I have had several bad experiences with Orkin, but the only reason we have stayed is due to the technician they have assigned to us. Josue Moreno is an exceptional technician he is VERY professional and is very educated in what he does. He always goes above and beyond. I wish their were more technicians like him. He truly cares about his clients and takes pride in the work he does. Much kudos to him. Thank you for being our technician.

I had an appt between 4 and 6 pm. I took off off work to be here. No one showed up. No one called me so I called the office and they said well you might have to call back Monday. The person that answered acted like they; didnt even care.

He came out and sprayed inside and put something on ants in yard, we gave it a week and still saw quite a bit of roaches. I was in back yard and ran into a fire ant pile. Called back to request a revisit after a week and he was not to happy to come. He said they dont all die right away, Im well aware of this, especially a bad infestation. But they did say call back if you want them to come back. And then he said they only spray 3 feet away from house! Thats just my patio area! I have a decent size yard, they should have told me that from getgo. He was not happy to come back and I didnt appreciate the attitude with all the money Ive spent!

Horrible experience. We paid for termite treatment as well as aftercare. As far as I am concerned we were ripped off. We had been calling for months and 2 different representatives finally responded on 2 separate occasions. Both guys told us they were different species of termites. The last guy that came to inspect actually told us that they were a flying species of termite and he was visibly excited because he said he would receive a bonus for finding that species. When I relayed this information to the local office I was informed that he should of never said that because it is untrue. Well I have a hard time believing it would be untrue because of my lack of trust in them at this point. We were told that they would be back to treat the termites, needless to say that did not happen. I called 2 weeks ago again to complain about not getting any sort of customer service and I was told the owner would contact me that day.... that day has yet to come. Then they had the nerve to send us a bill for almost $1,000.00 to continue our protection coverage. LOLI had another company come and give us a quote to treat the termites and it turns out that both Orkin representatives were incorrect as to the species of termite.I am truly shocked by the actions or inactions to be more accurate of this company.I never leave reviews, however I felt the need to share our experience because termites are serious and cost a lot of money to treat properly. If my review saves even 1 person from having the same horrible experience that we have had then I guess at least something positive came from this nightmare.

Our tech, Wilbert, hope I spelled your name right, is outstanding. Extremely professional, we never have any trouble as long as he sprays our property. He is on the front line of your company and he represents your company in a great way. He deserves a raise a bonus or something. We could not be more happy with his service So long as he is the tech we would highly recommend Orkin to anyone.

I really like Orkin a lot. Daniel, who has taken care of us forever 😂 is great, knowledgeable, professional and pleasant. The only negative is that I do still have trouble with roaches. I always keep food items cleaned up and try to keep my home somewhat clean but they just love it here I guess. 🤔I dont like having my schedule rescheduled by Orkin, without even taking my schedule into consideration. I should get the respect of a phone call and agree to a different schedule. My time matters too. I have been a customer for a very long time and feel I deserve better than that.Edit: I will say that when Daniel retires or leaves Orkin for any reason I will stop using yall. Yalls prices are getting too high for me and Im sure I wouldnt get anyone with Daniels knowledge and wonderful people skills.

I requested a quote and received a call back right away. Service was available same day which is incredible. My technician showed up right on time, was courteous and professional and did exactly as I requested. I received a call right after because they wanted to make sure I am happy with my service and I definitely am. I am waiting to see if it works, but I have high hopes. So far the service is 10/10.

From the front office to the technician that came to our home and did a fantastic job, the evidence is very clear the day after his service. The Gentleman that came to serve our home, name Colby Robinson. A very intelligent young man, very knowledgeable about his job,and the situation in our home and knew exactly what needed to be done. Mr. Colby Robinson explained everything completely what steps needed to take place and explain very clearly why also. And the family in whole was very excited with the results the next morning. And even though our Technicians was due for another Two weeks, Colby Robinson said he would drop by just to take a look and see how things are progressing with in the week. Thats real commitment and shows me how serious he and the team of Orkin, take there customer seriously and make sure we are well taken care off. Lots of scorpions .And ants always worried about termites.

Orkin has been spraying the exterior of my house for pests for quite a few years. We still have the occasional roach but its life in south Texas. We are very satisfied with the service.

Exterminator was professional and did a good job. Explained everything and very pleasant individual. My only issue is that service was rescheduled 4 or 5 times. Dont think it was his fault he didnt even seem to know about it. Just luck someone was around those days. If I would have had to take off work would have been very unhappy.

Orkin does a great job, and the servicemen are always very nice. I live out in the country and Ive had to deal with scorpions, mice, and a whole slew of other critters. When I first started using their service I wasnt expecting the problem to be completely eradicated, but after using their service for about 6 months I can honestly say that I have little to no problem. I seen a night and day difference, Im so impressed. Also, all the people that Ive been out to treat my home have been super nice. Ive never had to call in between services for an issue, but I am certain that if I ever needed anything they would be here.

He’s either late or to early, I got a message the Orkin service person was going to be there between 2-4pm, I was was great I’ll have someone meet them at the house (I work out of town) so they can let them in and spray inside and in the garage. The guy shows up at 1:24 Sprays the perimeter of the home and leaves, by the time I have some go over there he’s already gone. Now I have to schedule another appointment so he can spray the inside.

Everyone I have spoken to has been nothing but courteous and professional. They came in and did the initial inspection and told us that if we choose to use Orkin to treat the house that our inspection fee would be tagged into our overall bill. That rocks lol. And they do quarterly inspections for less than $100. The gentleman even helped us decide which treatment to use by going over the pros and cons of each treatment. Technician (John Pilsner) was on time and professional. friendly and respectful.

I am done with ORKIN they never call before they come as they’re asked to make sure someone is at home. I ask for a specific time frame of the month for them to come, they don’t. Their report says my property has trash problems it doesn’t. There’s no trash laying around besides what is in the trash cans. The techs are never professional nor is the secretary. I ask for a specific portion of my property not to be sprayed and they spray it anyways against my requests. Time for a new company, one that’ll listen to their customers!

Rural location, oak tree forest..problems with invasive mice, geckos, scorpians, ants, spiders, etc. Treated inside / outside perimeter, attic, etc. Great success! Mouse and gecko droppings GONE! Chewing and squeaking sounds inside the walls, GONE! Baited traps, no more customers! Ants severely depleted! Scorpians found, deceased!Service man courteous, timely, and professional. Anthony was amazing and we are already seeing results. Plus he came by on his own time to remove pests after. He was very thorough, explained everything, helped seal up what he could, and helped us plan out the steps to keep it from happening again. Can not stress enough how helpful and professional Anthony was, especially after we had already used another pest company with 0 results. I actually felt like the service rendered was worth more then what I paid. If you call them, I would definitely ask for Anthony, but going off his knowledge I’d bet they’re all trained very well. They provide good pest control service however they’re scheduling and customer service is not in the customers favor. They schedule their service when it convenient for them and not the paying customer. Definitely needs improvement in that area.

I am pleased with the service as I am thankful to not see bugs the next day. But I was confused by what I was told for price and treatment explanation and the time that o was scheduled for ended up being full and had to be changed which made my plans have to change last minute. We called to get services set up and they were able to come out literally hours later. The tech was very friendly. Only complaint is that there are some things about billing we are still confused on. Are we in a contract? Do we get penalized if we stop services?... Otherwise weve had a great experience so far.
