I received a Groupon as a Christmas gift and redeemed it for a Swedish massage today. Amber was amazing. It was a relaxing experience all around. I really needed it with the crazy things going on in the world right now. Ill definitely be back on my own dime!

Found this place on Groupon. Had an hour massage with Amber. She knew what she was doing, did and amazing job and addressed all my issues. She even managed to work around the KT tape on my knee and still got to all the right places. They are also very military friendly and I highly recommend this place! Will be back again soon!

We have been calling this spa for the last 2 weeks to schedule an appointment after buying a Groupon for them. They have not picked up the phone and we have called separate times separate days. I hope the massage isnt as bad as this service is already. Hope they dont mind walk-ins because thats what were going to have to do apparently.

My mom gave me a living social voucher for this place. Over a 3 week period I called several times, left 2 voicemails, then sent text messages 4 times before receiving a message asking what day of the week works for me. I immediately responded and never heard back. I contacted living social & they let me trade in voucher to a different salon- I had a similar experience with them also. My mom is getting her money back completely now, not going to bother trading it in again.

Came here today for my prenatal massage with Ebony. She was good...its just that my appointment was at 10, which is when they open. I went inside by 950 ish to check in and she didnt walk in u til 10 something. She needed time to get ready to set up and by the time she called me in and started to remove my garments to get ready it was already way pass 1000. Anyways, she got done right at 1100, so... thats not even a complete 60 minute massage.Also, on the sign in sheet I mentioned that the focus I needed was on my lower back, back of my thighs, and my upper back. She mostly focused on my lower back but definitely not the upper back even or the back of my thighs.Ive read other reviews on here about Amber though and they mentioned that they felt like amazing after their massages. To be honest, after getting the massage my lower back was in a lot of pain when I came in without pains. Idk... it is what it is. I left her a $15 tip anyways even if I got the groupon for $45. I guess its not the worst, but also not the best.

Purchased a Groupon for a massage. Amber, spa owner, did my massage and did a fantastic job!! She was professional and made me feel comfortable. Best massage ever!! With her background as a nurse for 20 years, I feel it enhances her abilities as a massage therapist. I plan on going back.

I have been getting regular massages from Amber at Serenity Salon for several months now, and I cant speak highly enough of her as a massage therapist and how she runs her business. I have chronic pain in my wrists and neck, and her background as a nurse makes her more capable and skilled in her massages. She makes her clients feel very comfortable and the salon itself is clean, quiet, and peaceful. Ill be a forever client of hers!

I had a massage at Serenity for the first time yesterday and was totally amazed! Amber applied the right amount of pressure and took her time in areas that needed it more. Her office is a hidden gem but truly worth finding. I will definitely be back!

One of the best experiences Ive ever had with a massage place the owner is very professional the staff work very diligently and the owner / massage therapist knew exactly what she needed to do that which pressure points to aim at she even asks you what exactly youre trying to focus on overall one of the best experiences Ive ever had.

Very unprofessional! Ive scheduled an appointment with them on multiple occasions and even arrived to an appointment that no one showed up to. I was offered a free massage the first time and I still havent been seen.

Very nice out of the way location. Ladies were sweet and accommodating. I will need many more sessions. Discovered it on Groupon. Will continue to search for a spa closer to my home.

Very disappointed!! I came here before and loved my massage. This time I came for a prenatal, and didnt get the same masseuse. She was younger. My appointment was at 11:15. I was there on time we started at 11:25. She stopped her massage at 12!! I was shocked! 35minutes massage and I paid for 60!!! Besides the masseuse kept talking all through the massage, I dont mind talking for a while but then I expect to get at least the last 20 min to relax.. well that didnt happen. Im too nice and left a 20 dollar bill only cause I had nothing smaller, but I shouldnt have left anything!! I tried to tell her I didnt get 60 minutes but she ignored me. I wasnt in the building for 60min. I was back in my car at 12:15. I was so disappointed that I was even frustrated. I waited for my prenatal massage for a while I was so happy to go... And I wont go back, thats for sure!

I have been there plenty of times. Amber did a few with her, but the last one I had done was with a new girl which was TERRIBLE plus I didn’t even get my full 60 minutes. Left message with girl at the front desk to have Amber the owner call me. I never received the call. I won’t be going back.
