I have no complaints on their execution of services. Execution of carpet cleaning was good. However, This company baits and switches. Until they are more forthcoming with their quotes and setting appropriate expectations I will not recommend them or use them. My problem was that I called based on a ValPak add and was quoted the $89 pulse stair price equaling a little over $100. Upon arrival the technician charge $260 to use chemicals to remove traffic stains and a small pet stain. I had called them for air duct cleaning and received the same financial experience (multiple times the expected price).

DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I paid to have carpet cleaned as part of my regular spring clean. It looks as if they never touched it. The tech which was sent out missed an entire room, and when he returned it looked like he just splashed water on the spot and left. Unless you want to through money down the drain I would not dare use this company. I paid a large amount for this…. Run from this company don’t walk. They don’t even desire a one star rating.

Very upset. I paid $258 for someone to come clean my stairs, 3 rooms, and a hallway. The guy was nice don’t get me wrong, but he was done within 15 minutes on the dot. He definitely didn’t take his time, he was rushing throughout the whole thing. Most of the stains didn’t even come out. It doesn’t even look like he did anything. If I would have known he wasn’t going to take his time or even try I wouldn’t even have used this company. It took me almost and hour and a half just to do my carpet that I laid down in the living room. my carpets upstairs don’t look any better. I’m a stay at home mom to a little one and I do my own self employment and I definitely did not have the time or the money to be ripped off like I just did. Will not be using again

Master Clean Va is very unprofessional. They did not show up to clean my carpets during the time they quoted. They continued to drag out the process by saying they would report momentarily. I recommend going with a reputable trusted company if you live in the RVA area.

I found this company online, and decided to take advantage of their special, 3Rooms+ Hallway for $60. I was given contact information for tge tech that would clean the carpets, and a window of 10a-12p. No one came in that time frame, I called and called but got no answer. I then called the number listed on Google, and spoke with someone else who then had the tech call me. The tech arrived at 1pm, and was completely done in not even 30 mins. He was rushing, barely even spoke with me, and the carpet looks as though I did it myself. I see why the cost were so low. Its true, You get what you pay for🤦🏾‍♀️ Will not use again.

Called about the special and was told deep cleaning was from the special $89.99. The guy who came was not friendly and done in under 35 minutes for my whole house. Informed me the special was just a hot water cleaning and didn’t not include any soap or anything.He charged me pet deodorizer downstairs and he did nothing different from the rest of the house. He came in sprayed chemicals on my carpet brought in a steamer and was done in less than 15mins. Left for $200. Stairs are separate which I knew from other people I have 13 stairs so it was $26 extra, then chemicals which is not soap $15 for every room extra, and pet deodorizer $15 and I got the downstairs. I asked for the break down of charges. It was rushed and not a quality job. Lesson learned and won’t be recommending. There are other local businesses to support and that provide better customer service.

They were unable to hold my appointment twice. On the day the technician finally showed up, he was two hours early from the agreed upon time. That wound up being a good thing because the process took 90 minutes longer than advertised. During our walk-through, he did not understand some of the things that I told him about previous duct cleanings and the fact that we used to have two furnaces. During the process it became clear that they were going to remove each register and cold air return. The technician asked me to move a few pieces of furniture so that he could get to the units but did not indicate that he needed more space on the others. When he was working in the living room where I was seated, he shoved the sofa next to me into a side table which then ran into the window. Thankfully nothing broke. I even said at that point, “excuse me?” He had no response. He was unable to remove the screws from two of the cold air returns in one room. He just skipped those units. He broke the molding that went around one register, broke our mailbox, broke a piece of tile off of the wall in our master bathroom, and generally left a mess wherever he worked. So much of this was frustrating, but the most frustrating part was the fact that he argued with me about the last time we had our ducts cleaned. Through the entire interaction, it became clear that he was not happy dealing with me as a woman. I wound up letting my husband handle the transaction at the end. We could not get rid of him fast enough.We will not be using the service ever again.

This is a total scam. Were her for 15 minutes and charged $100! My caret was still filthy. I had to break out my little carpet shampooer the next day to get a couple of stains. When I asked if a certain stain could be attempted again the mad got surly and asked how old is this stain? He did not even try again. It came right up for me the next day. I had a coupon for $89 the whole house and he charged me $100 for one room! My invoice says steam cleaning: $50, pretreatment: $50! What? Fifty dollars for you to walk around with a hose for 45 seconds spraying a few spots? Please dont waste your money. You will have to go to the store and buy a carpet cleaner afterward and spend another $100 on that. I am not some crazy person that writes bad reviews. This is probably the third review I had written in my 51 years on Earth. Just trying to save you some heartache.

This was the worst cleaning experience of any type I have ever had. The technician “cleaned” 4 rooms and a hall/stairway; he was “finished” in 30 minutes!! His first action upon arriving was to try to upcharge an additional $150. When I pointed out areas that needed attention, he told me that I didn’t tell him what to do. He expected me to tell him exactly what his job consisted of and that if I didn’t say it he didn’t know to do it. That involved things like picking up an empty wastepaper basket, moving a door stop, moving an extension cord, going anywhere near any corner, etc. The vacuuming job he did could have been done better by a 3 year old. I wish I had the words to adequately express what a terrible job he did. When I explained it was not my job to tell him how to do his job, he became foul mouthed, rude, nasty and started using the F word and calling me names.I finally told him to just leave and then he berated me for just wanting a “free cleaning.” The carpet is no cleaner now than when he arrived. I called the company, his boss eventually called me back after I heard the conversation between him and Will, the employee. Needless to say that conversation did not go very well. I offered to send the supervisor as many pictures as he would like, but he would not give me any name other than Mike for my records. I was not going to get into it with him without having a last name which he refused to provide. To top it all off, Will propped open the front door before I could isolate my pets. I am still missing one cat.Will could not have cared less and showed no concern. He threw out a weak “sorry” to me.Do not ever use this farce of a “cleaning” service.

I had multiple services done by them. They power washed my house and driveway and carpet clean/stretch. While the house/driveway is clean they killed my flowers both on the side of my home and in my planter boxes. I would have covered them had they informed me that they may be damaged by the cleaning agent used.I also had them carpet clean and stretch the carpet. You can not even tell the carpet has been cleaned and the carpet has lumps on the sides of the rooms now and a seam is now visible. I am over all not pleased for the money I paid.

I explained everything that was going on in our house when I called to schedule the cleaning service and the woman said that the air vent cleaning was enough for what we needed. Technician asked to use my bath towel to keep water off the floors. Left several puddles of water on my hardwood floors. Round cleaner did not get the corners clean. Cleaning solution did not get the shower tile grout clean at all. Price was waaaay higher than advertised (cleaning solution was extra, credit card 3%fee, etc.) Giant waste of money.

I scheduled an appointment with thus Company based on a coupon I received for a whole house air duct cleaning for $79.99. I informed the scheduler of my coupon when I scheduled the appointment to have my ducts cleaned. The technician who showed up today was here for all of about 7 minutes. He walked in, looked at my single return and then quoted me $650 for a deep clean.I was dissatisfied with this transaction. I felt that the coupon is just a bait and switch. Further, the highest price on their website is $379 for a full house air duct cleaning service - even that would have been acceptable potentially. I figured that the cost may be a bit more than $79.99 but never in my wildest dreams would I have imagined $650!

Hired this company to clean my carpet. The workers was very unprofessional. Asked for a cigarette and smoked it in my drive, did not wear a mask, showed up late, over charged me by $60 and the carpet still does not look clean. On top of that they refuse to refund the $60 and wanted to send the same worker to come back at 6 am before I go to work to redo the job.

We recently bought a home and Will came and unclogged the dryer vent. Found a birds nest, a piece of concrete and a large blockage. He was amazing, quick and professional. The only negative thing is that the company didnt honor the coupon that I had, and theres a 5% charge for using a card as opposed to cash. it would have been nice to be notified ahead of time by the admin team

I had services yesterday and was over charged by $60. 4 rooms carpet cleaning and a chimney cleaned in less than a 1/2 hour. What kind of proper cleaning can be done in that short of time.Part of my charges of $137 was $50 just to vacuum up fireplace ashes & no cleaning of the walls. I used this service in the past, thought Id give them a second shot & they displeased me again!! The company manger is rude & far as Im concerned they dont care if they satisfy their customers or not. Im out $60....I will never ever use this company again & wont get swindled anymore; senior or not!

Do NOT use this company! I received a flyer in the mail and, after shopping around and reading the reviews, I made an appointment with this company. I thought they would be good. I was wrong! I was quoted a price on the phone for four rooms. When the tech. arrived, I was quoted another price that was almost double the original quote! The tech. said I needed pretreatment on my carpets. It hasnt been that long since these carpets were last cleaned. When I told the tech. that the price he was telling me I needed to pay was more than I was quoted and that I wasnt paying that much, he came down on the price some, but still not what I was quoted. AND, the carpets are much wetter than I would have expected for a professional cleaner! I would have saved myself a lot of money by just renting a carpet cleaning machine from Home Depot. The results would have been the same. The ONLY redeeming quality for this company was that the tech. was pleasant enough once we got past the payment issue.

Much as in other time when I had my capet cleaned, they sprayed a solution on the carpet and later pressure steam and vacuum. I do not think my carpet was very dirty. My carpet is about 2 years old and there is only 2 people living in the house. I won it the carpet cleaned to a dress foot traffic patterns in the carpet. After the completion of the carpet cleaning, I was not able to see the foot traffic pattern in the carpet.I have placed the bit and all other furnitures on coasters to slide across the floor so that I can get all of a carpet cleaned. Only thing I wish could have been better was the technician helping me move the furniture.

Arrived 30 minutes late. Attempted to add $90 to the agreed upon price for pretreating the couch, love seat, and living room carpet. I ended up canceling the couch and love seat completely. Surcharged the bill 5% when I paid with a credit card. Cleaning of carpets was adequate, nothing more. Operator didnt seem to take any pride in his work or show any care.

I got my dryer duct cleaned and Will was awesome. Had a bad experience with my manufacturer appliance that was the initial issue. The sales techniques used were extremely abrasive. I called and scheduled an appointment using a coupon valued at $65 for air duct cleaning. When the technician show up to my house, he quoted me $575. I called the company twice prior to my service to get a full understanding of what was to be expected and I was still blind-sighted. The technician belittled me and questioned my intelligence asking me “Did you read the coupon?” Yes I read the coupon, read their website, and called twice. From all of those resources I gathered about zero information. The technician talked very fast and harped on how much money he was to make off each job. In my opinion, very unprofessional. I really want my air ducts cleaned and will get the service from another company. BE AWARE!! They are about the $$$ and nothing else. Customer service was terrible.

Found a $65 main duct cleaning in the value mailer. When the guy got here he said it only covers like 3 vents. Didn’t make sense to me because I wanted my trunk/main line cleaned, when I asked for more details he would talk really fast and in circles. I let him do it anyway because I knew I had mold in the system and I was assured this would clean it. Halfway through the truck started making a horrible noise and he spent less time on each vent the longer he was here. Over $300 later... and After he left I noticed his cleaning hose had scratched the paint on the walls near my air filter and he had broken one of the flex ducts in my bedroom venting crawl space air into the room and wasting heat. Do not recommend them at all.
