Ken is wonderful! I appreciate his knowledge and expertise and what I learned from him. He is creative and keeps workouts interesting while continuously challenging you. I appreciated that he paid attention and listened to what i said so he could tailor the sessions to meet my goals. He was also willing to work with me and my schedule and make up sessions when we could. He was kind and fun to be around and my workouts were something I looked forward to.
