I had driven over a nail on my way to work.They were the only place out of four places on the corner of Providence and Military that was willing to do a quick plug on my tire. Everyone else told me 3 hours or the next day. For a simple plug so I could make it home to Newport News.You all are quite appreciated. Thank you for putting customer service first! Listen... if you looking for a place that is professional, care about the customers and won’t rip you off go see Keith. Tell him I sent you! They have been working on my car since they were in Ocean View around 2017/2018. I don’t have to worry about them making up stuff, up charging me, or telling me things I need to fix because I may not know any better. Keith takes great care of my car and he makes sure all is well and it runs as it should. I don’t ever have to call my dad or get a second opinion. Their prices are reasonable and their service is fast. I highly recommend and I would give them 1,000 stars if I could. They didn’t ask me to write this. They have just made an impact in my life that they are indeed still some good people in the world.

These guys are my go to shop. They are trust worthy and provide great value. Keith (the manager) is really good with electrical diagnostics. Never hurts to drop by and see what kind of deal he can work to fix your car issue. The tire deals are great and its awesome they keep used tires on hand if youre in a pinch.
