It has taken me months to finalize the cancellation of my membership - they have continued to charge my account when my request to cancel my membership(s) was made over 2 months ago. I called multiple times to try to reach the manager, left a message with multiple associates, and was never contacted by management to resolve my issue. One of the associates even responded with womp, womp after I stated my issue - extremely unprofessional and of course, there was no repercussion to this associates behavior since a manager is never available. If I call during normal business hours, I expect a manager to be on available, especially after numerous attempts. I have never experienced such a problematic issue when trying to simply cancel a gym membership - an utter disappointment, especially after being a previous member of another location.

An amazing atmosphere. Let me tell you about the amazing staff! From the scruffy hair guy at the front desk (sorry my guy, idk your name), to its trainers Brody and Giselle! They are awesome! Giselle has went above and beyond by taking into consideration my health and researching things that fit me. I came here not being able to open a door or stand for more than 5 minutes. Now she and I are constantly adding weight to the bar! It is always clean, and when my headphones died, music choice was good. No longer intimidated by the free weights and I have blink to thank for that.Hopefully they expand and spread all the great Vibes!

Great gym! I fell off for a while, but Im back! One of the best mid-range gyms Ive been to! 24-hours, most of the standard equipment (and a little extra), and a great app to go with your membership!

I like this place way better than planet fitness. This location provides you a sanitizer spray and towel, no excuse for not wiping down the equipment.

Great gym! Very clean, not overly crowded. Price is reasonable and open 24hrs. If youre looking for a personal trainer I HIGHY recommend Giselle. She will whip your butt into shape

We love Blink! I’ve tried a lot of gyms over the years and Blink is by far my favorite. Always clean, the staff is always friendly and helpful when you need them. There’s no competitive atmosphere and the equipment is top tier

Suitable for a neighborhood gym, but not so good if you want to do any powerlifting or Olympic lifting

Its empty at 330 in the morning and I love it. Its a good gym with just the right amount of equipment. Conveniently located and the staff are friendly as can be. Cant complain

My first time going there, there was no person at the frontdesk. I signed up online so had no idea what to do. And that night, most of the time there was no person on the front desk. Their area is kinda small compare to planet fitness on the other block so my advice is never go there when it’s crowded. Went there tonight sometime at 8, and it was very crowded. The only thing left to do was either cardio or sit on the stretching area. No social distancing in the weight/strength training area, how could you when it’s full of people there. I hope they implemented a limit on number of people allowed inside.

As long as this gym stays open, I will continue utilizing this facility. Thank you all for enabling us to get out of the house despite this crazy pandemic. Out of all of the gyms I’ve been to, this is the cleanest, most professional, and friendly gym I’ve ever been to. I like this gym so much; I might apply for a job here!!! I was hesitant to come here because I am a 100% disabled veteran, and I bring my service dog with me everywhere I go. Walking into Blink, I didnt get the whispers ” Why does he have a dog here” or ”Whats wrong with you/him” Or even the constant harassing ”Can I pet your service dog?” Shadow and I were welcomed with open arms. For anyone reading this review. If you dont sign up with Blink gym, then you are doing yourself a disservice

I got a Groupon for 3 months membership, but I will join as a full member after the three months is over. It is always clean and lots of equipment to choose from. I never feel judged or uncomfortable while working out.

The best gym in Virginia Beach. Never to crowded, and lots of free weights. I have found my second home. The staff there make you fell welcome, the most engaging staff Ive seen in a gym. Did I not forget they are open 24hrs. BLINK FITNESS is Awesome!!!!!!!!!!.... I highly recommend everyone join Blink Fitness.

Blink Fitness has created such an incredible community. Normally you don’t get this type of vibe from other affordable gyms, but Blink is special. Wonderful staff is always welcoming, equipment is high end & high-tech (there’s an amazing selection for all fitness levels), gym is clean, hours are great, and they’ve got a few tricks up their sleeve with a group fitness room and body analyzer to keep you on track in teaching your goals. Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned lifter, you’ll feel at home in this gym.

Nathan Santiaguel, the general manager, will refuse to cancel your membership even if you stop by in person to do so. Even though this violates Blink Fitness policy, he will not meet with you and will request you exit the gym. He took my membership key card and the company will keep collecting membership fees until their website can eventually process my request to cancel. This can take several weeks and more monthly fees will be collected, illegally mind you, but Blink doesnt care. This is a corrupt company, do not get a membership here!

My co-worker told me about this gym and how clean they were before Covid. Once they opened my boyfriend and I joined and this gym is AMAZING! Super friendly staff, extremely clean (hand sanitizer and wipe stations everywhere as well), and there’s always enough equipment open! This place is the best! 5 stars!

I used to be a member there, then I couldn’t go any more because they let people in not wearing mask, I even tested it out and myself wanted to see if they would make me put on a mask they did not so I’ve took it upon myself to wear a mask even though I wore a mask every time I worked out I still caught the Covid 19

Friendly staff. Always greeted with a smile.They have a variety of equipment from free weights to stationary. Equipment is new. Womens locker room does have a few shower stalls.Never too busy to use equipment.

I signed up yesterday and i was told they clean alot due to covid....this morning at 5a.m the front desk girl was on her phone the whole time....what happened to cleaning when not busy....i understand only certain machines due to covid but please make sure you guys are cleaning them it just concerns me and yes I did wipe mine 😊❤

They just went from $15 to $10 a month. At first they had a opening and closing time but now they’re 24hrs. Up to date cardio machines with up to date technology. I can’t wait until this January’s fake gymsters “new year new me” crowd fade away so it won’t be so crowded as much. This place beats planet fitness.
