I originally went to Picasso Salon due to its location near my house and was welcomed right away. I have since moved and continue to go there.The atmosphere is great and everyone is very friendly. Anjie is my stylist and she is so warm and friendly and of course gives me a great color, highlight and cut each time. I recommend Picasso to anyone looking for a nice experience and fair pricing.

Unfortunately, this salon didnt deliver. Unlike many reviewer who found this salon family-like and friendly, I found it cold and clique-like. Old customers were welcomed upon entry to the salon, new customers were treated coldly. Stylists werent particularly talented in hair design and style. All customers, but one, that I witnessed left with mediocre styles and drab, dull color. This salon is fine if your an established customer, but newcomers beware. If you are looking for a new style and want to leave feeling like a new person, dont come here. This salon is best if you are looking for a trim.

Ive been coming here for over 8 years and I always ask for Kathy. She is wonderful, very friendly, listens to what I want and gets it right every time (and I am very picky). Since the second haircut she remembered me and how I liked my hair done, she remembers our conversations, etc. Mind you, I only get my hair done once, maybe twice a year. Very nice decor and wonderful staff, I highly recommend.

After $40 haircut (50 with tip), I had to come home and cut an extra inch off of my right side. It was so uneven. This after receiving a cut that came nothing close to the picture that was shown to the stylist. I wont be back.

I dont get why anyone would rate this place lower than a 5. I always get exactly what I ask for and more. This place is amazing and the staff is always so friendly. What more could you ask for?

I cant in good conscience recommend this salon for coloring. It has good reviews mainly, but not a lot of them. I had Fatama for what should have been a regular root touch up. I have had my hair down the exact same way for the past year; roots lifted, toner added. I found this method to be far less damaging then full length highlights. However, Fatama did not choose the correct volume to lift my hair to the same shade as the rest. The color swatch she showed me didnt match this result, as the swatch of hair was blonde...and this is orange. I told her the roots didnt match and I was very worried. She kept asking if I was alright and assuring me the lowlights she was adding was going to blend it all together. She put those in, a much, much darker shade then what she had shown me, again. We agreed to a light colored dark blond/ very soft golden brown and this was just brown...dark stripes in my hair. The lowlights did not match the roots or blend it all together at all. My hair was washed, but no conditioner utilized after this. My hair was misted with what I was told was a special leave-in treatment. Upon closer examination of the spray bottle, turns out it is a product to speed up blow drying..less time for her. Thats not all, because she actually had me blow dry my own hair while she was mixing the lowlights. There was plenty of stylists in there that would have seen me blow drying my own hair. Lastly, she never styled in, took the brush and did anything special while drying it. Fatama could only be heard ranking on my hair going on about how its just the worst blonde hair shes seen. She told me to come back and shed make it darker and that would be better...but thats HER opinion. I am the customer and I really liked the blonde color before she got a hold of it. Now it is dingy at the ends, orange roots...nothing matches at all. I caled the salon with 30 minutes to their closing time and asked to speak with the manager, but was told she was busy. Ok...well, no call back, and the salon closed . It makes me feel like Im not a valued customer since Im not a regular there. Now, as I walk around...everyone is asking, what happened?..omg its orange and what is that...huge lowlights?! I even screenshot some peoples responses. The manager should have called and offered to refund my money so I may get it corrected elewewhere, which would have been preferred or atleast offered to do some damage control and fix my roots better! So disapointed and unfortunately, due to this stylist, plus the lack of communication with the manager, I cant recommend it at Picasso Salon.

For giggles ... Yesterday when I squeezed in a last minute appointment at Picasso Salon & Spa I thought it was a new addition to the red mill shopping center ! I was mistaken and couldnt be more disappointed that I didnt know about this hidden gem years ago !!I had the ultimate experience from all of the ladies working Saturday morning (: Their customer service and personalities were phenomenal! My specialist in particular, Fatma, colored my hair exactly how I visioned !! I absolutely love my new ash blonde hilights and she was so sweet to teach me a new curling trick ! Thank you so much Fatma for your expertise in color and styling ! I will be coming back to you in the future for color and cuts (:
