Had my nails done on Monday. Pictures were taken on Tuesday afternoon. Didnt last a full day. We only went there because Monday was a Holiday and everyone else was closed, and it was our only day off. Friend went with me and had the same problem.

Got my nails done today with my friend and I love them. They came out so pretty and the shape was what I wanted. We are both very happy with the end result. Highly recommend and will definitely be going back.

They are under new management, remodeled, clean (they use new packages of tools for feet) & ARE MY NEW FAVORITE! 💅🏼 go here & you won’t be disappointed! I recommend Sarah (pedi- I had the $35 sugar scrub & it was SO RELAXING ) & Amy (manicure- the shape was on point). 😍👏🏼

Very rude customer service and sloppy work. This is not how a professional is supposed to paint. Got cut twice and he got cut 3 times.

IF I COULD PUT NO STARS I WOULD! Worst place to do your nails HORRIBLE! Do NOT go there even if your in a rush. I got mine done because I have a event this week and they already broke! Uneven and just bad. Never again!

Wated to ask her to remove it, but I find it difficult to be rude. I shouldve listened to the reviews before but it was the only place open on a Sunday before noon... horrible experience. Didnt use new files, tools to work on my nails. Application is clumpy and uneven. Some nails were filed square and others rounded. I am honestly shocked they are still in business. What a waste of 20 bucks.

Dont ever waste your money here! They clearly dont understand the customer is ALWAYS right. I got an acrylic set with black colored shellac, they begged for a tip and after 4 days the paint on my thumb was chipping away. I went back to ask them to redo a complete full set with a new color or give my money back. He said no you would have to pay extra for a new set, but I can fix your thumb. I said no, I want a new color on all. He still insisted that I pay extra for the new color for all. Not worth the initial $40 and youre definitely not getting MORE money.

They are absolutely not worth it they rushed my nails and couldn’t even do simple marble. The acrylic is sloppy and it’s just not worth it. Never going there again! Even I can do better than that.

I am from out of town, so I was looking for a place new place to go. I showed the nail tech a pic of how I wanted my nails and I asked if she could do them that way. She immediately said no. So I ended up getting a basic one color set. Nails came out very thick and weren’t even. They looked all bumpy. I don’t think the older lady that sits in the very front had very much experience in doing nails. I usually pay $45 for a set and I believe I paid $30. So decent prices but not very decent nails.

I was so pleased with their work. The ladies that work there were very kind. Two of my daughters and I went. Both of these daughters are young (11 and 6). They were very kind and gentle with them. (A grandmotherly type love and care. It was very sweet!!) We enjoyed our visit very much. I kept thinking the whole time its so sad their reviews are this low. They arent accurate! Its been two weeks since weve been. Our toes are still super cute. This is maybe not what youd get at a fancier shop, but really people you are paying half the price!! The ladies didnt speak English (except one spoke a bit more than the others). It didnt matter. We communicated just fine. Kindness people! Theyre here trying to work at a living. Im proud of them. This isnt something I spend money on often, but Id like to go again just to say to them you know what, youre doing a great job! Im sad theyve not been given more kindness by reviewers in our area. If you read this, go try them and go with the right heart!

They nail art was awful!! I wanted almond shaped nails, they told me no. They couldnt even do the design I wanted, it took 2 ladies. So, I just told them to do chevron. Well, it looked like a 5 year old did it. Then it smeared so they went to redo it. I told them to just paint it white that it will be fine. They then told me no again & continued to do a horrible job. My nails are for prom too! I have to get them redone soon.

I took my daughter to get her nails done. A few days later one of her nails came off. So I took her to have it fixed and did mention she had only ONE nail to fix.. The lady that did her nails sat a few seats away from us on her phone.. After waiting for a good 15 to 20 minutes we left. After walking to another store and walking out pass the nail salon, the same lady that was on her phone was doing a full set on another customer!! We will NEVER go back there EVER again!!

Some ladies are rude but others are very sweet, they are very impatient when trying to talk to them. They do a pretty decent job and I really appreciate what they do here for others . Some days it is better than others .

I walked in for a basic manicure. Fast and friendly service. Definitely not one of the best manicures I’ve ever had, however for the price (10), I’m not gonna complain too much. I most likely won’t return, I definitely would not suggest getting a full set or anything than just a basic mani or pedi.

Just awful! 35 dollars wasted plus they force you into leaving a tip. Left me with uneven nails too

My wife goes here sometime to get her nails done and she is always happy with it so I guess its a place.

Went in for a Pedi, and watched the tech rinse off the brushes and ‘cheese grater’ in the tub of the lady before me, then throw them into the bottom drawer of her rolling work station! I asked if she could use clean and disinfected tools for my pedi, she went to talk to a couple of other ladies for quite a while, and I finally got a pedi with a new tool kit and was rushed through it. Since it was my first time there, I assumed the UV light bar for drying was on the other side, but instead you sit in a plastic chair and they face a fan on them! Wow, new to this area, so I’ll continue to look for a clean and professional Pedi place, this was just too awful, it’s now comical! If you attempt to go there, speak up for clean tools!

Horrible. Cut me twice, with the drill!, told me no when i asked for powder, dirty tools with other peoples nail polish still on them. Also globbed on tons of acrylic and then drilled it roughly. Cut me pretty bad. It was so painful. Nails are crooked and took two ladies to put on 3 sequins when i just wanted one diamond. Read the reviews and still gave them the chance smh. I wished i could post pictures but it wont let me on mobile.

Got my nails done, nothing near what I asked, very painful experience as tech was busy talking and not looking while she was doing my nails. Four days later, Im already having nails get loose. One fell off already. The set I had before from a different shop lasted 3 weeks. Very unhappy .

They did not clean anything used same files and nippers on customers with out cleaning them. Put linner in foot spa put did not spray drain cover after each use the only used water to clean things in this nail shop. Fungus city

Absolutely the worst place they told me to have a seat. Then a lady walked up to me and said it was to late, and to come back tomorrow they were to tired.

I asked my technician to please quit sanding my nail bed. She told quit worrying about it. My area was dirty with previous customers nail clippingsand skin clippings. After she finished she put all the utensils back into the same box, along with clippers, nail file, and sponge. I never saw their license displayed. She never washed her hands.

Wow... Absolute WORST place to get a mani or pedi! They actually deserve negative stars. There were big spots where the acrylic was missing completely! SLOPPY as heck and pretty rude about it. My nails looked like a 5 year old did it. I highly discourage anyone from spending their money here. You will just have to spend it again when you have to go somewhere else to fix the awful job!

She left some of previous color on there and painted over it, sloppy paint job. I couldve done a better job. Already broke a nail off in less than a week. Very disappointed with this place, will be taking my business elsewhere

They got a new lady and she did a wonderful job and took there time and ask is that good and beariful job too and they are shaped perfectly and she make sure they ate the same size of nail she did a wonderful job and she does not go to hard with the machine she is very gental

I read the reviews before coming here and thought Id give them the benefit of doubt but everything I read was right. The use dirty tools on every person. They tried to put my mom at a pedi foot soak thing that still had an old bag in it. They started mine but made her wait to change the bag out. When they finally started hers she asked the lady to put the pedi bath salt in her water while she waited for me to get done and she told her to wait that she will get to her later. My paint job was blotchy and they rushed the pedi. It was done in about 10 mins. Also she kept referring to how small my toe nails are. She said it like 5 times. Not that I care but she should be more professional. We will not be coming back to this place.

Ive never had a worse job done on my nails in 20 years. She just globbed a bunch of acrylic on my nails after barely gluing the tips down because she chose the wrong sizes. I mean she didnt even smooth it down with the brush. It was 3/4 thick. She then let it dry like that while she just did someone elses nails and made me wait. The dried globs of acrylic werent even covering my entire nail or white tip. When I I asked her if she knew what she was doing she tried to say I must not get them done often. She then barely smoothed them out with the electric file (they werent smooth and had a faceted appearance like gem stones). I kept asking for her to make them thinner and smoother. Each time I complained she got up and helped someone else for a while. She finally said she was done and told me to wash my hands. At that point she hadnt even buffed them. I asked if she was going to make them shiny and she said she would with the gel. I never asked for the gel and I know she was just trying to make it more expensive. At the end my cuticles were bleeding and had acrylic stuck to them, my nails were uneven and crooked and I already looked like I needed a fill. Never going there again! Not to mention that the place looked like a damned Catholic shrine. It was filled with pictures of mother Teresa and jesus, the ten commandments and scripture and had ewtn playing on tv. That was super offputting.

After telling her 3 times that my nails still had polish on them, I left. You cant just paint over it and expect good results. It ALL has to be removed first.

It was horrible if u want your nails done not one color then dont go here they dont do nail art they dont paint nail art good for solor tips and thats it but dont be expecting too much your nail will be pink
