Josh harrassed me about taking a phone call in regards to being a provider at a covid clinic which was necessary. Not one person was on a treadmill near me and I told him why I took the call and he would not let up! Ive been at PF for years and my family as well. Im never on my phone and actually still in shock at his ignorance. As he walked away he stated he was documenting it on my account. Canceled my membership and my family will do so as well.

This is a great club - very clean, has professional and friendly staff, great motivating environment, and very conveniently located for me. I can always find the machines I want to use for my workout; parking is also readily available. The PF app is so convenient for touchless check in and finding the time when the club is not too busy. I highly recommend it!

Let me say it like this this location is very small, you kind of feel like you’re gonna hit the next person while you’re working out with machinery or you’re going to walk into them.“Black Card Membership”- I want to laugh about that because the tanning beds are open a part of the gym, it’s not like the other planet fitness where they have a section dedicated for black card membership members. There is 2 worn out massage chairs in a small little section that’s no bigger than a Walk-in closet. Just really disappointed in this location!

This facility excellent. The people who work here never stop cleaning and maintaining the entire facility. Obviously reasonably priced but the people who work here should get a raise for working their butts off. Thanks for what you do

I love MY PF, I visited Veros PF to take a class, (since FP doesnt have a trainer yet,) and they didnt have half of the equipment. I wouldnt pay for a Black Card membership there AT ALL!

I was very impressed with Planet Fitness. I thought the low membership fee meant a lower quality than the place I used before...not so. The place is huge, has a lot of work out equipment, and the staff works diligently to make sure the place is sanitary. Highly recommend!

I was in Florida for the whole month of January. As a Black Card member from out of town I found this location to be awesome. While its not the biggest PF you will find it has everything you need and they are following Covid protocol almost to a fault. The employees are great and the folks that frequent the gym are terrific as well. I go to PF locations around the country and this location is great. See you guys in December!!

This planet fitness is so clean and everyone follows social distancing and wears masks. The machines seem updated. The girl at the front I think her name was Danielle she was so sweet and helpful. Will definitely be coming back next time I’m in town!

Decent sized gym. Machines are almost always available, so youll have little problem following your routine. Never had a problem finding an empty treadmill or stationary bike, even at peak hours. Attendants are friendly and greet you as you enter. Locker rooms and restrooms are clean. Never had trouble finding a locker when I needed one.

Its hilarious that the only way you can cancel your membership is by physically going into the location or writing a LETTER lol. This is really ridiculous. They get 3 stars only because the staff is always really nice.

Wanted to cancel my subscription and was told I had to either send a letter via mail or come in person to cancel. I chose to send a letter due working in the medical field and wanting to be responsible. I sent the letter 6 months ago and come to find out they never received my letter and had been charging me every month. I did not notice due to being so busy working in the medical field. Then on Jan 1st I noticed the yearly charge and contacted them and was told there was nothing they were willing to do because they had no proof that I sent in the letter.

The Planet Fitness facility is a great place to work out at. I stay motivated when ever i am at the facility. They offer a great value in terms of what is offered for the price they charge. I personally started out at the fort Pierce location and now im training in Vero 🌴 Beach. I feel like im accomplishing all my fitness goals at this jym . Thankfully i write. Overall a great place. Friendly staff. Large selection of machines and weights. Great location. I only have two problems with the place...The first is bench availability. In about half of my visits, the benches by the dumbbells are in high demand and are virtually always in use, which forces me to wait and/or juggle my routine a bit. A minor inconvenience, but the REALLY annoying part is the people supersetting and leaving their bench for 5-10 minutes at a time, without moving their belongings or putting the weights back on the rack, so it looks like its still being actively used. Someone else could fit in a full 3 sets in that time. Unbelievable how this isnt being addressed by staff.The other is the COVID policy. Dont get me wrong, the staff does a great job. But, any time I was there, I saw more people WITHOUT a mask than with one. Not by a big margin, maybe 60/40 but still staggering. I realize the policy requires you only wear a mask when walking between areas, but I would have felt much more comfortable if everyone was required to wear a mask at all times. I had people come up to me asking if they could jump in while I was resting (without a mask and in a very projective voice). Also people on the bench next to me, without a mask, exhaling rather loudly and expelling who knows what into the air. I was forced to cancel my membership last year because I just didnt feel comfortable with the current policy as the numbers continued to rise. If these issues were addressed I would re-up in a heartbeat!

Vero isnt mask mandated, we been wearing them for over a year. If people actually did the science behind a virus and a mask they would understand a virus is 10x smaller than a stran of hair and a mask if put under a microscope has 100s of holes where the virus still can be put out into the air. Not to mention its circulated air. Covid has a 99.7% survival rate and if over 70 its a 96% survival rate. We want people to feel safe Great! Since mask work people who wanna wear them can still wear them and everyone else can just go on not being forced to wear a mask they touch 1000s times and then touching everything else.Next everyone needs to wear hair nets because hair could have covid and we need to protect them.

Great customer service and I love the policy of having their customers clean the equipment themselves. I definitely recommend this place for van lifers who either have a membership or are thinking of getting one, I definitely recommend it.

In the midst of pandemic, this location thinks cleaning tanning beds in between uses is unnecessary. A planet fitness guest had exited a tanning bed right in front of me, and a front desk employee tried to put me in the same bed without even blinking an eye. No cleaning, no sanitizing. There isnt even as much as a spray bottle inside the tanning booth to spray it down yourself. Makes me wonder if they ever clean the beds at all. Gross.

Planet fitness is great but the professionalism of the younger female staff isn’t the best. Everyone seemed to be playing on their phones around 5pm (busy hour). The staffed seemed to be bothered when needing to check in guess therefore I won’t be coming back to this location.

My 1st time to this planet fitness and the manager Tony not only was answering phone calls and helping customers, he still managed to answer my questions and show me on a tour. I cant wait to start working out here!

Tony, the manager, is always friendly and does a good job of keeping the place clean, keeping the equipment up to date, and in good repair. I would recommend this PF to anyone looking for a low-cost, no frills exercise facility. You cant go wrong with $10 a month plus the annual fee.

I like to go early in the morning when its very few people. Friendly staff! There is a sign at door must wear mask! I was extremely happy to see that they are requiring mask. Gym was extremely clean and stocked when cleaning supplies and hand sanitizer throughout gym. I enjoyed my morning workout!!💪🏽 Keep up the great job Planet Fitness!! Older equipment with minor disfunction and design flaws compared to other planet fitness locations. Small location. cramped during heavy hours. Paint in shower peeling.

I have a membership here and LA Fitness. This place is always crowded and you have to wait on equipment. Water fountain doesn’t even have cold water. Staff is friendly but the gym could definitely be better

Great gym for the price. The owner is improving the space and has gotten all new equipment. The only drawback is they took down the key board for everyone’s keys. We could definitely use it back!

Worst customer service ever after covid19 i call them to cancel again but their policy i need to go to store to cancel ok i understand that but i told them i dont want to renew than they charge me another annual fee i dont have a dollar tree on my backyard i didnt use 6 month because of covid19 but why charge me another annual fee even u guys close 1 month that mean my ex annual need to extend 1 month or 2 month even 0 star is alot for this company never use again not recomend.

Top notch company emphasising the importance of No Judgement on the part of their General Managers and Employees. Not sure we will be back to the facility as a result of the way my wife was gawked at by the GM but we will definitely return to another planet fitness elsewhere.Thanks again...

Last weekend I tried to shower but it was too cold. They couldnt fix it. Came back today and tried to shower again. I shivered through it. Management is unresponsive. I travel the nation and have visited planet fitness all over. This one is the worst.

Any questions you have the staff will help you with. I think the only thing I would change is the weekend hours, but even that isnt that bad!

Recently moved here and used to go to the Planet Fitness in Stuart. Big difference between the 2 gyms. At this one you can barely get the desk people to make eye contact with you or even acknowlege you when you come in or leave. Most the time theyre busy on their phones and dont even bother to make any form of contact with you. In the short time Ive been here the ladies restroom has been closed down and weve been using the mens locker Room. Now there is no shower facilities available at all but you dont discover that until after your workout. Not sure if Im going to keep coming here until these issues are sorted out. Most of the people working out are very friendly though and they do have a lot of nice equipment.

Planet fitness Vero is a safe zone, no issues and no drama. I literally go in work out and leave with no hiccups. Everything is clean and the staff is professional.

Thieves. Joined end of October. This morning I get a charge out of the blue for $42. I inquired at the front desk and a snippy little millennial, annoyingly smacking her gums and twisting her hair like a 12 year old, says oh thats your annual fee. When I tried to ask why, when I JUST joined??? she gives me a look like she can care less and ignored me. I am canceling membership and charging this annual ripoff back to the bank. UPDATE TO OWNERS RESPONSE: Looks to me like there is a training issue and you are the problem. I was NOT told of this fee, NO one thoroughly explained anything, I was NOT emailed a copy of any agreement and when I ask about it, a PROPERLY trained employee would be able to answer and SHOW me this elusive document. So rather than blame the customer by telling me to read my agreement and that your staff thoroughly reviewed it with me, why not talk to your staff and maybe hold a training session or two to get them up to speed with what they are supposed to be doing.. Hope THAT helps.

I THINK YOU GUYS OUT YOU MIND!! MY WIFE WAS WALKING IN THE GYM ON THE PHONE TALKING TO ME, ONE OF THE PERSON IN THE FRONT DESK TOLD HER SHE CANT BE ON THE PHONE, SHE NEEDS TO STAY IN THE LOBBY. THEY JUST LOST A CUSTOMER BECAUSE THIS IS A GYM, WE SHOULD BE ABLE TO BE ON THE PHONE LISTENING TO MUSIC AND DO WHAT HELL WE WANT TO DO IN OUR PHONE.

No pressure and plenty of equipment available. Its busy but my family and I have hardly ever have an issue with over crowding in the past two years weve been going. Pricing and availability compared to other local gyms was very reasonable.

Will not recommend coming here at night. And am terminating my membership. I considered buying a musicale Milk last night to try, changed my mind and put it back into the cooler. Next night I come in the night worker accused me of stealing it saying one was missing. For one your not a manager and two it’s not your place to accuse or confront me about any product that came up missing on your watch. I felt offended and profiled. Definitely will file a report . Be careful of the young white male that works at night. unprofessional and lacks professionalism.. never had issues before tonight but this takes the cake. I’ll spend more money elsewhere to have peice of mind.

I gave Planet Fitness a top notch review in the past; however, today I was forced to rescind and update it. To my shock and surprise, the Planet Fitness in Vero, has reverted back to its ridiculous and illogical hours of operation, which is very inconvenient for someone like me, who works 2nd shift. Only a few weeks ago, they were open 24/7 and there was big 24/7 sign at the entrance to advertise the good news. Unfortunately, they reverted back to 24/4 +Friday, Saturday, and Sunday closed at 10PM! This selfish, and calloused owner seems to think that one should be partying or home on weekends after 10PM. I cant figure out this persons decisions. Why would he or she want to repeatedly kick people out of the gym on Friday Night, Saturday Night, and Sunday Night at 10 PM. Some people unknowingly, arrive there at 9:30 PM or later not knowing that it closes at 10 PM and are forced to rush through their workout because the gym employee informs them that they will be closing at 10PM. This gym owner is very selfish or out of touch, or simply dont care that people want to workout after 10 PM on weekends. What is so special about Monday through Thursday that this owner will open 24 hours on those 4 days? I have never heard of such thinking. It is very unfortunate for people like me who love to workout and burn off some energy on weekends in order to get a good nights sleep.

Worst gym EVER. Management is terrible, corporate even worse. Judgement Free Zone - not even close. If you want a good workout, go somewhere else, any other gym is better than Planet Fitness.

Nat b doesnt know what shes talking about. Rachel is a very nice girl, and she does her job the way she is supposed to do it. Ive never had a problem with her. This place is very clean, and the customer service is amazing. I would recommend anyone to go here.

I have been to many other planet fitness locations on the east coast and this is the only one Ive seen actually use the lunk alarm for people making noise with the weights, and enforce the policy against cellphone calls on the floors. Kinda ridiculous. So minus 2 stars for those points, otherwise a perfectly fine gym.

Affordable fitness center. $10month with annual dues. Plenty of room ;plenty equipment available. A little crowded right now in season.

Vero Beach Planet Fitness has good equipment but missing hip reduction equipment, which is a pity. The water from the fountain tastes heavy Chlorine.But the people work there are friendly.

Crammed up with people. Small gym. Machines are the cheap rubber band type. Been in few other planet fitness and they much larger with better equipment. No massage tables 4 black card. When you walk in smells like a sweaty locker room. Cant wait to go back to my home gym and work out with out waiting in line for machines.

Deceitful business practice ...any oral or written statements...or conduct by a seller.... Club manager Tony Khorasani told me he would honor a partial refund if I brought documentation proving my case. I presented a notarized letter proving my part but he reversed his promise. I am a service connected disabled veteran living on a fixed income but Tony didnt care...Deceitful!

The gym is always very clean and the workers are amazing. I just wish they were open 24/7 like other Planet Fitness gyms, but I make due. Black card prices are a bit high, but most of the perks make it worthwhile.

Its okay. Good enough weights if your beginning. Plenty of treadmills. They close early on weekends like 7pm. Its not 24/7. During peak hours its too busy. Theres maybe one machine open and people dont clear out until like 8-9pm then it starts getting empty. So I stopped going. 😡 its too small for all the people that go. When you go at 6am theres a lot of people also. Its quite unreasonable the hours youd have to go for it to not be so busy. Its alright though for the price.

The workers here are very rude and inconsiderate it was sad because I actually liked this gym until they started being disrespectful to me and giving me attitude for no reason. Better off going to a different gym

Pf is a joke! Way to crowed. This is a poorly run club and is always dirty. Maybe they should look to hire more help to clean the place fromTime to time. If you want to workout I’d go somewhere else. The crowds at 5p are crazy. You’ll never get a machine.

Every single time we went there were dozens of elderly men on the smith machines standing around. They would literally perform about one set every 15 minutes or so but occupied the machines for more than an hour. This was daily. They would just stand around chitchatting as if they were at a middle school dance with no dates. When we asked if we could “work in” they would get upset and say “no, I’m using it “. I would just shake my head. For several weeks there was this very large African-American woman that would occupy the machine as she did calisthenics (not even using the machine itself, just used it as a table to hold her stuff). Another woman would lie on the bench and take selfies and posted them to social media daily. I never saw her actually exercising.

I love the location, the staff is abundantly friendly and helpful, and this is the place I go to get my sweat on! I highly recommend it!

This gym is perfect and always clean. The atmosphere is fantastic and its usually not crowded. However, the fact that it closes at 7:00 on Fridays and Saturdays really stinks. Ive many times forgotten and ended up walking right up to the locked front doors and leaving frustrated.

I had an emergency last year and had to leave Vero back to South Florida, the manager knew of what happened and told me I had to come in, I could not. I never ever used the gyms facilities and asked the manager to please cancel my membership, he insisted I write the gym a letter, which I did, they tell me they never got it, and here it is over a year later and they are still taking monies out of my bank. I work in retail and deal with hundreds of people. Vero being my hometown is small but everyone knows each other, the gyms reputation is slowly loosing respect.

Horrible business model. Terrible customer service. Impossible to cancel your membership. They will randomly charge you additional fees without any notice.

I go on a regular basis its no hassle no problems everybody is wonderful the place is clean and kept up and everyone is friendly and I enjoy my workout

Gym isn’t that clean, their ab/core section is awful and outdated compared to other locations. The entire building is way too small for the number of members coming here daily. This location NEEDS more assisted bench machines. The number of weight training members compared to cardio members is 3:1. I wish the gym would at least attempt to cater towards the much larger number of weight training members
