Kye did a wonderful job at giving me a haircut. She takes the time to cut it how you want. She has also recommended some good hair products. Sport Clips has an amazing check in system. Simply sign in from home and Check in. You will be given an arrival time. You simply walk in, put your phone number in and wait a few minutes for your haircut. So much better than waiting a long time at the barber.

Checked in online and showed up at the estimated time. I continued to wait for another 45 minutes. After I was called, I sat down and the stylist was on her phone while she was cutting my hair. She kept leaving and going to the back without explaination. She finished and rang me up. A basic haircut was 30 dollars. I will not be coming back here or any of the other locations.

I left work an hour early to get a haircut. Sat there for over 40 mins, people that were walking in AFTER me were taken first and I kept being moved down the list because I didnt check in online an hour before I had to be there or some crazy thing....now, since the wait time had doubled and apparently not everyone who had checked in online was there, making my wait even longer, I left to try to find somewhere to get a cut. All were full, thanks for nothing!

While busy and with technical issues, when it was my turn they were friendly, professional, thorough and took care of my needs as if I was the only one she was worried about. Its a little pricey, but thats why I keep coming back!

This was the first time I went to sports clips and OH MY GOODNESS! For ladies who dont know, this is basically a front for a mens spa where they have recliners that massage, they massage your scalp when they wash, they also massage your neck and shoulders, and place a hot towel on your face. Its amazing! I now sport a short haircut which is why I came here. I didnt wait very long as a walk in and I can say I will be back again! My stylist was Gina and she was amazing!!! Thank you!

Every time I come here I always have nothing but a great experience with sports clips if youre going to get your hair cut here I recommend getting it from Kye because I think she is the best stylist in my opinion she gets you straight she gets you looking good and she makes sure you do not leave the shop the same as you came in meaning she will make sure you eat the shop looking better I recommend getting your haircut from Kye.

Ever since they switched to the online check in system all sports clips have been horrible. People walk in 30 minutes after you but because they checked in on the app they’re ahead of you in the line. But this time was enough. After checking in on their app, going to the store, and checking in at their in store system, I waited an additional 20 minutes before someone who came in after me was seated. More customers came in, then all of a sudden my name disappeared off the list and I got a text that I didn’t show up and I was taken off the list. Waited 15 minutes for someone to even come to the front and talk to me, and their remedy was to put me back on the list at the rear end which was an additional 35+ minute wait. I will never be spending my money at any sports clips ever again and I hope others will to, support local salons first

Walked in to an empty place with two barbers. Was refused service 20 minutes prior to closing. Poor attitude of the lady that greeted me to begin with.

Nice place, but they only know how to do 2 haircuts. Asked for a longer cut and did not get what I asked for in the slightest.Friendly, but wont come here again

My hair was cut into so many different lengths, its hard to count them, nothing was cut even, long on one side, short on the other.

I visited this location of Sport clips last Friday and I liked the haircut. But my visit to this location was for the first time and accordingly I should have been given a free MVP which I didnt get. The hairstylist also didnt bother to ask me whether I would like to get a MVP. I always do the MVP with haircuts and wanted it here as well irrespective of whether its free for me or not. In all the other locations of Sport Clips I always got asked before or after haircuts if I would like to do MVP but here I wasnt asked at all. After the haircut the hairstylist simply told me that she will see me at the front desk for checkout.Update: Changing from 2 stars to 5 stars!After my previous post I received an apology email from Jennifer, Director of Marketing and Customer Relations at Sport Clips. She also sent me a free MVP coupon for my next visit to make up for the one I didnt receive in my previous visit.I went back today and my haircut was done by Tiffani. She did a far better job, handled me professionally, gave me an AMAZING haircut and I also got my MVP! I was wowed by her fantastic attention to details! She was literally taking care of each and every inch of my hairs with tons of dedication to make sure I look perfect the way I wanted! I LOVED the haircut and shell be my hairstylist for all my future haircuts there! 😊👍

Shady business practices. Ive been going to Sport Clips for a while now, but am at a new location because I moved. The stylist tells me after cutting my hair Now were going to rinse it out to check the haircut. She then charged me for the full MVP package. Never asked if I was interested, just billed me because she washed my hair. She got me for my money today, but never again. Wont be going back.

Took my husband and son to go get there hair cuts. Both boys got a high and tight. They did a great job. Super fast and super friendly. My son who is 4, wiggled around quite a bit and she was more than patient with him. Will be going back to this place.

Dont waste your time. Go to a real barber shop. They will ask how you want your hair cut, then just do whatever they want with your hair without verifying anything.Every Sports Clips Ive been to honors a military discount, this place goes out of their way to avoid giving it to you unless you ask, even if you discussed being in the military while getting your hair cut.

After going to other local shops and waiting hours for a cut or being told they now only do cuts by appts. I switches barbers. They’re close to home and Bobbi is great! Used a few other girls but recommend Bobbi if she’s working. Everyone seems kind there.

Sports clips has raised prices and now its not worth it. I paid 20 dollars to get a 10 dollar haircut. My stylist was distracted for the whole haircut and seemed to not pay attention to what I told her I wanted. Im sure some stylists are better and maybe some people will have a better cut than me but Im pretty tired of going here and telling them specifically what I want just to have them do whatever. I wouldnt complain if it wasnt so expensive, but I can go to great clips and get the same experience for way less money. Probably wont ever go back. Over rated and over priced in my opinion.

I always get my haircut here. Theyre fast and friendly and they have ESPN on multiple TVs. They have different levels of service (I recommend the MVP which includes a shampoo, hot towel and a massage). To save time, check in online before you head to the shop.

The girl who cut my hair was very friendly, seemed like she knew what she was doing.....until I got to work and my coworkers told me how terrible it was. Definitely never going back....they need training on how to fade.

It is an ok place for a haircut. Somewhat pricey for a basic haircut though. I can go to a more local establishment for a cheaper price and the haircut is just a good. It felt like they were just running as many people through as they could.

The treatment is good, but the whole massage portion didn’t even last 20 seconds... the head massage was just someone running there fingers through your hair

Worst haircut ever. First I waited 55 minutes. Then a girl came in late for her shift so she was rushing me into the chair. Ive been growing my hair for 7 months. I told her I wanted an undercut but with longer hair on the sides. I showed her two pictures of what I was talking about. She picks up a #2 guard and goes straight down the side of my head. AWESOME! F me right!? I look so stupid I ha e to buzz my entire head at #1. Which means I get to try again in January 2017.

I have been coming to this location since they opened and have always been very satisfied with my haircut . The Stylist always say hello to anyone who comes in and are very friendly . It’s always a long wait and kind of pricey. However, they offer free touch ups up to a month after your haircut.

Waited half an hour, then was moved back another’s half hour without anyone saying anything to me, tried to get someone’s attention, was ignored. Didn’t talk to a single person the entire visit, just a waste of time.

Signed in on the pad, waited an hour and found out I wasnt in the system. Not even offered an apology and was told to sign in again and wait anouther hour.

Been going to this sports clips now for over a year. Same girl most of the time. Me and my husband went in for a cut and we spend over $50 with top every time. Today I walked in put both our names on the list. The people before us got helped. Then I was on deck next to go my husband went from 16min down to 8min. Two more people walk in and then we are pushed back down to 8min and 10 min waits. I told them Im leaving. I called the store and talked to a manager. She advised me that if someone checks in on-line they get head of line privileges. Im sorry Ill wait 10-15 min but when I have to wait that twice! Im out! I will never go back to this sports clips or any for that matter. The reason I get my hair cut by one specific girl there is because she is competent enough to cut hair. Cant say that about most in there. Your just getting the sports vib when you go. I dont need to spend $50 for that Im going to be taking my business to Lucky Devils on Rosemont and lynnhaven. This place is out of the world awesome! Ask for kali she was great! Best in town!

So i walk in ask for a medium low skin fade with side clean ups and thin the top out.the barber gave me the worst skin fade ever.it was just a line,worst side clean up ever not even layered correctly i can even cut my own hair better then the barber,one side was higher than the other side,the only decent part was the massage you get.the worst sports clip i have ever been too i would never recommend this sports clip to anyone.im military and if your military highly recommend to stay away from this place.

I have been to this location three or four times over the last year and change. Haircuts have gotten worse with each visit, this last one was the last straw. I may continue to go to a Sport Clips, but it will not be this one, I would rather drive four hours back to my hometown and get my hair cut at that Sport Clips instead.
