Visited once to check out the apartments and their management were rude and not accommodating. Don’t waste your time. Link Horn Bay apartments has a way better pool and set up though, it’s only a block away, would recommend.

- I love the management team, Paulina has been wonderful and super helpful since the first time we’ve spoken on the phone. I’ve cause myself a complicated issue prior moving in due to my negligence, however, Paulina was patient with me and finally helped me moved into a great home! The location is close to major grocery stores and recreation centers such as yoga/dance studios, gyms and etc. if you don’t like what the town offers you, there’s only 1.3 miles walking distance to the beach!

This place is amazing, from the apartments to the customer service and everything in between. They take care of you immediately. Today I walked in and stated my stove and oven wasn’t working and they immediately had someone on the way up. I went to the beach for an hour with my dog and when I came home we had a brand new oven. You just can’t beat this type of service!

This is the best location, close to the action and full of beautiful people. The maintenance staff cares about the residents and the front office treats us with love and compassion. I wouldnt live anywhere else. The ocean is right down the street and the amazing beach nightlife is within walking distance as well. Gated and safe with a pool right out of L.A.

Our home until we find our forever home is what South Beach has been for us. Just blocks away from the ocean front, no breed restrictions for dogs (for all the pibble mom’s & dads), the most AMAZING staff including maintenance and a great sense of community. They are quick to address maintenance issues. Safety is key in this community. The only drawback is the guest parking, they have to park on the main road which means it’s pretty much non existent. That’s the only thing, everything else is great.

I love everything about living at South Beach Apartments. The managers are amazing and so helpful.

Its a nice place. The staffis friendly and willing to help with disputes and other issues. They are very personal and its comforting most of the time. I hate the tow company that tows cars with expired tags. Kinda lame but it makes sense. My real issue is with the other people living here. Most of them are pretentious, petulant, jerks. I almost always get the cops or office called on me for carrying my unloaded, bolts opened gun to my car. Im not pointing it at anyone or anything but the ground and im not running out of my house like an operator. my car is right next to my back door so someone with no life is starring out their window just making complaints constantly.

Terrible.HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICEThey do not care about their residents. They dont fix issues. They dont care about complaints. They just try to take as much from you until you can leave! DO NOT RECOMMEND!

Full of bugs! Office has done little to fix the problem.

My family and I are very happy with this place. The customer service is excellent and friendly. They are always on the lookout and respond quickly to any inconvenience or need in the unit. My three-bedroom apartment is very spacious. Also, how many people speak Spanish.
