This place is absolutely amazing! I have been coming to get my nails done here with Lou for over a year and I wont go anywhere else. I own a rock business and so I am no sweet and gentle on my nails kind of person... yet, these nails have proven again and again that quality is a guarantee at Beauty Nails and Spa. See Lou and tell him Natalie said hi! :)Oh yeah... and these nails also GLOW IN THE DARK as you can see. Yay!

Went in for a fill and it seemed very rushed. The paint job was sloppy and packed on to cover her mistakes, my nails looked big and lumpy from all of the powder that was used and the bottom of my nails felt rough and not filed well. I did tell her that my nails didn’t look right and asked her to fix the paint and the rough edges on the bottom, but she seemed annoyed by that and put little effort to make them better. Will not be returning.

My experience with Beauty Nails has been nothing but posting results from going toBeauty Nails. I have been going for over 12 years and I love my manicures and I did have favoritePedicures but she moved out of town. They all are ver professional and I will continue to patronizeBeauty Nails as long as they are in business. Also the owners are ver nice.❤️🕊

This place is great. Ive taken my daughter twice now and weve gotten right before they close and they still took her in to do her nails. Other places Ive been at close 20 minutes before the scheduled closing time. Also this place has a great atmosphere. It seems like all the workers get along with each other very well. They talk and laugh and they also joke around with the customers. When they speak it doesnt even seem like theyre yelling like other nail salons Ive been to. I would recommend this place in a heartbeat to anyone wanting to get theyre nails done. I can go on about how great this establishment is but you have to go for yourself. And if you dont like it your free to go elsewhere, but I doubt it. They do accept cash and credit card for those wondering. Also if you want to leave a tip if your paying with card you let them know to add the amount youd like to tip before they charge your card. Also by the way all the workers there have a great attitude and are considerate of your needs. My daughter has seen a gentleman by the name of Lu, hope I spelled it right, and like the rest of them hes great. Again check it out for yourself. You wont be disappointed.

Wife and mother in law have been going here for almost 20 years. They make you feel like family and treat the men like theyre wanted to be there and that theyre appreciated. Very rare in this line of work absolutely love this place

Started going here a few months ago and loved it each time, Its pricey but I paid anyway. Lately everytime I go in the lady tells me oh were busy we dont have anything until after 1pm. 3 times on 3 separate occasions Ive been told this. I work so much and my schedule is so busy so I cant always go to the nail shop so that is incredibly frustrating. This last time I was rejected I came right when they opened and she told me the SAME THING!!!! I am so done with this place 😤 Never again!!

EXTREMELY CLEAN...employees were VERY POLITE and ATTENTIVE to each and every Customer. It wasnt a hurry up job ...get them in and out. And if you have a break they fix it right there...The PRICE is higher but QUALITY Is overall all around...WELL WORTH IT!!!GREAT NAILS...GREAT SERVICE...= EXTREMELY HAPPY CUSTOMERS = REPEAT SERVICE!!!💅

Ive gone here twice now, and compared to the last place I was going to up here, it is the best. Carolyn is really nice and does an absolutely, fantastic job! Really great products- the gel polish lasts forever, even though it doesnt seem to keep my nails from breaking, its not the nail salons fault I have tissue paper for nails.

I just moved to the High Desert and was looking for a place to do nails I have gone here twice the first time was awful thought I give it a second chance and they do an awful job again everything they do is rushed they dont even ask the shape you want your nails so next thing you know they cant even make them the shape you want (natural nail) . They did one acrylic nail because it was broken it was so fat of dipping powder . They miss to paint all the edges of the nail and when you tell them they just paint over them making them super clumpy and bumpy . And to top it off they are expensive. I paid almost 80$ for the 2manicures and they ask for tip . I think ill just keep driving down the hill ..

Too expensive!! You dont wait long but not everyone does a good job. Sometimes the lady that does your nails is not the one that colors them. And they dont do a good job on the coloring. They dont color from the edge of the nail so u have to go back sooner for a refill. Do I had to constantly remind them to color from the edge if the nail and it got very annoying. Also they charge 1.50 for using your credit card. Thats highway robery. They seem to care more about the money not the person!! I wont return there and wouldnt recommend this place. ☹️☹️

I went there based on reviews and they had the most stars and Im glad I did. I went on a Saturday night, right before 5 pm about two weeks before Christmas. I wasnt made to feel rushed or like I was being an inconvenience. The gentleman that did my nails, his name is Denny, he did a wonderful job on my nails. I asked for a very pesky design and he did a very good job. My five year old son was with me and they made him feel at home. I am very glad I found this place. Very clean, very friendly, very nice work.

Came in with my girls while visiting from out of town. The staff was amazing, very friendly and did a great job. Will definitely come back next time Im in town

I was getting a color change and the nail tech just started buffing I said, I think I want a manicure. She has literally only started on one finger. She sighed heavily, and appeared annoyed. To my knowledge, I remember manicure being more expensive than a color change. I was offended by her reaction. Her response prompted me to say, never mind.Im usually a big tipper, her response verbal/non verbal cost her a bigger tip and the salon more money.She continued to complain about how may coats the gel color (I picked) would take because the color is so light.Normally I like my nails. This last time the color was uneven, heavier in color on one hand than the others.They should really work on treating everyone that visits the same and not just focus on loyal customers. How do you think the loyal customers became loyal?three stars based on convenience, 4 past visits, and most recent experience, unfortunately.

I love them. My stepmom, me, and my sister go there. They have states late for me, and given me a free fix when I chipped a nail. I love them. Plus they didnt mind my screaming baby and boyfriend in the bathroom.

Expensive pedicure, given no options. It was a rush them in, get them out quick operation. My toe nails looked awful, and I paid $26.00 for 10 mins to 15 mins, then they want a tip? They used to be good, and friendly in the past, but the past 2 times I went there they did a bad job on my pedicures. I will paint my own toes for now on. Watch out they no longer post the prices, or pre show you them. So surprise at the cash register.

Based on most of the reviews, I am shocked by my experience yesterday. I came in needing acrylics removed and a new set redone. The woman who did mine used a nail to pry off my old set, severely damaging my natural nails, and left one nail ripped halfway down, completely off, and bleeding. Half of my natural nail was literally ripped off of the nail bed and was bleeding and I was told by the woman working next to her, as she did not speak very good English, that it was normal. I was shocked that the woman did not try to apologize and that she showed such little care for my nails, and me as a customer. I felt like it was all about quickly getting a new set on and getting paid. I was very upset that I was asked to pay full price ($45) for the set after being injured. (And Im not the type of person who is always looking for a reason not to pay, so I paid for the service. However, I was extremely unhappy with the whole experience, obviously.) I will never come back, and Im leaving this review so others will be knowledgeable about this salons practices. That is NOT the way to have nails removed.***Update*** I spoke with Claire over the phone about the incident and she apologized and reassured me that the nail grinder used on my injured nail was fresh and should have been thrown away after use. So, I am hopeful that my nail will be okay. She was very nice and I do feel better after speaking with her. If you choose to go here, please be sure to let them know how you want your nails removed. Prying them off is not the right way to take care of your natural nails. It is painful and damaging, as it removes the top layers of your natural nail, and can potentially cause the nail to rip, or come off, as mine did. I hope this helps someone else.

No much of a wait but very, very expensive Ive never paid so much in my 30 something years 82 dollars for a gel set & pedicure wow I think it was a bit to much Ive done the same work at other places better work done for less then that way lesssss

Staff was very friendly and sweet and I enjoyed the experience. However, I didnt get gel manicure, got just a regular one. Never been so disappointed! Its only been 3 days and its chipping everywhere! Maybe just cheap polish or bad topcoat? Very disappointing.

So I came initially with my girlfriend who the appointment with her mom when I was like I want one too! I never like my feet being touched but the woman lyn was amazing! I actually was so comfortable I took a lil nap. The rest of the staff was very friendly too. I am extremely glad I had the idea of joining them.

Horrible, it was my first time going there and it will be my last. I got a gel French Manicure, the girl that did it for me was very friendly and when she was done I was happy because it did look good, when I walked over to the counter she asked how I was going to pay I said debit, she told me it was $1 fee for using card she also asked if I wanted to add tip I said yes $5. I was never told how much it was for the manicure but I never asked. When I saw my receipt I couldnt believe my total, I had just paid $41 for a gel manicure when I normally pay $25 with the lady I go. Well I left it at that and left. The same day I washed dishes and noticed that the nail polish started cracking, this never happens when I get gel. I was furious. I called n they told me I can gi back so they can fix it they dont do refunds. I went back. The lady that fixed it didnt remove the who thing she just filed it down n retouched it again. I came home did my normal things n again the gel came off the corner in 1 off the nails. Why is it that they pay extra attention to certain people but not to their new customers. I hate that. My money is as good, so they not realize they charged me $41 for a simple gel manicure. Im so freaking mad.

Horrible place!!! The man named DANNY did my nails and he is so rude !!! And he did them so ugly And round. He was doing my nails quick, I accidentally touched my nail and he didnt fix it correctly I wouldnt recommend that guy!!! Horrible experience!!

This place is absolutely horrible. I had the worst payment setup and was not given any options for my nail selections. Was overcharged and not helpful at all.

Simply the worst manicure I have ever gotten :( I had gotten a full set with the dip color/powder. The shape of my nails were all uneven (and much longer than I had requested but I had just decided after several miscommunications to file them down at home). The sides of my nails were showing and looked uneven. When filing them down the sides had chipped off on several nails and she did nothing to fix them. The nails themselves were too thin due to filing them down too much, to the point of transparency. The top coat looked uneven and did not even cover the whole nail. Even the color itself was not right, it somehow ended up with specks of other colors in it as opposed to the flat color shown on the swatch. And then afterwards she left tons of gunk/excess product underneath the nail. I know she saw it bc i brought it to her attention and she just picked at it wirh her own nails for a second. Im used to other nail spas uaing a file or grinder. There seemed to be no concern whatsoever for the finished product. I almsot wish I hadnt tipped! Absolutely no aspect of the final product itself was right, which is so disappointing given the good reviews.
