Dana did a great job! My wife contacted him after noticing mold around one of the air vents. Dana arrived promptly and conducted a thorough inspection of the house. He quickly diagnosed a problem with the air handler in the attic and suggested that it needed to be replaced. As such, he recommended that we not waste our money having the upstairs ducts and vents cleaned. Dana then focused his attention on the air handler in the basement and meticulously cleaned all of the duct work, cleaned/repaired/replaced all of the grills, and chemically disinfected the entire system. He also cleaned the dryer vent and replaced the flexible vent duct. When the work was completed and everything was cleaned up, Dan walked us through the house and explained what he had done. Without question, we were extremely pleased with the service we received from AIRight and would most certainly recommend Dana to our friends and family.

Wow this team was amazing! We found mold growing on all the floor registers on our main floor (see “before photo” below) - which was especially concerning because I have three children under the age of four, including a six week old. Will never use another company! They first came last month for a dryer vent cleaning. Gave me a quote over the phone on Tuesday night and came out to do the job on Friday afternoon. They found an issue in my attic that was a reasonable price to fix and were kind and on time.Flash forward, I noticed that I was having issues with my dryer and called them back out just to do a quick inspection just to make sure it wasnt with the previous issue that they found and fixed since I wasnt having the issue before they came out. I called them just asking them to come check it out and within 30 minutes they were at my door! (Of note. The problem was not anything they had done! My heating element was just being dramatic!)Fabulous and fast service. They clearly care about their clients!

I ended up having condensation building in my 2nd floor dryer and had a bird nest in the vent of my 1st floor dryer vent during the spring. So I knew I needed both vents cleaned properly. I called upwards of twelve different companies. Of the ones that I could get a hold of, I was less than confident with the quality of their services. I was actually told by one gentleman he could climb in my attic and service the 2nd floor vent. If you Google or watch any video on dryer vent cleaning, you will know, that isnt how the job gets done. When I spoke to Dana on the phone, he explained his services thoroughly and I understood the solutions I was going to be provided before he even showed up. I didnt expect this, since I know companies usually book days in advance for service, but Dana offered service on the day I called as long as I had some flexibility, which I did. Him and his team showed up and cleaned the upper floor and lower floor dryer vent systems quickly and professionally. I also mentioned a bird had removed the screen cover off my lower dryer vent and had nested in the vent earlier this spring and that I was having a hard time finding a decent protector that wasnt plastic. He provided three professional steel covers and mounted them on the lower vents for the dryer and accompanying bathroom vent outlets. This will save me a lot of headaches in the future and I appreciate him and his team taking the time to do that even though it wasnt part of the original service request. Dana was also professional enough to point me at some vent issues on the house that could be prevented with some DIY maintenance, even though his company didnt necessarily work on those particular vents. I was thoroughly pleased with the service and the dryer issues are corrected.

Dana and his team did an incredible job of cleaning our air ducts and dryer vent, as well as eradicating mold that had been growing in our air ducts that was unknown to us. I called on Saturday and spoke with Dana. I asked for a quote for a dryer vent cleaning. He asked a few questions such as where the dryer vent is on the outside of the house and whether they would need a ladder to reach it. I got the quote and thought it was a good price and asked how soon they could come out- Monday morning between 9-10:30.Monday morning comes around and I get a phone call from an out of state number. I get spam quite often so I didnt answer- the tech did leave a voicemail. A few minutes later, I get a call from Dana asking if they could come out earlier. I said sure and gave a time.Boy, were they right on time. Timmy and Nate did quick work. They were in and out within 15 minutes. They suggested that we replace the hose running from the dryer to the wall/vent to a more flexible hose. They could do it for an extra $50. We agreed. The previous hose was long and did loops. The new hose is much shorter. It goes straight from the dryer to the vent.Very good and quick service. I highly recommend. We will definitely be using Airight again for any future vent cleanings.

I recently bought a new home and found that my dryer vent was clogged. I called multiple places looking to get the dryer vent cleaned and the timeframe for the next available appointment ranged from 2 weeks out to over a month! When I first called I didn’t get an answer, but received a call back within 5 minutes and they had someone available same day. Within an hour my vent was cleaned and the service was reasonably priced. One company quoted me $795 to clean my dryer vent and another said they would start at one price and charge me additional depending on the length of the vent (it goes up through the roof of my home). I’m so grateful for the call back! Also, during the cleaning one of the men found a $5 bill and set it aside for me-it would have been so easy to keep, because no one would know. That shows a great amount of integrity on their part. They were responsive, professional, up front/trustworthy, and not saved me a ton of money. I would recommend this company and will definitely use them again in the future.

I called Airight to clean the ductwork in my two story home. I spoke with Dana who was truly professional. He gave me an estimate based on the square footage and number and type of vents in my home.The guys arrived on time and were extremely professional. After a brief tour, they inspected the ducts and vents and made recommendations as to what would be the best procedure for my house.After an intense 8 hour work day, all of my ducts were spotless, all vents and dampers were replaced, the ducts were sanitized, an air filter grill was installed, an air filter grill was repaired, and everything was immaculate! Dana (owner) was extremely thorough in my initial phone call acquiring information about my system and home. Upon inspection, it as determined that the inner insulation of my unit was coated in mold (pictures were shown) and falling in various places. THE WORK WAS 5 STARS. They worked quick and fast. The workers explained everything and had a job well done.I only had two issues with the job completed, and they sort of compiled together.1. I had scheduled my work to be done 3 weeks prior to them showing up. Which they did show up right on time, very professionally. My issue was that I was scheduled for 4 hours of work for a full vent cleaning, but I had desired to change that to just a dryer vent cleaning, or completely cancel due to advice from a contractor and more advice from a friend. My problem was sort of my fault, I forgot the company name after scheduling. So I was unable to call and cancel. I was hoping to receive an appointment confirmation email or text the day prior to the appointment, as most companies do. I never received one so I was unable to warn them I wanted to change the job. This led to the next problem.2. As they showed up, I requested just a simple dryer vent cleaning. The manager (man-in-charge) gladly agreed and work quickly started. As they were nearing the finish. He began to show me hoses and items that I NEEDED. I was questioning and unsure. But I agreed to install one of the items, a new dryer vent hose. Shortly after, I began to google and look up these items he was showing me to see if I could install them myself. I showed him the items on my phone for over half the price he was asking, not installed of course but still much much cheaper. He became agitated and complained that I “was scheduled for 4 hours, I need to let him make some money.” A little too agitated so I ended up agreeing to allow him to install the vent hose.All in all, great work done, professionally on time and fast, quality work, I would just prefer a little more professional treatment on the business side.

Airight came out to clean our air ducts last week. Dana and his crewman were personable, professional and obviously very knowledgeable. They were extremely organized and efficient. Had some issues with our dryer getting too hot and not drying clothes efficiently. They came in and within 5 minutes had the dryer pulled out and were diagnosing the problem. As it turns out we will have to redo all the duct work from the dryer to the outside of the house. Very Pleased! These two are awesome! I have an unusually long dry vent line that runs from the front of my house to the rear. Using an industrial blower system and brushes, they worked to make sure the line was clear of all debris. Wow! I had no idea there was that much lint in my line! I highly recommend them. Dana and his crew were amazing today! They arrived on time and worked quickly. They not only cleaned my dryer vent they replaced a hose to help the dryer run better, they installed protection on vents outside, and helped clear branches. I highly recommend their service!

I placed a call today to Dana and not only did he take the time out of his day to discuss with me the issues that I might be facing, he did it all without pressuring me to buy his services. Most people would enlist that might issues need immediate attention, potentially causing me to spend hundreds. Although he made it clear that I should consider getting my ducts cleaned, he also gave equal attention and priority on solving the issue another way. I am grateful for businesses like this in our Virginia Beach community. I am going to take Dana’s advice and apply it. If that does not work, Airight WILL be getting my business!

Im very pleased with my experience! They arrived on time, ready to go and were very courteous and professional the entire time. They identified the issues promptly, gave me fair pricing and did a wonderful job! When I say my ducts were dirty, Im talking about they probably havent ever been cleaned since the house was built in the 80s! Whoever owned the house before must have painted the vent covers and popcorned the ceiling without covering the vents. Dirt and mold seemed to like this, but I definitely didnt. They replaced the return vent and all vent covers and even cleaned inside each. At the end, they fogged/sanitized my whole system. Well worth the price tag to ensure the air my family, pets and friends are breathing isnt contaminated with god knows what. People say you get what you pay for and I think that if youre going to do something, do it right the first time. Highly recommend this company!
