Even though Aubrey is based in the Virginia Beach area, she covers all of VA. We live in Northern Virginia, and in Summer of 2018 we had an insane amount of rain. Unfortunately, our home suffered because of it. Leaks, watermarks, damaged shingles, you name it! After hours, I filled out a contact request form for them to call and discuss coverage and get a quote. Next two days go by and...nothing. I phoned a couple times (throughout the third day) and kept getting their machine. Day four? I get a piece of mail from them with the same quote I did on the SF website. The whole point of an agent is to offer customer service (especially to potential customers) and provide professional insurance advice (they are licensed by VA to do this). The difference between Aubrey Pithwa and a website? Apparently nothing. Stay clear of here, and go find a real agent.

Very very irratated with this office at the moment. No one can tell me what my exact bill is. I have been a State Farm customer for more than 20 years. My former State Farm Agent retired and now Im stuck with these people. I want to stay with State Farm because they have been great with me for many many years. The Aubrey Pithwa office is a complete 180 in service towards me. I dont know how much longer I can take being a customer of this office. Looking to see if I can get my account transferred to a different State Farm office.

Heather McNichols Is by far one of the most engaging, patient, and kind agents I have ever spoken too. If the entire auto-insurance industry was manned by people like her, there wouldnt be any horror stories of speaking with the dreaded insurance company. Because of her, I did opt for a slightly more expensive coverage, compared to many other companies, including (but not limited to) USAA, Progressive, Allstate, etc, but with benefits others did not cover. If I ever happen to switch coverage to another state, Mrs. Heather McNichols will be terribly missed. If you are to start coverage in the Norfolk/Virginia Beach/Chesapeake area, I would highly recommend her time after time. Any time speaking with her, in my humble opinion, was never felt as time wasted. The people at this office have a diamond here, and I hope she is an example of the atmosphere at this office and with this company in general.
