Came in for a Brazilian after a not so great experience elsewhere and Beth made it as painless as possible and talked me through the whole thing. You can tell she is very knowledgeable about her trade and fun to talk to! The wax room was clean and comfortable with art and natural lighting, very calming. 10/10 recommend

They were very professional. It was not my first Brazilian but it was my first time here. I arrived for my appt and was in the room within about 10-12 minutes (I arrived 10 minutes early). It went fairly quickly. I loved the natural lighting in the room (skylight with a drape). There were a few strays and she cleaned me/those strays up fairly well. My hair always grows fairly quickly but it does seem to be growing back a little quicker than usual. But maybe thats bc I waited longer than usual to get a wax this time.

Ive been to three esthicians for Brazilian waxes. The first two I saw were okay, but took a long time and werent able to remove all the hair. I found Beth by reading reviews online. I was anticipating a lot of pain as it had been a while since Id gone, but it was a fraction of the pain I expected. She was very friendly, knowledgable, and quick! She gave me a very thorough underarm and Brazilian wax. I am very pleased with her. Her prices are competitive and hours are flexible. Shes everything I was looking for and more...I will be going back!!!

I heard a lot of great reviews, and so naturally I tried it. I wanted to get my legs waxed. It was MY VERY FIRST WAX ever. I made sure to let the owner, Beth, know that when I set my appt. However, when I went to my appointment, she set me up with her 19 year old daughter to wax my legs. I wouldve preferred someone with many years of experience, at least for my very first wax job. It was a very good job. I still had lots of hair on my legs. I was also not given any instruction on how to care for my legs after getting them waxed. So I ended up with many ingrown hairs on my legs and those had to be plucked out... which left me with scars!Even after Ive contacted and complained, and they have done nothing to address it. Im sure that the owner does great work, but this experience was extremely poor. I will not be going back.

Terrible!!! I stood outside the door for 20 minutes just waiting for them to unlock the door, the sign said if the door is locked knock loudly and I did, 20 minutes later I left in frustration because I could hear people in there and no one came to the door. Its sketchy as hell, not the place to go! I read the reviews and they said it was great. Yeah, no!!!

Made an appointment but no one was their when i arrived, the salon does open at 10am. They didnt even do a courtesy call to let me know that they would be running late till I called them twice.
