I’m crying on the inside. Eyebrows is not on fleek:(
