Amazing customer service! While traveling through the area, the hard top on my vehicle got stuck half way up. They took my car in immediately and manually “raised the roof”😀 so that I could continue my trip. They also diagnosed the problem, supplied an estimate AND checked out my entire car to be sure the rest of my trip would be safe. All costs were quoted up front and all necessary repairs were explained in detail. I’m so impressed, I’m seriously considering returning to have the necessary work completed and it’s Approx. 200 miles from my home!

Newly acquired Mini Cooper S needed warranty exhaust work. They dealt with warranty company, got authorization for the repair, made the repair, and got the deductible waived all within 2 1/2 hours. Nice waiting area with good coffee! Very good shop.

Went here when my check engine light came on. Talked with Devin at the front desk and he got me in to be seen as well as a rental while they worked on my Audi. Our 2009 MINI Cooper was leaking fluid. Turns out it was coolant (broken thermostat housing). EPR quickly diagnosed it, installed the parts, and then did extensive testing to made sure everything was functioning perfectly -- and they still came in under the repair estimate. We wouldnt take our MINI anywhere else, ever!

Here’s a local business that deserves credit and high marks. European vehicles can be wonderful until something needs repair. Finding that reputable mechanic can be a challenge. Dealerships can require second mortgages to pay for simple repairs (lol). Look no further. I’m completely satisfied with the work that was done on my Mercedes and at a value one doesn’t feel violated by. I felt confident with this mechanic seeing as a good friend of mine recommended this place as well as even my own domestic car mechanic. Maybe their slogan should be European quality and honesty at a fair price! My car is once again running like a champion thanks to EPR.

Eric was great at keeping me informed as to the progress on my car and providing the details for what was being diagnosed and what repairs were being made. They used the best products such as Liqui Moly Lubricants and completed the repairs when they said they would.Overall, a great experience!

I called in the morning with an ignition problem on my VW Rabbit. John walked me through the possible causes and gave me estimates for two scenarios. He then arranged towing because the car was at a separate location. He followed up with calls during the day and had my car running again by 5pm. I paid by phone and picked up my keys in a lock box at the shop. So convenient and well done. Couldnt be happier!

My brother died and left a Porsche 911. The car had been sitting for months. Someone overcharged the battery and it was a mess. Since I had no way of knowing when the car was last driven I called these guys and they put me in touch with a great car carrier/tow truck co. that moved the car at a hugely discounted local rate. They received the car, cleaned up the battery mess, replaced a pair of dry rotted tires, changed all the fluids and filters and got the car over to a detailer who cleaned the whole car up. I have a Porsche and the dealer here charges NASA rates so, I know a deal when I see one and these guys were unbelievably fair! I live 400 miles away and the car was in probate. I asked for a storage company and they said theyll take care of it. Everyday these guys put that car in the garage at night for 6 weeks never asking for a penny!!!! If these arent the kind of people youd want to do business with, you need to call me and tell whos better. There is no one better! Thank you guys, you truly are the best!!!!!

I have used Ken and his team since he has moved to tbis location. They have worked on my daily drivers, my performance modified cars, my weekend toys, and even built my SCCA race car from the ground up from a salvage shell. They have worked on multiple VWs, multiple Mercedes, and Porsches for me over the years. Every single job has been a 10 out of 10 for service and at minimum a 9 /10 for pricing. But the entire team gets a 12 /10 for professionalism. I have been driving, tuning, building, and racing German cars for 33 years, and had them worked on in 4 different states; and EPR is the best shop I have ever used.

European Performance and Repair run a pretty sophisticated and efficient shop here in Vero Beach! Devin was punctual, very professional and effective. Whatever he said he would do, he did! If he said my car would be ready in an hour, it was ready in an hour. You can bring in a Audi or any other European car for maintenance or repair. They get the parts quickly and do their job diligently. Also, an overall impression is very positive: a clean quite office and lounge, a coffee machine, WiFi. Top marks! Highly recommended!

Be careful!Last year in 2019 I received written suggestion to replace the brake fluid from both the local Vero Beach Goodyear shop and the Volvo dealership in West Palm Beach. The fluid was replaced in March 2020 as tires and brakes were replaced anyway at Goodyear.One month after that I went back to Volvo for a simple cabin filter replacement and they did a complimentary inspection again. Everything checked good by that time, no brake fluid problems. I have both multi-point inspection reports!This is the good part of the story, but than 2 months later the downshifting was not correct, kind of heavy and ABS/DSTC alarm showed up.I was referred to European Performance & Repair shop from Goodyear.They analysed and fixed the problem before 2nd day noon.Everything should be great, however they told me to change the brake fluid because it had 3% water content. When I said it was just replaced they even said that I should go back to Goodyear because its not good.That is exactly what I did. I went back, mind you I know the service people by name Eric and James there and we did the copper test together waited a minute for the result and of course the fluid was clean and test result was good too.So how come European Performance & Repair shop said that I need to replace the brake fluid when its fresh new fluid?Its a shame. Be careful!

I could not be happier with the service provided by EPR. I am a very particular and difficult customer. I probably sent them 5 emails and called 5 times before I even came in. I kept adding work to the job and they kept saying they could help. They did soft coding for my steering wheel’s paddle shifters, full suspension, mirror caps and a lip spoiler when I originally just asked for lowering springs. I had extra parts and they were honest as to what the car needed and what it didn’t which speaks to their integrity. I live in Boynton Beach and this was well worth the drive. The team is welcoming and exactly what you want from a tuning shop.

Fantastic service!!! Dropped my car off to have an ignition coil and spark plugs changed but one of the spark plugs was bad from the factory so it took an extra day, no big deal, but these guys had my entire car detailed

My boss recommended this place to get my car fix, he also said that they would give me a sweet deal since he knows the owner. Went there to get a diagnostic and they charged me $130 but they can’t work with my car since it’s not a European car. Obviously they could’ve said something in the beginning before charging me that amount. My boss has a Mercedes and thought it didn’t matter.

I would highly recommend these guys! I mainly dealt with Ken and Chris and every time I spoke with them they knew there stuff and were able to provide answers right away. I am not from the area and I came in with and issue and described the situation I was in and they were able to get me back on the road very quickly. When I first brought my vehicle in for its 20k service(just an oil change 120$, didn’t get tires rotated or anything) I really wanted to like this shop. It’s neat, its clean, techs were great but pretty outrageous on prices, 600-700$ for lowering springs with no alignment? Just take your VW to the dealer and the service will be cheaper. This shop is 15 minutes from my house, I found an extremely reputable shop that does the same work for half their price(about an hour away). I wish I could have my car built and rep someone local but haven’t even bothered calling and getting other prices due to the first two they threw at me. I might give them another shot, would be nice to have a shop local.

I have been dealing with Ken, Eric and the gang at EPR for a few years and wanted to post a few very positive impressions of those experiences. The EPR facilities are clean and modern..recently updated! The employees are always welcoming, polite and enthusiastic and very knowledgeable about the work they will undertake. So you feel very comfortable discussing your car and the work to be completed. No question is too trivial to ask! I had an alignment done today on their new Hunter rack and the results are fantastic. The car feels just perfect! This is the fourth alignment I have had since there was a dealer recall to install new shock absorbers on my car. Two different dealers aligned the car three times and while the last alignment was ok it was nowhere near the quality of the alignment done today at EPR. Plus the work was done for a fair price given the effort and time taken to complete the task! This quality is what you consistently receive when you visit and they always stand behind their work. This is a group that knows what they are doing with VWs. They have done both maintenance and repair on my VW EOS and every time was a great experience and the new Audi coils make her fly.
