Salesman was a no pressure type Guy. We were very relaxed. Salesman showed me choices and explained the difference between them. Very helpful with choosing the one for us. He helped me negotiate a very good price that the sales manager could say yes to. Very happy with the deal. The entire experience was very pleasant. This is our second new vehicle we have bought from this dealership. Looking forward to a next time.

Well what started out as a great dealership has let me down. 1st I called about a used chevy silverado I seen on their website and wanted. They said they had it there, I called before i went here because I was driving an hour to look at it and bring it home if it worked out. I get there and it was sold the day before.... so we look around at what else they have and struck interest in another fresh traded in 2014 gmc seirra. It was in the mechanics shop for a once over, had some flaws but nothing crazy. I liked it. Agreed to come back next day to purchase as long as it test drove good. Came back the following day test drove it and Everything was great! Only issues was the expensive electric bed cover on the truck was broken. So I asked if they would toss it into the deal since they wouldnt budge on the price at all, even with them mistakenly lying to me the 1st time saying a vehicle was physically there and it wasnt... The Sales manager told me all he could do was add in $1200 into the loan and he would order us a new cover. I agreed. This was on January 22nd... Cherry was our salesman and he was awesome! But me and my girlfriend have called several times to the dealer and have texted cherry about when this bed cover is coming in... cant get a honest answer... Nobody in the parts department knows what we are talking about and now we get put on hold till we get hung up on. All I want is a answer to if they even ordered it or did the sales manager just take the $1200 extra dollars from me... if the dealership cant get me the part then just give me my money back for it. . . I work in sales and know things can slip thru the cracks but this is ridiculous....

We came all the way from Orlando to Toyota of Vero Beach because they were the only one that had the vehicle we wanted. Glad we connected with Ron Wise, our sales consultant, he was extremely helpful in finding the vehicle and going through all of the details. If not for him, we may have left empty handed. Everything went smoothly and we left for our trip back to Orlando. Unfortunately we had a tire blow out on the way! Who would have thought on a brand new vehicle. Anyway, finally got back to Toyota at Vero Beach at 10 mins to close. Thankfully Ron arranged a vehicle for us to get home. Today they had a driver bring the vehicle to us with a new tire. We love our new Toyota Highlander!

I brought my 2017 Toyota van to have an oil change. The staff was very polite, the area was clean and organized. I was disappointed that the technician stated my brake fluid was black when in fact it had been changed 3 weeks ago. I did speak to Hugo Torres the service and Parts director who was very professional and polite. He did apologize for the technicians lack of diligence to correctly analyze my brake fluid condition and gave me a free oil change. I would suggest to customers to double-check some of the recommendations made by this dealership for their own peace of mind. Have a good day. Tom

Great service! It has been a long time (years) since I have been to the dealership since I do my own maintenance. I had a local mechanic try to fix something beyond my abilities without any luck. I already know this about my Toyotas! The repairs were not as expensive as I had feared, so Im planning my next round of maintenance at the dealership!

Hands down the best car buying experience I have ever had. When I parked at Toyota of Vero Beach I was just coming to hear about the amazing deals and wasn’t 100% sure I wanted to jump into another car as I just paid mine off. I was IMMEDIATELY greeted when I got out of my car and worked with Nicholas Grehan who was OUTSTANDING. Nick took the time to really hear about what I was looking for in terms of the types of cars I like, color preferences, budget, etc. I have a credit score that is considered bad (under 600) and he worked HARD for me along with the amazing guys in the finance department to get me into my 2019 Kia Rio with 8k miles on it (practically brand new), WITH $0 DOWN!!!! Within a few hours I was driving off the lot and kissing my old car goodbye. The team there is amazing, especially Nick and Tyler those guys were epically awesome! The building is palatial! This dealership has been around for a while and for good reason. They always have a great selection and great service. However… Their service department is a bit expensive. I feel that if they could give you a better Service it would be rated five stars.The sales people are extremely helpful, the staff is very courteous, and the new makeover of the dealership is absolutely gorgeous.They also have a mini Chick-fil-A inside the dealership that is available to customers and the general public as well.Definitely worth a look and of course the brand speaks for itself.

I’m in Coral Springs but chose Vero Beach to do business with because every other dealership (Coral Springs, Weston, etc.) was only concerned about their sales and not what I needed or wanted. Alvin C. was such a great salesman. He made such I got what I wanted and kept me informed through the process. Even after he has been checking in to make sure I’m comfortable with the car. Everyone that I spoke to there outside of him has also been very helpful and friendly. I highly recommend going to them for your next car and ask for Alvin if he’s available. He’s popular because he’s so great!

We felt comfortable buying a car here. We liked Jessica our sales person and the showroom is a quiet place. The sales manager lost this dealership a star by trying to pull a fast one after we’d struck a deal for $16,900. (He came with paperwork for $16,999. That’s what 16,9 means to him, he said. Yeah, right. I stood up to leave at that point.) The dealership lost another star over poor communication following the sale. We drove an hour to pick up the car at 5pm the day after the sale, only to be told the car wasn’t ready. (They did deliver it the next morning.) It arrived with no paperwork other than registration and service work done to prep the vehicle. No reply yet from email sent to finance manager. They wouldn’t have had to work that much harder to make this a 5-star experience. We got a good car at a fair price.

Their courtesy driver wrecked my car on the road. Even though he as a fault, he still works there, while I am stranded without a car. Talk about a slap to the face! When I asked the managers how will they compensate me, their first words was to knock off a hundred dollars on a dull used car that they have on the lot. They have a audacity to try to deceive me that way. As if I needed to spend money out of pocket after one of their employees ran that stop sign with the company vehicle and hit my vehicle, almost killing me.

Excellent service for my Prius PrimeHad a 15k mile service. Very nice staff in all departments. Reception area inside and outside were both very nice. They have Chick-fil-A, complementary Starbucks coffee and other hot & cold drinks Also I noticed a nice selection of nice cars for sale. This dealership was just remodeled so I no longer have to take a long ride to the Melbourne dealership (is also very nice).

Second time I’ve purchased for this dealership. I drive from Melbourne each time and each time I’ve left with a brand new car! The sales reps are easy going and try there best to get you what your looking for. I drove down for a specific Camry and went home with the car I came for. Easy. As soon as I walked in I was greeted by Deshaun who was very friendly, and seemed excited to be helping me. I wasn’t feeling to good after a while and he went out of his way to get me something to drink and snack on. I will continue to drive all the way to Vero Beach because the one time I went to the Toyota dealer in Melbourne I felt like no one was interested in helping me. The service I receive here is great. From the greeting when you arrive to the cashier when you leave. I love the new procedure where the tech working on your car sends you a video of what they are doing. The service writers are very knowledgeable, friendly and able to answer all your questions.

Quick service, gentleman who checked me in was very friendly. The second gentleman I came in contact with was also very friendly. I was not very impressed with all the salesmen hanging around waiting for their day to start, I dont think they should be hanging out so close to the waiting area. Just my opinion.

Carl is the best Service Agent with Toyota of Vero Beach! Always honest and helpful! The texting between from the service team is a welcomed addition to keep the client updated. The video is, also a great addition for the Client to visualise what the service team sees.I would suggest printed windshield stickers showing when next service is due, instead of the handwritten stickers that seem to fade.

Just received an FDOT bill that someone has (stolen)my tag from my trade in riding around racking up tickets from sunpass.Several calls messages later no help!! Dont be fooled by the chic fil A inside. The many hours to be there is to wear you down to get you to sign because your ready to go!

Ive waited 3 months to leave this review because I was referred to them by a friend that knows the owner and I didnt want to do that to him. The staff was also great while I was there. But now, 3 months later, and after countless e-mails begging to leave them a review, or asking me to bring in new customers, I have to say the customer service is not good at all. I have a few items and a scratch on my car that is listed on a We Owe form to be fixed. Took me a month to hear back from anyone about it and now every time I call to check on it, they say we will get it fixed and then dont hear from them for a week or two. Quit begging for reviews and for me to bring you new customers when you havent even completed the full sale of my truck to me yet.

Do Not take the accessories package, it is a BIG LIE. I bought my truck with them back in March 08. They sold me a package for $2,395.00 witch would cover tires if need led to get replaced. The truth is the insurance for the tires witch was included on the package only pay for one tire, NOT for all tires like they said. I paid $2,395,00 witch was supposed cover my tires, guess what, I still have to pay for my tires.If you by car there, DO NOT get the BIG LIE accessories package deal.

Upon my arrival I expressed an interest in this vehicle, after immediately taking down all my information the sales representative took 30 minutes to find the keys for this vehicle.I noticed scratches on the bumper and rust along certain parts of the outside of the vehicle. The car was also NOT clean on the inside.After the test drive I was ushered inside to discuss with Tyler (the sales manager) the price breakdown of the vehicle. Tyler informed me that before all the normal dealer fees, they are adding a $2395 CAR WASH (addendum fee)!!! which is above and beyond the listed internet price. Tyler also informed me I was not allowed to take the paper below home as it had someone else information on the backside of the paper.Asking all the questions about other tacked on fees the FINAL out the door price went from $16,575 to $21,964.Please please do your research beforehand, this dealership is NOT trustworthy and will most definitely rip you off.

Very poor. Bought a 2015 Avalon recently. The cover over the power seat controls was hanging off on passenger seat. Salesman assured me they would order the part and replace it. Have heard nothing. No call back after leaving 3 voicemails and emails. Stay away from this dealership.

As a local business owner, I had much higher hopes for Vero Beach Toyota yesterday, as we wanted to support local, despite the higher prices than Orlando or West Palm. I will say that Nancy was a pleasure to work with from the get-go and obviously has an uphill battle working with her “team”. When it finally came down to numbers on a new car, her boss Tyler was both unprofessional in his demeanor and made promises he later would not keep. How sad that my son’s first car buying experience was filled with empty promises & blatant disrespect. Such.a.sad.experience. Will not return, I’m sure it will be worth the drive to a bigger, more reputable dealership.

I love my new prius but did not like the way I was pushed into paying for a loan that is over my budget. I kept telling the guy (wont say his name), that I needed to keep my payments near $300. $400 plus gap insurance totally $450 was not in my budget. Granted I made up my own decision to purchase the insurance, but the guy in sales was a bully.

From start to finish this was the best car shopping experience we’ve ever had. (And we had already shopped around prior). We were pleasantly greeted by the front desk when we walked in. She was warm and inviting and so sweet. We were brought to Jason Nightingale as our sales guy. AMAZING. I would 100% recommend working with him. He went above and beyond. He was genuine and he really really listened to what it was we were looking for. Extremely personable! I can’t say enough about him. Even down the our finance guy! Everyone was happy to help. Long story short, worked a deal, accepted deal, get a text back few mins later saying they sold it. I would guess for more money. I give them two stars because the one guy worked to get it done. But if all things were equal they would’ve told the other guy it was sold.

Check in was easy. Tim confirmed service needs and asked if I had any other concerns. Upon inspection Tim spoke with me about suggested service (replacing filters). In and out in under an hour. The new service department is beautiful. Very happy with Toyota of Vero. Thank you for making it easy.

I have never had a good experience with Toyota of Vero Beach Service. I always feel like theyre trying to sell me more service. The most recent visit was the worst. I brought my Tundra in to repair the left rear tire which had a nail in it and a slow leak. I was kept waiting over three hours before I was finally told that that the tire was damaged beyond repair and that I would need a new tire. Then I was told that the right rear tire was damaged as well and would need to be replaced. After more waiting, I had to go find the service tech who informed me that they did not have the tires in stock and I would have to come back tomorrow to have them mounted. They sent me home on the spare. I came back the next day and it took them two more hours to mount the tires - again, I had to go find the service tech who told me there had been some complications in the mounting process. After I got home, my son noticed that the tires had been mounted backwards and were both on the wrong side.(the tread indicates the direction and their was also an arrow that showed on the outside that showed the direction the tire should be facing). I brought it back in the next day and dropped it off for remounting. I picked it up and brought it home believing that the nightmare was over. A day later, my wife found one of the lug nuts in the road in front of our house. When I checked, several others were loose. This is unquestionably an alarmingly dangerous level of incompetence by a supposedly professional (and expensive) automobile service department. My advice? Dont get work done here and, if you do, make sure you check it thoroughly before driving off.

This place is an absolute nightmare. I went in on a Sunday to buy a car. I knew my credit was good. They were trying to add a $1000 dealer fee, some type of reconditioning fee $2300, And another $1200 fee . I objected. When I asked the finance man why my interest was so high he told me for each year the car was old and extra interest point was added I walked out. The next day the manager Tyler called and tried to put the deal together. In between that time I heard of packing Which is allowed in the state of Florida. They had added 2.5 percent on top of what the lender was charging me in order to get more money. Trevor went home and had the next day off. He assured me Sage, his partner, would contact me nobody ever did. The car had a recall on it and I wanted them to fix it. Tuesday after Tyler had his day off he tried to call me again with a gentleman named Trevor, probably another manager. This guy would not let me get a word in edgeways so I hung up and the deal is finished. Stay away from this dealership they lie, they pack, and they treat people terribly. To be honest I dont know how they stay in business. Buyer beware and check cars not only for % but recalls. Im still without a car.

Avoid this dealership like the plague! I went in to test drive a vehicle and was instead pressured into giving information so they could do a credit check without being told why they needed this information. Before giving any information, I asked if the information I was giving was going to be used to do a credit check and was told that it was not. I asked again just to clarify that the information I was giving WAS NOT going to be used to do a credit pull and was told it was needed to let me TEST DRIVE the car. I was absolutely lied to and a hard pull was done on my credit score which dropped my credit 14 points. I was looking to test drive the car, instead I was sat down like I was in to buy the car. I have been to a few other dealerships in the area and never was asked for information other than my drivers license to test drive a car. Very shady and underhanded sales people at this dealership.

I must preface this review by saying that car shopping is my most hated activity. Nevertheless, we had a great experience at Toyota of Vero Beach. We had called the day before and asked to speak to someone about leasing, and we were led to Tim Boggess. He was a very straightforward, informative young man, professional and no nonsense - just what we were looking for. He answered our questions without high pressure sales, spent a lot of time on the phone with us, and made the process easy to understand. He knew what we wanted, what our limitations were, and his suggestions stayed within those limits. We would work with him again. Michael Watson in finance was informative and thorough. Our questions were answered and our needs were professionally met, without high pressure. Overall, a pleasant and positive experience.

Friendly and kind service staff. A good dealership to deal with. Bought three vehicles from them and will continue to use them. Recommend them if your looking for a vehicle and good people to work with for purchase and service.

My wife and I bought a new 2021 RAV4 yesterday. Got a great price for our trade in and paid good price for the new RAV4. Tyson was great to work with. He made sure all our questions were answered and that we had a technical expert go over all the features of the new car. In all a good experience.

Everything was fine except they said they would refill my washer fluid for my windshield wipers. I got home and there was no fluid in the washers. So I had to go to the auto parts store and buy a gallon of washer fluid. That should be noted to the technician

Just a heads up, be on the look-out for the manager, Tyler, who promises the world, makes commitments to keep you in the door, and then, when it comes down to it, reneges his offer and says “he didn’t mean to say that”. Unfortunately, fits the stereotypical scheming “car salesman” definition. When he comes you way, you’re smartest to walk away right then and go to another dealership.

My new 2021 Toyota Highlander is the 4th vehicle my family has purchased from Toyota of Vero Beach in the last few years. Everyone on their team that Ive dealt with is Top Notch. They are professional, efficient, courteous and knowledgeable. They earn their 5 Star rating.

I had a great experience with this dealership UNTIL I walked into the finance managers office. He rushed me out of the office and didn’t explain anything to me about what I was signing. I didn’t even know where my first payment was to be made. He was on and off of the phone talking about how many deals he had closed already that day. He picked up the phone and the other sales rep was cursing and my daughter could hear everything. He didn’t run my card correctly for the down payment, was in my favor but still done incorrectly. Then almost 2 weeks after I left the dealership, I started getting phone calls stating that they had forgot to get me to sign some paperwork and I needed to come back to finish signing. Now I live almost an hour and 40 minutes away. If I wasn’t rushed they wouldn’t have forgotten. I then called and asked to speak with the service managers, manager and he was just as bad. Interrupted me when I was explaining the situation like he didn’t care one bit. There are plenty of Toyota dealers around and I will never purchase from them again or even recommend this dealership to anyone.

I just purchased 3 vehicles from this dealer and my sales person was Sean Close. I was super impressed with Sean’s knowledge and ability to make my experience a good one. He was quick, he answered all my questions and got me exactly what I wanted. I highly recommend this dealership and definitely Sean Close as a sales person. He’s was awesome from start to finish.

Dan was great! Went out of his way to make sure we got in the brand new vehicle that we wanted. I would recommend 100 times over. And if your credit is so so, they have programs to get you approved. Will be back again!

Great experience at this dealership. Im not a fan of dealership and truly hate going, however; this time was much different!!! Just moved into the area a couple months ago. I decided to go with Toyota of Vero Beach from their great Google reviews. I had a recall performed there. Great turn around on the work, no delays and clean work. They also helped me with a warranty claim and was able to get it done super fast. Steve in service is super helpful and accommodating. I will return for future services.
