Would not recommend getting pedicure, I have been here 2 times and this last time I noticed that my toe nails did not seem the same. Later that day my toe nail and toe burned and itched like crazy, It has been 4 days since I got my pedicure and I have an infection on my toe due to them not cleaning their tools properly.

Been coming here since my family moved to the High Desert. They have some very well experienced nail techs. I have ventured off to other salons over the years (They are no longer open on Sundays and that was only available day off). So if youre in need of a good, quality nail salon give it a try.

It’s was a busy day for them so they were being rushed so I don’t like my nails had to come home and shape them myself BUT THE PEDICURE!!!! The man really did a great job 👏🏾 my feet are baby smooth like butter 🧈 baby I normally spend 112 on both they charged me 88 so I guess it cool 😎

Nails were crooked nail polish shipped off an hour after leaving i went back for them to correct the issues they refused to do so. I will mot be returning.

I have been going to desert nails now for over 10 years maybe 11:00 and I love it I get my gel nails done I get eyebrow waxing done and pedicures manicures all that theyve been in business for a long long time I would recommend them

First of all, I’d like to just say that even though this place was full when I came I did not wait more than 5 minutes to start my pedicure and full set. They have full staff on site and that helps keep the customers coming in and out in a timely manner, which most salons in the HD don’t have. I had made an appointment somewhere else but they closed before I even got to my appointment so I was running around trying to find somewhere to get my nails done before I went on vacation. I walked in 30 minutes before they were about to close and a lady by the name of Kim took me in right away.Second, the staff is very friendly and professional. Their prices are reasonable and I really liked the ambiance. Everyone was laughing and engaging with their customers. They have a great selection of colors to choose from.Lastly, I really loved my nails. Kim did an amazing job, she did not rush to do them, the polish was applied in a timely manner. I really recommend Desert Nails for anyone looking to get nice clean work done.

Payed 50 for full set last week 10/03 only got 4 nails as of today 10/04 . Smh. They should give people their moneys worth instead of being cheap with their products (putting one dot of glue) never going back.

Poor customer service the place is dirty! The lady that was doing my pedicure cut me when she was filing my toes with the drill I dont have acrylic on my toes I complaint. And One of the guys in the first row said if you dont like the service go somewhere else I will definitely go somewhere else ! And Im also going to send State board this place is very dirty I notice they use the same used nail files on everyone thats how fungus spreads this place is disgusting employees dont clean there mess ! Im very disappointed

This Place is the BEST NAIL SHOP I have VISITED and my Family and Friends have been pleased with all around. They are QUICK and VERY ACCOMMODATING to getting you in ...in a timely manner. THE OWNER IS VERY POLITE AND ORGANIZED!!! The PRICES are very REASONABLE...and their work is OUTSTANDING. If for any reason you are not satisfied with the work...they will fix it to your satisfaction right there and NOT LET YOU LEAVE UNTIL YOU ARE A SATISFIED CUSTOMER!!! ...My only concern is when I get a pedicure I would like to soak my feet longer in the bath...but when they are busy you dont get to. Other than that the PEDICURES are AMAZING!!!AMAZING SHOP!!! POLITE OWNER...ORGANIZED AND SHOP IS CLEAN!!

Granted its popular but usually busy during weekends and the beginning of every month but the wait isnt too bad if you go during the morning or late afternoon they usually close around 7pm so not too bad jhon is awesome hes the best or Tammy i believe is her name she Sits in the front row at the corner. I come here regularly and had almost all of them do my nails and have been happy all the time .. Good pricing too!! Never had any issues either. And here and there Ill get a freebie design or airbrush awesome place to go. ..but like i said very popular so if you dont like to wait at least 15 minutes i suggest you go in the morning or afternoon during the weekends or during the weekday 👍👍👌

I came in at 9am to get my hands and feet done. I was placed in the spa chair for my feet to be done, sat there for over 1/2 hour and no one even started on my feet. Rose came in and asked if I wanted my hands done, but I would have to get out of the foot spa that I have already started, feet wet and all... I then asked about her services . The basics of this review is poor customer service I left and went somewhere else to get my service somewhere where its appreciated

I love going to Desert Nails. The young lady that does my nails her name is Rose. She always does an Excellent job and she is a very sweet person if u need your nails done make your appt with Rose she is the best.

Cheap prices decent service. If the card machine is down they dont bother to tell you beforehand and then make you walk to the bank on the opposite side of the parking lot which is annoying.

I went there today for the first time because where I use to get my nails done in the high desert gave me fungus under my nail. So, I decided to try them and everything was fine until it came down to how they shaped my nails. I had a simple short and round shape, nothing thats out of the ordinary. But when asked to reshape them because I seen some parts that were higher or just looked off, she told me I needed to pay an extra $3 and another woman chimes in and says she already gave you a discount. So because my nails werent shaped right the first time I have to pay. I havent left the shop and came back, she hasnt even polished my nails yet but I have to pay for something that comes with getting my nails done. Then after she reshapes them which still wasnt shaped right, they begin to all stare at me as they talk in their own language. So Im to blame for not having my nails shaped right. No tip and you lost a potential loyal customer. I wish I could give them a 0.

The customer service is horrible. I went to get my nails done on Friday evening. I came in on Monday afternoon to get them fixed due to poor filing and polishing. The man at the front with the glasses greeted me as I walked in asking what I needed done...The moment that I told and showed him my nails,his entire attitude changed. I was not rude or loud with him. He told me that i would have to pay him a polish change fee of $6 if I wanted my nails fixed. I asked him why should i pay that if Im not trying to change the color but simply get my nails fixed to satisfactory? He then told me my nails were fine,not broken or chipped and Iwas just too picky... (Im too picky for a service that I paid to have done) SMH. At this point hes loud,customers are looking. I told him Im not paying for her errors,and it was bad enough that I had to take the time to come back. Then he tells me hes not fixing anything if i dont pay him. I called a friend on the phone because I was in shock and disbelief of the treatment. He thought I called the police so then he winds up fixing them but didnt polish them after telling me to just be quiet and sit down as if Im his child. I left feeling humiliated and belittled for simply asking nicely for poor service to be rectified. I will NEVER go or refer this place to anyone. DO NOT SPEND YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY HERE!!

I had the gel polish $$20 on Monday and Thursday they started popping off. I went back to complain they acted like they never seen me there before, okay. I went back on Friday n spoke to the operator that did my gel nails. I showed her that they were popping off!!!... She tried to fix 3 nails but I expressed to her that tomorrow more will pop off n I dont want that just take them off (the gel nails). Than on top of that she tried to charge me another fee $$10 for manicure which she should have done before the gel polish.

I love getting my pedicure by Sue... she is awesome and I had a problem with one of my nails and she fixed it. I will only get my pedicure by Sue and wont go No Where else.

The old lady with the glasses is unable to sculpt the nails nicelyans cant polish. The gel polish was streaky and they wouldnt fix it . They get upset if u ask to fix something

Horrible service. Went in and got my nails done and the shape was too thick and wide, when I told the tech he said okay, but never fixed it. Then when it came time to polish my nails he used a polish that was super thick and left bubbles on my nails. I had to pay $27 for them...NOT WORTH IT!!! I had to go home and fix them myself. If you cant do nails right, DONT DO THEM.

Got my feet done with my immobilizer on my right leg. I was treated with great care, and patients.

My regular nail shop was closed so went to Desert nails they did a horrible job and when I asked them to fix the Polish because it looked like a five year old did it she said well I did my best so I went to show the owner and he completely ignored me and acted like he didnt speak English dont waste your hard earned money there.

Just left from the nail shop went last minutes before they closed they had like 30 people in there half of them were getting worked on and there was like 15 nail people which is fine they took me right away but I ended up with jacked up nails the acrylic is overlapping on my skin my nails are throbbing so I dont know if she used too much of the drill to much but my nails are so thick & ugly i will not return or recommend this place.i Just left beauty supply had to buy files to thin out this acrylic from the sides of my nails & try to make them look coffin shape again without messn up my gel polish.
