Nothing more upsetting than asking your barber too square up your beard just so they could cut an inch or more off. Just wasted 6 months growing it out so they could cut it off and still not get the desired look correct

Im going to be Petty because I believe in high standards...Walked in as a first timer at 4:30 on a Thursday with no appointment. Would have liked a bit more excitement and energy in the atmosphere but it picked up within an hour.The greeting was a basic Whats goin on. Theres seats in back as well if you wanna sit.It was about 20 minutes for my first child to be seen, about an hour for myself and an hour and a half for my second child.My first child and myself both took about an hour to get a haircut and my second child took about 45 minutes which had us leaving at 7 p.m.What I look for in a good Barber Shop haircut is some good professional conversation and that they consistently keep up with keeping the hair off of peoples faces. Everything else just comes down to the experience.Conversation I ended up having revolved around politics which I always tend to shy away from seeing how people have very different opinions and its highly unprofessional for anybody to express their opinions at their work spot. They did a okay job at keeping the hair off of kids faces and my own.One thing I do have to applaud them for is the way that theyre able to work with children and keep them semi entertained, yet still for the haircut.Im not here as a critic but simply giving constructive advice as to how they could do better at this particular Barbershop.You guys did great all around. My pointers would try to be to keep the energy up and always be inviting when people walk in, keep the hair out of peoples faces so that when they are having a good conversation that can actually talk to you, keep the conversations professional, and lastly, try to give a better time frame as to when people are going to be seen because the cuts are relatively slow.PS: take down the complimentary coffee and donuts signs unless youre going to actually serve them... LolRespectfully
