Whether you want to train heavy compound movements, isolation movements, or machines Lifestyle 24/7 fitness has it all. Cardio equipment is great as well. The owner Jay as well as the other staff are very friendly and supportive which creates a positive and welcoming environment. The ability to train at this gym 24/7 makes it easy to get a workout in whenever its convenient, so a busy schedule is not an issue. I would totally recommend this gym to people at a variety of fitness levels.

The only people who workout out here are ones that are personable, kind, and always willing to chat and help. My girlfriend was not excited to join a gym with me because she thought shed be really uncomfortable. Shes a regular at Lifestyle now to say the least. One of the nicest yey coziest gym in Vero Beach, everyone that comes here are nice, not too crowded and all equipments are complete. The reason I like this gym is because the owner is super nice and would help anytime!

Jay is a stand up guy. He’s honest and always treated me like I was only guy in the gym. The gym has everything you need to transform your body. I have been to many gyms over the course of my life, and this is by far the best one I have ever had a membership at. It has everything you could ever need! Cardio machines, free weights, weightlifting machines, etc. The owner Jay is very welcoming and will make you feel like this gym is your second home.

After many years of working out, I can honestly say that Lifestyle Fitness is a great gym. The owner, Jay, provides the best possible experience. He is very knowledgeable about diet and exercise and is always very helpful and friendly. He keeps a watchful eye and is available to answer questions or advise you. In addition to great equipment and a big selection of free weights, the gym is very clean and properly maintained. Convenient location with plenty of parking. It really is like being part of a family.

This gym is by far the best gym I have been to. It is really “the judgement free zone”. Jay the owner is awesome from the get go and it’s blatantly apparent how much he cares about his gym and members. Also I started coming here before Covid and this was the cleanest gym I had been too it’s even better now after. I enjoy working out at Lifestyle Fitness because the gym has a great selection of exercise equipment and an excellent atmosphere. Nice equipment and good management

I have been working out here for the last year or so and it is a nice local gym. The staff keeps the place super clean and all the maintenance up on all of the equipment. Recently they starred to renovate the inside putting in new floors and updating the paint from the brown to a white making it much brighter on the inside. I have truly never had any kind of problem here with anything so I would definitely recommend this as a place to check out in the Vero Beach area.

The owner Jay along with personal trainer Jim, are fantastic.I checked out a lot of gyms before joining this one and I never looked back. Atmosphere is friendly, warm and knowledgeable. The machines are in great working order. In fact, he just installed new ellipticals, stairclimmer and treadmills.This gym prides itself on cleanliness - bathrooms/showers sparkle. This gym has a very positive clean atmosphere and environment in comparison to other gyms i have been to in my past years. The personal trainer, Jim, is very professional and is helpful with the machines giving advice to those who could be on the path to damaging their body. LifeStyle fitness has improved dramatically since the last owner sold it to the current owner, Jay.

Only 3 reviews here and so I thought I had to add my two cents. The people complaining, one, that was about the previous owner 8 years ago. The other one, you should read things before you sign, and also complaining about the setup and such when it is plain as day before you sign up is just shallow. My experience with the new owner, Jay, has been great. I see him explain the options to potential new members and he was not misleading with me or anyone else I have seen. They have lots of options for short and longer contracts as well as a month-to-month option with no contract. I have been training for nearly 30 years. Been in every kind of gym from the basement of the YMCA in NYC to the fanciest health clubs in South Florida. This is probably the closest youll get to a neighborhood gym atmosphere, where attitudes are checked at the door and ladies can also work out with out being harassed. Kind of like the Cheers of gyms and the owner knows everyone by name.In the several years my wife and I have been members I can count on one hand the times I had to wait for equipment. Jay is a hands on owner and runs a one man operation. The place is kept very clean and has all the equipment you need. You have 24/7 access so it fits anyones schedule. It has recently been refreshed with new rubber flooring, and a new paint job with some new colors.There are a few independent personal trainers and one of them, Jim, is always willing to share his vast knowledge. Check it out if you are looking for place to workout in Vero!

This gym is perfect: there is everything you need for a great workout, the gym is super clean and the best part is the owner that make you feel like a big family because he knows everyone and he is always available to help you.

My husband, son, and I have been going here for about a year now and we love this gym. The owner is always friendly and seems to know everyone by name. Even if I dont go in often, he still knows who I am and asks how my husband and/or son is/are doing and vice versa and asks about whomever isnt with me/us if someone wasnt able to come that time. Hes attentive and helpful and genuinely cares about how everyone is liking the gym and their time there.Im not the biggest fan of going to the gym but going here makes it easier. I can also go anytime, day or night, and I feel safe. He has cameras everywhere and with the front door being exposed to a large, open, grass lawn and the mall parking lot just across the way, there just arent many dark corners or hidden areas to worry about after dark. These things, along with my own personal safety precautions, keep the fear of surprise at bay.Theres enough equipment that if I get bored of one routine I have other options to work the same muscle or muscle groups at another set-up. I just feel like, any muscle area I want to focus on, theres equipment for it.*The only thing I would change is the tvs and audio on the treadmills always seem to have problems. Id love to just go, plug in my headphones, and watch some mindless television. The sensors seem to be broken on a couple of them as well. Other than that, the rest of the equipment is in great shape. Id totally give this 5 stars once the treadmills are fixed/replaced.

Ive been a member here for a little under a year. The staff has always been beyond helpful whenever Ive got questions about the contract, or with equipment. Ive never had to wait for equipment either, which is always a huge plus in any gym.While its not filled with every piece of gym equipment on the planet, you get far more of an experience here for what the actual cost of the contract is. It has everything you need to get yourself into top shape. And, you dont have to worry about people getting pissed at you like planet fitness and sounding lunk alarms because you accidentally grunted while picking something up.Overall, 5/5, sign yourself up, your friends, and your parents.
